  Hey there. I recently bought a z10 and installed the latest update. I'm from South Africa. I installed the version is 10.2.0.424. Problem is after the udpdate I can't use my camera at all. An error message appears saying "could not start the camera. I tried to restart. Removed the battery completely. Security did wipe. Twice. Always the same. I also noticed my battery draining at an alarming rate. How to install the previous version before upgrading? I read on other forums that this is a problem running after updating the operating system.
