Resizing of the pictures as wallpaper

When you try to use a photo from my files for wallpaper, images cannot be reduced or cropped in the way or the size I want. How do you change your photos so that you get the part of the photo you want to wallpaper without the false image? I followed the instructions on the phone and the instructions in the manual.

Kind regards

When I resize a single image down (single photo, without layers) using image - resizing or cropping, I get a semitransparent line of 1px width on each side (up and down, right and left). A sample of Sun is attached, moved the img a few pixels to the left and down to better see it.

How can this happen and how do I get rid of this problem?

Like many, sometimes depending on the operations that the user makes and what settings/preferences he or she uses.

To avoid this problem, you could resize a flattened image or value Interpolation of the Image closest neighbor (which would naturally also affect the rest of the pixel content).

  • Save the picture to the phone in the web

I found a picture on the internet that I would use as my desktop wallpaper, but I can't understand how to save the picture on my phone...  I desperately want "right click" on it, but, alas, no mouse.  Is it still possible to do?

Press and hold the orange key and click on the image.  You will be presented with an option to save on photos (and photo you can configure for your wallpaper).

  • Where Firefox stores the images as wallpaper?

Where Firefox stores the images as wallpaper? I was playing around with windows theme and I can not find the wallpaper that was displayed before.

According to me, the question that arises is, "where Firefox stores a picture that I have a right click and choose «Set as wallpaper...»» » »

I have not changed my background in over a year, and I use Windows XP, so maybe this isn't true for the new versions of Firefox or Windows, but I found my background image under "\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Desktop Background.bmp C:\Documents and Settings\current user." Of course, replace the current user with your Windows user name.

  • Resize, reposition the photo presentation

Is it possible to resize, reposition or change the proportions of a picture on a page in a theme for a photo book?  Or if a disposal option has a vertical and two horizontal photos on the page that I can remove the horizontal photos and have only one vertical picture?  Or should I always let the app crop my photos to adapt the boxes given in the presentation of the topic?

    Thank you.

    Richard,

Impossible to delete or resize photos in photo boxes. You must choose a theme and a layout were the photo boxes are just right.

What you can do is shift the picture in the box, enlarge or scale down to fit the box, but the proportions of the area will remain the same. See this help page:

    • Resize a photo: double-click the photo you want to edit. Drag the slider to Zoom & Crop to increase or decrease the size of the photo, and then drag the photo to move it back to the framework.
    • Match entire photo in a frame: control-click on the photo, and then choose Photo to adapt to the framework. (This command is not available for all themes). If you fit a photo in its framework, empty edges can appear along the sides of the photo so that the largest part of the photo can fit into the framework.
    • Return a photo in a frame: control - click on the photo, and then choose picture Flip. When you reverse photos, realize that the text or logos that appear on the photo may appear as a reverse mirror image.
  • Set a picture as wallpaper

I have a small image 125 x 124 2.32 KB that I wanted to use as wallpaper, but when I try to define it as such, he becomes huge and distorted on the screen. Should I do to use as wallpaper, or is it because it's such an image tiny to start I'll be unable to use it as wallpaper?

OK, I see I can upload a picture here, so here is the picture I wanted to use for my wallpaper.

The problem is that the image for a wallpaper should be 960 X 854. So, if you take a photo that is smaller then the phone will automatically stretch to fit. When this happens, you'll see pixelations and distortions in the image. With the help of small images just does not work well.

One thing you might try, don't know the kind of results you would get, would be to put the photo on your computer screen and take a picture of him with a camera or phone. That would give you a bigger picuture without losing image details. I have not tried this before, but it can work.

I tried this and the image was still enormous (you couldn't see the entire image on a home screen), but it has not been distorted and always looked pretty good. Try it and see what kind of results you get. I hope this helps.

  • How to remove the background of wallpaper or Image?

When I start my PC, it's an image that the previus owner was and it only shows when starts and it goes far (acctually when warms up) but is nothing you can do becuse you cannot use the mouse since isn't yet, I get the picture but I can't find to delet it, what should I do , I use a computer dell laptop and I am using windows vista.

    Hello

If you please check the two registry location and check the location of the paper painted.  Please do not delete anything immediately.  Please report to me informing me of what you have seen.

The system records the usual background screen background image in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper registry key. If you have enabled Active Desktop and chose a different background image, such as JPEG, the system stores this wallpaper in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER Explorer\Desktop\General\Wallpaper registry key.

As with a standard wallpaper, with the Active Desktop wallpaper, you can tile the wallpaper using the TileWallpaper 1 value, and you can focus or stretch the wallpaper by setting the WallpaperStyle. A value of 0 centers wallpaper; a value of 2 it extends. In the first connection, the system displays the standard wallpaper until all the boot process and the Active Desktop is enabled.

I hope that this information is beneficial.

    Thank you

You must use a picture that is smaller than the resolution of your screen. If it would not help as if your Desktop setting is stuck to stretch to see this thread:

  • How to change the pixels of the picture of an image that needs to be downloaded on Web sites error "need to increase the pixels to enhance clarity in the photo?

Hello everyone does any one know how to increase the pixels in a picture, the reason is a website I use to develop pictures said I need to increase the pixels to enhance clarity in the photo? Thank you

To increase the pixels, you can try to resize the pictures. But it is important to note that the clarity of a photo, especially when you try to resize, depends mainly on the camera from which you took. If you clicked on the pictures from a low resolution camera, there are limits on the resizing, them and their resizing too can actually blur. However, you can try the options below and see if it works.

You can resize your photos by using Windows Live Photo Gallery. Learn more about Windows Live Photo Gallery and download it to your computer (if you do not already), you can consult the following link:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Live/Photo-Gallery

You can follow the steps below to resize your photos:
    1. click Start and then select all the programs.
    2. in the list that appears, navigate to the Windows Live Photo Gallery program.

    3. Locate and click on the photo you want to resize. Click file and select the option to resize.
    4. Select your new size in the drop down "Select a size. Then, click the "resize and save" button to resize and save the photo with its new resolution. Follow the instructions to save the picture resized in your computer.
