Power AC adapter failed dinner after that I have months - trying to find a replacement - OEM do not seem to make a compatible component.

Tried of Best2Serve - the part, they sent me does not match the connector of the laptop and equipped with a round pin adapter 2 instead of the standard rectangular adapter to UK on the 3-pin - and I can't find a way to communicate with them so I can return this piece and get a refund - return to the link on the invoice process receives no response.

I tried to find a replacement, because even if the laptop is under warranty from PCWorld/Currys they want to return the laptop as well as the adapter AC HP - take anything up to 5 weeks - HP Technical Support say they cannot do anything because I ordered a part of Best2Serve - despite the fact that said the part actually will not work with my laptop

Since the power supply is dead, the battery life is not enough for me to backup/delete my personal/private data before - hence the need to get some kind of power supply (that works)

If the basic question - any number of known suppliers/part that can provide a repacement AC adapter for

See page 46 for a list of compatible reference numbers. The part number for the U.K (brick of power at the wall outlet) power cord seems incorrect, because when I search keyboards come upward.

It should be easy to find a U.K. of United States adapter to plug US on the U.K. power grid.

  • Pavilian A4313W: Power supply for Pavilion A4313W

Get technical support for my mother. She got an A4313W of Pavilion, which has a default power inside. Which is a specific power supply, or a work of a generic cannot in this system?

If it's specific, can someone give me the part number for it?

HERE IS a GENERAL GUIDE for this model of PC.  It seems to be a standard power source, so you can replace it with a generally available device rather than ordering a unit # part.  Don't forget to check the dimensions, however.  Also, IMHO get a higher power than listed unit is only 250w.  I would get at least a 400w unit and they are reasonably priced, too.

  • I need a replacement power supply.

I have a HP Pavilion m9500z desktop computer and I think the power is out. Recently, the computer would stay on for 15 minutes the TI would go to sleep and would need to reset turn back on. I cleaned the dust thought it was overheating. When I put it back together that light shone for 5 seconds then went out. I tried different outlets and leave it unplugged overnight. should what power supply I? and where can I find an affordable replacement? Thank you!

The m9500z is a (configurable) CTO unit and as such, may have differences of various materials. (More on that later). This is a generic power supply (PSU) supply Tester/tutorial. Here are various internal connectors.  (GPU) graphics card connectors are of most concern. Your system may have a PCIE card with a power lead adapter, converting 2 molex 4 pin 6/8 pin PCIE. Start the PSU and back track every lead, noting the connectors and compare the link. Don't disconnect anything. Just take note of what goes where!

Plug a power supply 350W (with a marginal rating 65%) State. But the CTO config on graphics (GPU) GTS250 States to the requirements of a card 450W power supply. You really need to look at the label on the power supply of your device. If you need a new power supply, based on the tests, I recommend the Corsair 500W . It is energy-saving, and the power curve will provide the needed energy without constraint on the system. (Adding a supplement of 100 w ability helps).

  • Power supply for Pavilion 720 a and a GeForce 6200 video card

I bought for a GeForce 6200 card video from Amazon. Only when it happened is because he said that it takes 300 watts or more PSU. My 720 a Pavilion has a HIPRO HP-D2537F3R power supply nominal maximum of 250W.

    My questions are:

-Does really need 300W or she would work on 250W without burning down the House!

-If I had to put in level how do you know which suit the PSU? Can you recommend an and a provider. I saw the useful video on the replacement of the PSU. It seems simple enough.

    Thank you

    Tim

6200 is a GPU very low power.  It will work fine with the stock power SUPPLY HP block.

  • New power supply for Pavilion a1230n

I need to replace the power supply on my Pavilion a1230n.

The current source is a Thermaltake TR2 430W (430 watt), model number W0070RU).

I would like to find a better diet quality and rated at 500 watts continuous.

Food will sit just above the case without space above it. So I need to have a power supply either a front opening, or an opening on the bottom.

I would venture to say that your female adapter 3 pin must be connected to a male adapter 3 pins on the motherboard.  This allows your system to control the speed of the fan on the power supply.  I hope this helps you.

  • Replacement power supply help

I have a computer d4100e Pavilion. I'm going to replace my video card (fan starts giving me intermittent problems). The new map will require probably more power (I'll add more video memory, etc.)., so I'll need t replace my current power supply 400W.

The problem will be to find one that fits the case. My current PS is a model LITEON PS-6401-08HT (HP P/M 5188-0127).

