Reports of SLA - percentage of actual compliance

Hello

When I look at the dashboard of Service levels, there is a nice percentage showing the value of compliance.  However, I believe that it is the current compliance, not the number of compliance for the period in question.  If you look at the example attached, it is a violation of compliance defined in the time range of the dashboard, yet compliance of 100 per cent of States of dashboard.

Reports generated from this will also show the current level of compliance, not the figure for the time.  We want to provide these reports to deliver to our customers to show overall compliance during the previous calendar month.  Although the sparkline history shows the dip in accordance, no one will take any notice of it, focusing instead on the percentage of compliance.

Is it possible to change this to be the historical figure of compliance for the selected time period?

Thank you

Brian

Brian,

You are right that this view is set to show the current availability rather averages of the period.

Specifically, point of view "Services/Explorer/SLA" defines this column as: /baselineAvailability/current/average

To display the average period instead, you would change this column:

/ baselineAvailability/period/average

Changes to the system out-of-the-box dashboards will not survive an upgrade, so the best practice is to copy (deep) the target view (Services/Service levels) in a new custom system module, and then change the copied display.

'Dashboard Designer' role is required to create and modify modules of the system.

Kind regards

Brian Wheeldon

  • CP8 reports mark no percentage of LMS using SCORM 2004 3rd edition

    Hello

    I have 24 questions and when I answer 2 questions correctly, I get a score of 20, (each question being worth 10 points), but it is possible to send to the LMS a percentage and not an overall score?  This LMS not calculated but just shows what is sent which is confusing for the learner.  I use SCORM 2004 3rd edition.

    Vreten salvation,

    The Captivate will calculate the pass and fail criteria as per your setting, LMS is certainly involved in the calculation of the success-failure, what ever captivate report he saves just and the author. Therefore the values of partition is reported by captivate and is a way to document side LMS.

    Consider whether captivate report % then in this case captivate do so useless calculation to find out the percentage by weight of each issue and then report it. NOT A GOOD IDEA.

    The percentage option is to define the criteria of passage but when even the passage is based on the partition only, finally when captivate decided to pass/fail, the captivate student calculate the percentage that is similar to the way that the teacher of the class calculates and then compare with percentage of passing. Depending on whether the marking of the LMS is done.

    Let us know if you have any other question related to Captivate

  • CP 5.5 should always patch 5 CP for reporting scores of percentage?

    I installed the DLL from the link below when I was 5 CP.

    I now CP 5.5.  The dll file is always in my Program Files.  Should I get rid of and resurrect the original file (now called dll.old), or should I leave the patch file here (which means that CP 5.5 still has it).

    http://blogs.Adobe.com/Captivate/2010/10/patch-to-fix-the-issue-with-reporting-percentage-partitions-de-Adobe-Captivate-5.html

    If you have Cp5 and Cp5.5 on the same PC, they must be installed in different directories in Program Files > Adobe.

    CP 5.5 should NOT use the files in the folder of installation of Cp5.

    Hi MSGG70,

    We do not have this information here (this forum is not for servers) and to be honest I'm not sure that the info is available anywhere or even published if known, but the best place to look and ask is to start here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/wnserverDS/threads.  Even if they don't know, they are more likely to know where or how to find out.

  • Get an interactive report to change what it displays

    Hello world

    I have a table which have multiple values in a column, separated by semicolons, for example: "Architecture: Application: Software»

    I have an interactive report that displays data, and by default it displays exactly as above: "Architecture: Application: Software»

    I can get it to wrap so that it fits in narrow width, I put to this column of the report, but I can't seem to break properly - it just treats it as a value and stops at the width of the column in the report.

    If I get: "Architecture: app

    cation: Software'

    What I would like to get is three words, one on each line.  Is there a way to do this?

    Ideally, I would like to replace it with a supply for each settler line - but only in the report.  I'm not actually change the data in the table.

    Thank you!

    John Ramuta

    Of course, you can use in SQL

    Replace (my_col, ': ',')
    ')

    then, set the column for rendering HTML

    You can also try to replace by ': ', that is to say including a space. The browser should then decide on best time to wrap.

  • Adding formatting to output a report to HTML format

    I'm in a respect which sends the output to HTML (thanks to LucD thereby).  I'm hoping to make three improvements:

    1 to see if it is possible to add two characters of the space between the columns so you can tell where one ends and the other begins

    2. add borders around each of the elements in the table

    3. in addition to sending the report as part of the actual body of the email, include an html file as an attachment to the email so

    Is this possible?  At the moment only the csv file is attached to the report.

    Thank you!

