My world will not end if you do not resolve the problem, but it would be nice if you could. I live in the Philippines, so that might be a factor.

  I designed a few sites and I'm pretty by the way dreamweaver and PS4, I need to make a simple flash photo animation just 3 or 4 as a banner about 600 x 300 px.

  What a nightmare!  I just spent the last 4 hours trying to watch the tutorials and fails miserably (I'm ok on the definition of the symols, etc., but with respect to the time limits, I am very confused).  Surely, there must be an easier way!

  Offering you more of the same isn't likely to unfold in your favor.  The best advice I can offer is to start small, take baby steps and try not to aim the finished design until you understand how to implement only a fraction of it.

  If the animation is to fade into a mage, then focus only on work on this for images.  Acquire an understanding of how's done it and then move on to adding a second image.

  Regarding your confusion with timelines, think each image like the plot of a movie, or a corner of a page in a page flipping animation (literal book, not the kind of web).  Google search for "Flash animation tutorial timeline" and you might find something to help you on the curve.  There are ways to do what you want without the chronology, but chances are that you would find it even more difficult at this point.  So try to come to terms with the timeline first.

  If you started having 'Magical' Antivirus programs to appear on your system that you do not install, then you are infected.  Some people may be painful to remove, to others not so much.  I recommend http://www.malwarebytes.org/ for malware protection and http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/ for antivirus.

  But now you're in a bit of a place.  I download Malware Bytes and put it on a USB key.  Then see if you can boot in safe mode and run MalwareBytes.  If you're not in safe mode, take a look at this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318027
