• Recreated mobileadmin error ORA-04068 repository

  I've recreated the mobileadmin one repository couple of times with no problems, by doing the following:
  
  -Remove all the muy publications and publication elements.
  -Stop the mobile server.
  -MOVE THE MOBILEADMIN CASCADE USER;
  -Execution of the repwizard.bat tool, which is located in % ORACLE_HOME%\mobile\server\admin.
  -Cheking than all TRC$, CEQ$ and tables $ GCI and triggers associated with in my schema have been cleaned.
  (I use the information in this link: How to recreate repository )
  
  
  However, I have done this process, and then I created a new publication and an element of publication (editable) above a table XXXX.
  
  When I tried to make a change to a record in the XXXX table, I got the following error:
  
  ORA-04068: current state of packages has been excluded.
  ORA-04061: existing status of the package 'MOBILEADMIN '. "C$ UPDATE_PACKAGE" was invalidated ORA-04065 not executed.
  
  So, I tried to recompile all the packages in the MOBILEADMIN schema, but I get the same error.
  
  I deleted the publication over the XXXX table element, then I don't have this error anymore, but I need to configure my Articles in publication...
  
  Any suggestion?

  You can take a before and after snapshot of the packaging? You can post here or open an SR with metalink and see if they can identify a bug/patch for the issue.

• Problem executing .bat files

  Recently I found myself unable to run .bat files. When I try to do, the computer slows down terribly and it takes forever to load cmd.exe and more to run each command. If, by chance, the .bat file terminates its execution, the computer plays again slowly, freezing the mouse and do not let me interact with the interface graphics or even open the Task Manager. This also limits me a lot, because I can not install MinGW + MSYS (timeout error), Java 6u21 (loads but does nothing), or I can use the .bat files to speed up tedious work.

  There is an exception to this situation, and this happens when I run the .bat from an already open terminal file, but that only solves the third problem (using files .bat for boring tasks).

  I have Windows Vista SP2 running on a PC of 2007 with Intel Core 2 Quad to 2.4 GHz, 3 GB RAM and graphics card ATI Radeon 2600 HD Series. For security reasons, I use the Windows Firewall and Panda Antivirus Pro 2010.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  EDIT: I have a little... news. Their execution in safe mode doesn't cause any slowdowns and, also, the virus seems to be innocent (but I can't be sure, that he has disappointed me so much this year). This probably means that some process is blocking or running the files beats during a normal filtering mode.

  Try a boot minimum http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.  If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem.   Follow the procedures described in the article.  Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall.  Once remember to put Vista in normal status, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work. Given that the problem does not occur in Mode safe, I have better average hope that this process would work - but it will try it and see.

  I hope this helps.  If this isn't the case, after return and we will try other options.

  If it opens and closes, it probably * is * running the file beats. Only you don't see the results because it is all happening too fast.

  To view the results, change the way you run. Rather than run the bat file, run the CMD command. Then run the file bat in the CMD window that opens.

• Problem updated a ThinApp with build.bat

  Since I've upgraded to 4.6.2 4.6, I'm not able to update an existing project.  For example...

  I used the package manager to capture an install and ran through the automated build process to get the virtual application (point .dat and entry in the BIN dir file).  With 4.6, when I need to make a small change, I would delete the existing content in the BIN directory, make the changes, then use build.bat to capture the new thinapp.

  With 4.6.2 the build process ends with a warning (FileData file not found: bin\Package.ro.tvr.thfd).  My .dat file and report that they manage, but the entry points will not open entry point.  In addition, the .dat file is far too small compared to the original (770 k vs 115 MB).  Any thoughts?

• Utility (rcu.bat) repository startup problem

  Using of "Getting started with Oracle SOA Suite 11 g R1 - hands on tutorial", Packt 2009.
  
  Has raced twice through the rcu.bat tool. First time had problems of privileges DB (Ora10.2). Tried to correct, then ran rcu.bat a second time, but had the same issues of privilege.
  
  Now, I want to run rcu.bat (3rd time) using the Drop option to clean storage before working with DBAdmin to apply the correct privileges.
  
  When I run rcu.bat however, it nothing happens. I edited the batch file to the echo environment and the command line - if you need I can paste into this discussion.

  Hi Michael
  Instead of trying with the same installer, how about you, you delete this folder. Unzip the zip UCR again and run the utility again. Maybe its worth a try. Also, make sure that folder names do not have as many spaces you uncompress the UCR. I have seen a few cases where if the folder has spaces such as c:\Documents and Settings\x\y, he gave some problems.

  the human resources user that was installed during the installation,

  Is your user member of the local administrator group account? If this isn't the case, then you can not connect without specifying a password - you will need to connect like this:

  sqlplus SYS/password@XE AS SYSDBA
  

  RMAN, you will need to do it like this:

  rman target SYS/password@XE
  

  If you have the right keys in your registry, you need not specify ORACLE_SID. Those would be under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE. But I advise you to install a client appropriate Oracle, in this way, you can configure the service names to connect to all your instances Oracle server, the remote and.

  Try the following.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R

  In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

  In Device Manager, expand sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

  When the reinstallation of Chipset has completed, restart the laptop.

  When windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right click on IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When he finished, restart the computer again and let windows to load completely for a few minutes before checking it in.
