  Well, this is really starting to annoy me...
  
  On one of the tutorials that I'm working on, some of the slides appear to have some white stripes going vertically down the bottom every time I saw or publish the movie. The only part of the background that she seems to affect is the part that is all white with a few black lines. Then creates the effect of all tasks in the background.   THE EXPLANATION
  The video quality is a parameter (number of colors to use) in the menu "Slide" and can be set differently for each slide. The default value for the autosaved draft is to put all the slides to "High" quality video... or in other words, the largest number of colors (16.7 million instead of 256 colors for the "Standard" setting). As a matter of fact, for those who want to keep their project sizes SWF as small as possible, the most notable change that they can do is select all the slides (Storyboard, then CTRL + A) and adjust all slides video quality 'Standard '. This can make a difference less than 40% of the size of the project file. But I digress...

  THE SOLUTION
  To fix your project, select all the slides on which you see the problem by going into display Storyboard and using the keys CTRL + MOUSE or SHIFT + ARROW key. Once they are selected (I chose slides 3 to 8, the original slides you mentioned), just right click and go to the "Video quality" menu to select "Standard". Save this change and listen to samples. If there are some slides that are always "bad" behaviour, go to these specific slides and once again change their video quality... but only adjust upward one step at a time, in this case, for "Optimized" (lowest to highest settings are 'Standard', 'Optimized', 'JPEG' (only the use of JPG images) and 'High', which corresponds to the 'quality' parameter.)

Everything I've looked up tells me to enable desktop but nothing happens when I right click so I'm unable to get the properties of office, I also tried to do system restore and also a reactivation on the desktop but nothing.   Thanks for your post.  You experience this problem on all user accounts?  If you have not tested, try the following:

  Click Start > right click on my computer > select Manage

  Expand local users and groups

  Click on the users folder > in the right pane, right-click and select new users

  Fill in the appropriate data to create a new user account.

  To disconnect from the computer and log on as the new user

  You still see the white background?

  Hi all

  I use RoboHelp 8 to import Word documents and generate a WebHelp output.

  When you import the document Word all spaces are automatically replaced

  with the underscore _, is it also possible to reclace automatically umlaute a, o?

  If it is not possible to automatically replace, is this possible

  do it with search - replace (the name of the file, not the title of the topic!)

  Hi Andreas.

  Your options are either replacing the umlaute in the Word file before you import it it (which maybe too many problems) or by changing the properties of the topic within RoboHelp. If you rename topics in RoboHelp, you'll be fine. It is only if the topics are changed outside of RoboHelp you will encounter problems.

• Replacement motherboard made me the Windows recovery error

  The answer is Yes in all areas. The laptop will accept any 2.5 inch wide disk SATA 9.5 or 7 mm thick and which includes mechanical hard drives and Solid State drives. Where are you located (one country)? Hard drives and SSDS for laptops are a part of the goods. You can pick them up at a Best Buy or Frys if you live where there are no Frys or you can use amazon.com or newegg.com or similar online service. The prices vary a lot, so it is useful to get a good deal. A 1 to SSD can run more than $300, you know. Need instructions for installing and/or migrating software? We are a bit like McDonalds here in the Forum... served billion regarding replace drive hard/updates to level. One of the specialties of the House, so to speak.

  Although it seems to be a white border when you first fill the snip, after saving it shouldn't be present more.

  If the border remains you can remove by using the crop tool on a photo editing programs such as integrated Windows Paint program.