    $report = Get-VM | select name, numcpu, vmhost, memorygb, folder, guest

    $reportHtml = $report | ConvertTo-Html | Out-String
    $report | Export-Csv report.csv NoTypeInformation - -UseCulture

    Send-MailMessage -In mymail@mycompany.com -subject report '
    -SmtpServer smtp.mycompany.com -of [email protected]'
    -BodyAsHtml -body $reportHtml -Accessories report.csv

    Hello, TheVMinator-

    As LucD says (of course), ConvertTo-Html allows such things.  I was away by making an example of this when Luc replied, but I went to a finish to the top to provide such example.  Something like:

    $report = Get-VM | select name, numcpu, vmhost, memorygb, folder, guest

    ## define some style for the HTML$strHtmlHead = "My Report"## use the style in the ConvertTo-Html call$reportHtml = $report | ConvertTo-Html -Head $strHtmlHead## write out the CSV$report | Export-Csv report.csv -NoTypeInformation -UseCulture## write out the HTML$reportHtml | Out-File -Encoding ASCII -FilePath myreport.htm

    ## send the mail message, with HTML body and a couple of attachmentsSend-MailMessage -To [email protected] -Subject Report ` -SmtpServer smtp.mycompany.com -From [email protected]` -BodyAsHtml -Body $reportHtml -Attachments report.csv,myreport.htm

    This makes some minor CSS in the HEAD of HTML to manage points 1 and 2 for you.  And, by adding a call Out-File name of the file that results in the table of values for the - Send-MailMessage setting accessories, the HTML file must also be attached to the e-mail message.  What to do for you?

  • Get the file size of the report on PowerCLI server file?

    Hi all:

    I'm trying to find out if there is a way to list the size of a local file on the server powercli.  The background is that I have a script that runs every day and emails on the report of what it finds during verification.  What I'm trying to update the script to do is only to send the report if the audit revealed actually do anything; and not a file attachment is empty...

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide and please let me know if you need more information.

    You can do the following to check the size of a file named vmware.log:

    If ((Get-ChildItem vmware.log).) Length - gt 0) (# email logfile)

  • The date ranges whose value is on two different reporting periods

    I have a SQL puzzle. How Can I with a single SQL statement GB of data like this to a reduced set of data knowing that a simple use of min/max does not correctly report 9494 x TVALUE is actually on two distinct periods separated by the 26202 x TVALUE. I messed around by using the analytical functions of the Oracle of lead and lag to see if if she me net anything or to reveal at least one model that I could take advantage of. It is probably with myself, but I'm not.

  • Displays the name of the report in the view 'no result '.

    Hi guys,.

    It's 10.1.3.4.1

    In the * 'No result' view *: is it possible to retrieve and display the name of responses dynamically?

    I found two sons:

    Do not change the default value, no results text
    http://forums.Oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?MessageID=8312398 & #8312398

    Show the title of the report (header) when no results
    http://forums.Oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?MessageID=4575238 & #4575238

    but these solutions require customization on a per report basis, and the name of the application must be hardcoded.

    Ideally, I would like to have something like:

    ' Not found for report < script type = "text/javascript" > print report.name < /script > '

    I can actually put in the noresults.xml file, which would affect all applications that include the display 'no result '. Replace the section of scorecard or hard code them the name of the application in the results not seen is not easy to manage.

    Any ideas or recommendations?

    Thank you, best regards.
    Alex. -.

    Hi Alex,

    Ideally, I would like to have something like:

    ' Not found for report '

    First thing is seen results no. He's not accepting the "HTML/JavaScript", so we cannot reach the above syntax

    Second... There is no option available in results view dynamic name no.

    You can do this for the title, but as you say manual labor he's be there

    Thank you

  • By matching SQL reports in a region so that all the top edges are aligned

    I have 3 parts of SQL report in column 2. I want to display so that their top edges are aligned.

    Approved 40 report conditional Tests (column 2)
    60 unlicensed tests conditional statement (column 2)
    80 approved count by Build report (column 2) conditional

    What actually happens is that the reports are all centered vertically towards the middle of the largest report (above). Here's a raw ASCII picture:

    Tests approved
    Category #.
    Area 1 100
    Area 2 100 * unapproved Tests *.
    Category in box 3 100 # * approved number of construction *.
    Area 4 100 area 1 50 11.0.1 700
    Box 5 100 area 2 50
    Field 6 100
    Area 7 100

    As the report the leftmost is the highest, two other reports eventually centered vertically in the middle of the report to the left.

    Instead, I would like that all the top edges lined up like this:

    Approved tests Trials not approved Number approved by build
    # Category 11.0.1 # 700
    Area 1 100 area 1 50
    Area 2 100 area 2 50
    Area 3 100
    Field 4 100
    Field 5 100
    Field 6 100
    Area 7 100

    Nothing I have tried so far has worked. Someone has an idea how to do this? Thank you...

