  Why CC Adobe Application manager displays the CC versions both CS6 / most of the products?  DW and FW, for example.

  As part of my - so far unsuccessful - attempts to restore "functional content" (IE models / menus / buttons etc) still CS6, I visited "my Adobe account".

  AE, DW, PS is rated ok.

  BUT surprisingly, my first Pro status includes 6.0 cs3-4 and 5. -Still is listed as CS3.

  Now - the fact is that I have a full line of CS6 with valid records and the creativity of hassles (not in the cloud )

  I understand that these mistakes can happen but what could I do in order to established a customer status reflecting the reality?

  Back to even and missing library: every web-suggestions have been tested, and I'm about to give up. So: what alternative would you recommend for dvd & bd creation?

  Are you sure that reminder is not CS2? None yet not listed for me because I bought it comes with Premiere Pro. The last recall sold as a standalone was CS2.

  I have a subscription to creative cloud.

  I downloaded Premiere Pro. First is installed as well as yet.

  When I opened again for the first time, everything works fine. Once I got close and try to open it again, I get an error message that says:

  "Adobe CS6 still cannot operate in serialized mode non-redevance. The application must be serialized with a royalty bearing serial number.

  After that, another window opens asking me to enter a serial number. As I am a subscriber of creative cloud, that I don't have a serial number to get in here. Adobe does not provide one for users of creative Cloud.

  I have lived many messages from the forum and even tried to contact Adobe, but no one has any solution to this. The customer service is almost non-existent.

  
  

  Here's what I 'think' is happening.

  Initially, I downloaded and tried to run again as a trial. Later, I decided to subscribe via Creative Cloud. I deleted again and first since my mac (but has not used the "uninstall" option, because I didn't know that existed, I just deleted all the files). I downloaded then first again as shown in creative cloud. I guess there could be a kind of hidden file or key that says not to run without a serial number. How to remove this file/key or even if that's the problem I have no idea.

  I hope someone here can help you!

  My only solution at the moment whenever I have to use again is to uninstall and reinstall. This is very far from ideal!

  I think that you are facing this problem because you do not uninstall the earlier version properly. First uninstall your current version and then try to clean your machine to remove all traces of previous installation using the cleanup scripts posted by Adobe here - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

  and then install again yet.

  If you want to use again, you must have an operating system supported... and Mac 10.11.4 is not supported

  Cs6 maybe bought about 4 years ago as a student.  the cd seems to be corrupted from scratches. I bought a new laptop and want there instead of my old computer.  is it possible to get a double cd for pc? If so are there fees?

  Leider opens sich kein Dialogfeld wenn ich verfahre well. ES passiert nichts schlicht.
  Auch an den Kapiteln etc. finde ich eine possibility nirgends, den Layerumbruch Zeit.

  Könnt ihr mir helfen yesterday? ICH mache was please oder habe ich einfach nur auf den Augen cabbage.

  In addition, I think thers a "check project" as its called in there. You must run it and see if theres any problems it finds.
