Requirement of operating system mac Lightroom 6 10.8.0 have 10.6.8 64bits. Where should I go here for installation?
I just purchased lightroom 6 off Amazon for my macbook air. Everything seemed to be downloading fine after the purchase, until options wouldn't let me no longer to continue to have an obsolete mac OS. I could really use help as my computer says its up-to-date with the current software.
If 10.8 is required and you have only 10.6, then the only thing you can do to get started is to upgrade your operating system if the goal is to get 6 Lightroom installed and running.

Hi William. Unfortunately, Vista is not a system for Lightroom 5 or 6 of Lightroom. You will need to Windows 7 or a later version. See here: system requirements

Original title: reboot problem
My computer crashed and after that I reinstalled everything I get is a screen when I reboot that requires my operating system. I never had this before. How can I get rid of him? It's gray and white, something like the safe mode screen.

I've seen other posts on this topic. Nothing seems to work, so I thought I would explain my situation.
The machine is new. Win7 64 bit company. The problem I see is that I try to load some versions of Visual Studio on the new machine. However, none of the discs auto-run using my local internal DVD drive. They all have a Readme file with the message "this disc contains a"UDF"file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346"UDF"file system specification."
I know that the discs are good, I used the on my old machine, and I can always use them on other machines I tested.
The real kicker here is that I can plug an external USB DVD drive... and then the local drive starts to read the installation discs! It's like making this action allows something else in the machine.
Also, I even restarted the machine mode of diagnosis (without external DVD drive attached)... and restart, the drive would read the installation discs. BUT when I do a full stop and then turn on the machine upward, the local drive gives me the same readme file. Again, it is as if something gets activated, and then reset to a complete stop.
I am at a loss of what to check then. Real head-scratcher, because I know the drive works and the machine can recognize the drive and even read installation discs.
I do not have the applications installed on the machine of DVD burning, so I don't think there is a conflict.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance!

I downloaded Windows 7 from MS with a liscence on a computer running Windows 8. I wrote the ISO on a DVD but when I try to read every DVD I see is a readme file that contains the text "this disc contains a"UDF"file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification. "Former title: installation of windows 7 download
Use the following to burn the. ISO to a blank DVD file:
After graduating the .iso file, you use the Microsoft .iso to USB/DVD tool to create a bootable DVD or USB (requires a blank DVD or USB flash to at least 4 GB key).
You can also burn the. ISO natively in Windows 8 file:

I updated my operating system Mac Mountain Lion and my CS2 no longer works. Is there a solution? CS2 works great for my purpose.
Unfortunately it is the control of Adobe on the outside. Recent versions of Mac OS x simply do not contain the necessary components to the system more. Short of signing up for creative cloud / purchase CS6, there is no way to fix it, though, if "CS2 works just fine" for you, PS Elements could suffice just as well these days, given that all of the features is similar to your old version of PS...

Requirement of operating system Windows LR4
Hi, I just downloaded Lightroom 4 and tried to install it on my OS Windows XP Version 5.1 with Service Pak 3. Installation error message specific to Vista operating system. OS Vista and 7, the only OS that runs on a PC?
Well Lightroom 4 has a minimum requirement of an operating system of Windows Vista with Service Pack 2. You can find more information about the system requirements at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html.