    You could try to wrap areas in the regions of html that essentially give you the ability to specify a valign = top for parts of report.
    Thus, your zones to look like this:

    30 report start - contains source = (div) region

    Approved 40 report conditional Tests (column 2)

    Contains 45 report 2 - Start

    60 unlicensed tests conditional statement (column 2)

    Contains 65 report 3 - Start

    80 approved count by Build report (column 2) conditional

    85 end - report ".(mobster) »

    Replace the rafters of)

    There may be a more elegant solution with models or level of CSS page or something...
    But it should work.

  • How to display actual totals in number and not asterisks

    Hi, this is regarding my previous post. Non-specific to a financial report, how to display the actual number behind the asterisks in the totals for report. If you ask me especially, I'm talking about the report of the accounting entries in accounts payable. When the number of characters in the total exceeds 15, it shows asterisks instead of numbers. I tried to adjust the width in various places, but it doesn't help. Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    I don't think you can pass the value of the parameter of precision as 2, it can be STANDARD or EXTENDED.
    I don't know what currency is involved here, but based on your statement that it now displays 5. I think so
    the currency is set to 5 standard. Set up the precision extended 2 for this currency and pass extended.
    Give it a shot. The currency precision is detailed in the GL user guide.
    Here is an excerpt of the GLUG - section currencies

    6. Enter the precision of the currency to denote the number of digits to the right of
    the comma is used in regular monetary transactions.
    7 enter theExtended precision for the number of digits to the right of the
    decimal point used in the calculations for this currency. The extended precision must be
    greater than or equal to the precision standard.
    Note: Some Oracle Applications uses the extended precision. Others,
    as accounting, are not.

  • What is the transferred parameter of the report navigate?

    Hi guys,.

    I have a question. When I put a column in the report as to navigate to the other report is the transferred parameter domain name (RecordType.Name) or the value of the actual field?

    Since I was a report called "List of innovative activities" fitted with a 'MedEd.Name' as 'is fast ". And I put the "MedEd.Name" field in another report to access the 'innovative list', it works. While I create another text field, set its value by default equal value [< MedEd.Name >] and made navigation on this field, it does not work, the report reveals the full results.

    Kind regards
    Lucy

    Hi, the field on which the filtering should be applied is determined by the name of report Source fields and the actual filtering is done by the value of the field. It may be useful

  • Change the number of digits after the decimal point

    Hello

    We have created a report from ALS and the ALS very basic dashboard for customer agreeing the format of a table containing:

    Name of service SLA percentage

    blah blah 100%

    In order to display SLA percentage for the period concerned, we used the baselineAvailability/period/average metric.  With the 'normal' rendering engine, this displays the integers:

    However, as he is a figure of ALS, we report to two decimal places.  If we use the "raw" rendering engine, we get three decimal places - but no percentage symbol:

    Is it possible [easy] to choose the number of decimal places for a measure in a table?  Otherwise, is that you can add a text of token / custom field?

    Thank you

    Brian

    Do not drag and Drop.

    With WCF, you can control just about everything, but there are limits in drag - move.

  • APEX 5 Ajax call via javascript

    People,

    Using APEX 5 with Firefox ESR 38.2 and Oracle 11 g.

    I have a small application in 5 APEX and I try to call a process on demand through apex.server.process within a small JavaScript function in a page.  However, it seems that the code is NOT executed, and I don't see anything on my firebug console...

    What I have is a JavaScript function in the global declaration of a page and function section.  This is the actual function:

    Function myFunction (p_url, p_review_date, p_bsr_tracking_id) {}

    If (! p_review_date)

    {

    var r = confirm ("when you click on 'Ok', you accept que\nvous have read and reviewed the package BSR the\nselected");

    If (r == true) {}

    Alert (p_bsr_tracking_id);

    First update the revision date for the report, for the follow-up of compliance data

    HERE'S THE CALL FOR APPLICATION MODEL

    Apex. Server.Process ("DUMMY"

    , {x 01: p_bsr_tracking_id}

    , {dataType: "text"}

    );

    Alert ("after the Ajax call!")  ;

    Then, open the new window showing the report to display

    var a = window.open (p_url)

    }

    }

    else {}

    Alert ("BSR package has already been discussed");

    }

    }

    Here is a copy of the MODEL application procedure:

    BEGIN

    Logger.log (apex_application.g_x01);

    UPDATE Bsr_Tracking

    SET Date_Reviewed = SYSDATE

    WHERE Bsr_Tracking_Id = apex_application.g_x01;

    COMMIT;

    END;

    Do you see something that could be the cause of NOT work?

    Thank you

    Patrick,

    Re: Network tab: I see activity on the network or firebug tab...

    Re: Application level process: Yes, it is, does a big difference if it is the application-level or page?

    Question IS... He had a system of authorisation of ' must not be Public user ", therefore, it would not fire, but also I don't have a reply back...

    Thank you for a new set of eyes to see the question, a little...

    Will post question followed on how via the same JavaScript function to refresh the report, he called from the end...

    Thank you