The dimensions are: 5 3/8 "long (front to back), 5 7/8" wide, height 3 3/8 ". Width and height are constarined by the case of sheet metal. The length is limited by the clichés of spring who want to keep the PS to slide in the case of the abduction, but I could probably accommodate a PS liked if I left the springs press against the side of the PS (essentially making them non-functional.

Can you recomment a replacement PS, 600W preference or optics, which fits my dimensional constraints (including the screw holes on the back)? Any help would be appreciated.

  • Replacement power supply for Satellite Pro 6100

I just got the power supply of my old SP6000 (PA2450U) die on me and I wanted to know if I should replace it with the same model or another one as I used it on my SP6100. I discovered that the PA2450U give only 45W of power (now I notice!)

Info for the SP6100 page says that the power supply be 75W and I can't find the model number.

Someone can tell me if it is OK or not?

    TIA

    Hello

You always have to use the supported adapters. The use of different adapters can damage the laptop.
But I agree with Stefan. The adapter compatible and recommended is PA3083U-1ACA
This part you can also order from the service partner.

    Hello

The Corsair CX750 is subject. 8 "longer than your power supply. Open your PC and see if you have enough space between the optical and food drive. It's going to be a very tight fit.  You can remove the front panel and slide the optical drive to the front for ease of installation.

Review of the HP position articlepresent.

I generally recommend the CX500, or CX600 because they correspond to the physical dimensions of the HP supplies.

  • Pavilion a6130n: power supply for Pavilion a6130n

I'm looking to upgrade to be able to provide on my Pavilion a6130n and don't really know what to look for.  It seems that everything I watch is for SATA installation.  My system is not SATA.  So, what should I look for? Some model numbers may be useful.

    Thank you

    Hello @TLT2,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that you are looking to upgrade your power supply.  I'll be happy to help you with this!

Based on your motherboard card, your office has the following internal connectors for power supply:

    • A power supply ATX 24-pin
  • Replacement power supply for NI ELVIS II +.

My diet for NOR Elvis II + has been lost.  I wonder if someone can provide the part number? It will be appreciated. I tried to look in the manual, but I can't find the part number of the power supply or the plug.

Anyway, it will be acceptable to use a PIN 24V-4 5. 5A max (maximum 100 w) to replace the power supply?

-Although it is not listed on the site, there is a kit of shipping for the power of ELVIS II.  A sales representative should be able to create a quote for:

-780382-01 NI ELVIS II / II + Power Supply (cable sold separately).

  • Dead power supply HP Pavilion Slimline of s3750t

Dead bought a HP Paviliton Slimline s3750t in February - feeding six weeks later. No lights, no fan, nothing. Spent an hour in line with the HP chat support, who promised to send a replacement within 3-4 business days. Nothing happened, so now I'm on the phone with HP support who spent 20 minutes until now trying to see if there is any record. What is your experience with HP support and the quality of this product. So far, I'm very underwhelmed.

Slimline = BBQ hot box.  Heat is the number one killer of electronics (you don't raise the voltage on board HP).  I saw a certain PSU dead in this forum.  Replacement of power supply cannot last very long if subjected to the same environment.  It's too late to return the PC to get a refund, but you can always migrate electronics to a bigger case and with better ventilation (Antec 300).  The largest case will also allow you to use a more powerful/silent power.  The power supply is around $30 - $40 after rebate.

  • Strike F1 key to continue after replacing power supply and pulling the battery system on Poweredge R410

    Hi all

Recently, I replaced a non redundant power supply on my Dell Poweredge R410. During troubleshooting, I also temporarily removed the battery from the system at any given time.

The server is back up and running, but when booting, I get:

"The 4 fan speed can change in installation configuration feature and the option card systems

Press F1 to continue, F2 to run the configuration utility.

I think that some BIOS setting reset to remove the battery? I also see a lot of forum posts mentioning the cause of this error is the integrated SATA is connected to anything.

My hard drives are connected to a PERC via the PCI slot, and the machine has an optical drive. I don't see the existence of the optical drive in omreport.

Here are a few outlets omreport about SATA settings.

    Integrated SATA controller: ATA
    SATA port 0: Auto
    SATA port 1: Off
    SATA port 2: stop
    SATA port 3: Off
    SATA port 4: Off

Any advice on how to go about this debugging more?

    Thank you!

    Dave

Yes, it is possible that the optical drive is defective. Check the logs of equipment. Also enter the system BIOS setup using the F2 key and search for devices listed as unknown.
