Replace the receiver for the Arc Touch Mouse

I have a Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse, and I lost the wireless transmitter/receiver.  Can someone let me know where I can get a replacement? I don't mind to pay for one, but it makes no sense to buy an another new Arc Touch Mouse.  I stay in Singapore, and nobody gave me a satisfactory answer.  Thank you.

    Hello

To be honest I doubt that the receiver can be bought separately, because even
If the receiver goes wrong during the warranty period, they usually replace the
    set.

Try calling this number in the United States for the hardware support MS and they should
    be able to tell you.

  • Microsoft arc touch mouse and keyboard

I just bought a microsoft arc keyboard and mouse touch arc.
Can I use 1 receiver or do I have to use a different receiver for each product of the arc. Right now the keyboard does not work with the receiver of the mouse and the mouse does not work with the receiver of keyboard.
The arc keyboard receiver said Microsoft nano transceiver v2.0
The arc touch mouse said Microsoft nano transceiver v1.0

As they came with their own receivers and receivers are different 'versions', I don't think that you can combine the two devices.

  • Product number of Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse

    Hello

I have a question about the Arc Touch Mouse. I want to buy it, but I noticed that there are several product codes (manufacturer) available in different stores. I noticed RVF-00001, RVF-00050 and RVF-00052. Are there differences or it's just a code indicating a region in which the mouse is?

Thank you in advance for the answer.

Because most of the people who answered questions of the 'Microsoft community' is volunteers not related to Microsoft, it is unlikely that you will get an answer to this question here (although it is certainly possible).

If I were you, I'd start here--> http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/support/contact-us but I'm afraid that you will have a hard time when it comes to manufacturing information basically.

You can also try the MSDN forums.  MSDN forum that helps you find the right place to ask your question is here--> http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?forum=whatforum

Yes, I experience this problem with all Microsoft mice on Dell laptops. The only solution I found is to disable the power management on the radio of BT in Device Manager, possibly affecting the life of the battery. I even started a pension with Dell on this subject matter - they were send a guy to replace the chip...

  • No error detected Microsoft Arc Touch mouse mice

Hello, I have trouble getting my new arc touch mouse to be detected.

I had an another arc touch mouse before, but after a few years, it has stopped working. I like the mouse so I decided to get a second. Unfortunately, when I go into the properties of the mouse, he tells me no. Microsoft mouse detected and I can't update my settings to match the way they were with my old arc touch mouse. The mouse is logged and can be used, but the properties and parameters cannot be changed. I tried deleting and reinstalling without success drivers. I read somewhere else that once you plug the USB receiver into a USB port a different Microsoft mouse cannot later be plugged into this port and be recognized? I don't know if that is right, but I just want to get this mouse works the same way the former did before it stopped working.

    Any ideas?

Thank you very much for your help.

  • My arc touch mouse does not turn off

Hi I bought my touch mouse arc less than a year ago.  Things worked well, until today, when my mouse will not turn when I flatten it.  No other problems with it.  Is it a hardware problem or software? The unit was not fallen or exposed to difficult conditions.  I bought the camera from amazon.com in the United States during my visit last year, but I live in the Philippines.  Is the unit under warranty here in our country? Or do I have to go to the United States for repair or replacement if/when necessary? Thank you!

  • Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse scrolling problem

I have a Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse.  My problem is that when scrolling in the way of my index finger on the metal band, the page scrolls down, as it should, but then maintains a 'click' - same supplement with my index finger lifted well clear of the Strip.   This makes the reading of documents and emails a total boredom.  You reach the next starting point and the cursed thing jumps on another paragraph or two.  The driver is up-to-date.  The mouse is absolutely clean and the dirt and dust are not issues.  It's time to take this mouse has a few miles of the coast to see if it floats?  If anyone else has experienced this?   It would be great to fix because it's an uncomfortable thing to hold and I really like the way that batteries are registered by "flattening" of the mouse after use in order to turn it off.   Any advice would be welcome.   Frustratedly, David, NZ
