Replacement of symbols in Flash CS6 without saving

I update the template files built in Flash CS4 and save their to CS6.

During this operation, the fastest thing is to copy the library symbols that contain the changes and paste them into the updated model. I stick them to the scene, select replace library items, then publish and save as CS6.

The published swf file is fine, but closing and reopening the flash file, the symbols took to the originals.

What gives?

OK, then, after days of trying different things, here's what I think has problem.

The relative path of the library were brought up to date. When I updated the library item and it relinked to the appropriate file saved just fine. I do not know why it appears correctly at first and then change after save, but update the fixed library links.

  • Opening a .fla CC in CS6 replaces the symbols and double layers, image tags and code on compile.

    So when I compile an fla in CS6 I built in CC, it replaces all symbols of my and puts "m & #058" in front of all the names.

    Not only that, but on compiling, it does duplicate layers and frame labels in the selected clips and then spits out errors on the call for duplicate functions and image as the question labels. Anyone who has ever run into that?

    Figured it out.  I had a certain naming convention for my (m:video_1) symbols. It turns out that this CS6 disliked the colon and was duplicate my symbols in the library and screwing up a lot of other stuff too. I changed my naming convention in my library at m_video_1. Adobe take note!

    Yes, everything that is doable with cs6 but there are limits on open and save files because you are using an exe file (see the filereference class) and not an air application (where you can use the file class).

    Hi people, I use Flash CS6 (don't have not upgraded to animate again). I use a lot of Adobe design products, but fairly new to Flash, even if I understand the basics of the timeline and such. I have two problems. I'm trying to set up a short animation 1920 x 1080 (30 sec) in which photographs soar since the center of the screen. As they soar, they largest zoom. Picture a flying Gallery. I have about 4 or 5 that do one after the other. I have implemented simple tween animation. In theory, it works fine, but when the image which was a PNG 150ppi of photoshop that I converted to a symbol, moves slowly outward and backstage looks jerky and slightly distorted. I noticed when I upped the framerap from 24 to 100 (just for the experience), the image itself looked MUCH better and you can see during the whole movement, but the movement itself, the path has become choppier. In addition, to this framerate, I can't export to Quicktime due to the memory. I did a TON of animation in PowerPoint and Keynote over the years and I look forward to this kind of unpredictable be chopped of their trajectories and pre-sets, but Flash? My second problem is that no matter what I do, when I export as SWF, trial versions that were looking for clear and undistorted image during the movement seemed fine hen evenw (movement jaggedy always there) I enlarge the screen to fill to the top of my desktop screen iMac together... but when exporting quicktime If I enlarge them, the low resolution and pixelated picture looks.     Exporting to video has become much better with a newer version of Flash you use. It would be the only practical way to get smooth cs6, a large and complicated scene animation, to export a sequence of images.

    With Animate, when you try it, you can export any animation complexity, at any frame rate and get a perfect cadence.

    The only places where you can add separate menu options lies in the command menu or add new extensions that appear in the windows-> menu other panels. There is no other way in which the menus can be added without being replaced by the Flash Code.
