retrieve images off macbook pro drive

The macHD himself deep in his system there a recovery for the photos I could try searching manually? He y that tell what to delete off the computer as trash that it is not actually deleted on your hard drive. I check photos and iphoto not here. I had deleted the picture VIA the Recycle Bin can tell it would be permanently deleted. It has not been reformatted. Computer broke down on its on. Stop forced by the power button / stop. Can I use the recovery disk to find the pictures if so how are they that after launching the recovery disc. I don't have any backup even not used time-machine.  I deleted the picture 1-2 months ago.

10.11.6 version OX EL Capt

MacBook Pro 17-inch, early 2011

If this isn't the case, Rescue 4 recovery will find the photo?

FWIW, it's not likely that you can get it back. After 1-2 months, there is a good chance it was written above. Data Rescue 4 would require an eternal drive covers. Make the most of the recovery tools. They have a free trial, you can run to see if it can be salvaged, but you will need to buy to get it back assuming that it was still on the drive.

Oops, not eternal external. Even if an eternal drive would be nice.

I'm completely lost right now and honestly had a really bad time in the Mac store. I love Macs, the staff is usually great, but I ended up leaving enough frustrated after a few experiences of confusion with the sales guy myself.

So, I entered the mac store with a 2011 13 inch Macbook Pro which has got water damage. It turns out that it was $750 to fix and I decided that I would just get a new one. It was the hardest or disc information you can have, and I've had about 263 on 500 or something used. I want photos and documents to browse and choose what is important.

Then they assured me that they could extract the information and make a transfer with my computer, but I have to buy a laptop with the same amount of data - so that the Macbook Air for $1,500 instead of $1000 Macbook Air, I was going to learn how to do the transfer. They kept saying it's a case all or nothing-, they cannot choose the data from the hard drive, nor can they give it to me in a way that does not require a complete transfer of the computer and so a computer with a drive for.

Is it possible that I can do this by a third party? Or download the information from the hard drive on something other than a full computer...?  I honestly don't need, want or have the capability of the computer with the disc like means. I just need a computer for school and would like to stick with the Mac, and the hard drive more small $1000, that's what I can afford right now.

Thank you and sorry if it came out confused, I'm just really frustrated, I lost all my information to my own stupid mistake and cannot repair.

  • Restart of updating is not turned off MacBook pro

HI there, hope you can help me.

I have a MacBook pro 15 '' (2015), running osx 10.11.4. " Whenever I want to update to 10.11.5 (or 6), will be prompted to restart the computer and when I choose that nothing happens! The screen seems off, but always lies. With only 10 dry on/off switch, it will stop. Then turn it back on it tells me that the update was not successful. I tried to update manually, but the same problem of restart. I tried to clean the NVRAM with alt + cmd - P - R + power button but that did not help either. Advice from someone? Thanks in advance apologize for my English.

  • Intend to upgrade HARD + SSD Macbook Pro drive end 2011

Hope you guys can help me with this simple question (if any):

I plan go my Macbook Pro 13 inch end of 2011 this system of 'double disc' using the current HARD drive and a new SSD. I use OS X El Capitan.
My plan is to take all my important files on the current 500 GB external HARD Drive USB drive and delete EVERYTHING ELSE. There is no problem.

Then I open the computer, remove the HARD drive and the optical drive. I'll replace it with my new MAIN hard drive SSD HARD drive and put the HARD drive in courses where the optical drive was (with an adapter to fit) to be a 'secondary drive' where I store my photos, movies, videos, etc.

When everything is back in place, my question is: if I turn on my MBP with cmd + R pushed down, the normal OS X Utilities screen will appear and I would like to reinstall OS X for this new SSD?

Why not let the operating system installed on the HARD disk, since that will give you a backup of boot problems disk? As long as you clear the Macintosh HD partition and not the HARD whole, the volume of recovery disk should remain intact and usable.

  • How to recover data from my macbook pro drive to an external hard drive?

My Mac pro does not work. Is it possible to back up my data through safe mode? Problem is that I accidentally deleted my last backup in my external hard drive. I'm just trying to retrieve photos and videos.

Perhaps. What happens when you start up the Mac normally?

    You have another Mac?

This Mac starts to recover? (need of Lion or later)?

  • Just bought a new MacBook pro to replace my old PC.  I have 4 LR on disk and LR 5 upgrade disk and need to know how to load LR on my new Macbook Pro.  Also how can I transfer photos?

I'm not very good with computers and need help.  My 4 LR and LR 5 upgrade are on the disc, but do not use my new MacBook Pro drive.  How can I load LR on my new computer?  Also, how to make photos of LR on my old computer to the new computer?

You can download Lightroom via the link below.  If you just want to install the upgrade version 5 that you don't need to install first - 4 you probably just provide the serial number for this, when you activate 5.

    Lightroom - all versions

    Mac

With regard to transfer photos goes, which is something you could get help in the forum of Photoshop Lightroom .  But you could wait here and see if anyone knows, or you could search Google and probably know how.

  • MacBook Pro stops when the lid closes, loses the open tabs and background image...

    Hi all

I recently had a new hard drive installed in my 2012 13-inch MacBook Pro. I am running El Capitan 10.11.2. Since then, my computer cuts automatically to the bottom when the lid is closed, losing all Web pages, and for some reason, some background, I've saved. (My browser is Mozilla Firefox and it prompts you to restore me the tabs lost, which he will).

The led standby does not blink or light up when the computer is turned on, it will turn on only at startup. At startup, the login page is displayed, and after that I entered my password it takes about 15 to 25 seconds to load and open my account. What is going on?!

    Summary:

Stop when the lid is closed,

Loses the background image & open Web pages.

    Standby blinks only when starting,

Time of loading extended after logging into my account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot for reading.

Take it back to the repair as well as your receipt of repair shop.  Apple has a 90 day warranty on all repairs.

  • Put iTunes on Macbook Pro external drive

I have a new Macbook Pro running OS X El Capitan. With my older iMac, I wanted to save space so I consolidated my iTunes library and put all my music on my external hard drive and then deleted all my music off my old iMac. I did the same thing with my photos. With the new Macbook, I ran some more of my music on the external hard drive, but now I want to recover my external hard drive so you can use it for Time Machine and put all my music on the Macbook, since it has a bigger HD and I'm more worried about space. I also noticed on the Macbook, in the iTunes folder, there are now "iTunes Media" and that "automatically add to iTunes". I understand that Apple has changed the iTunes Music iTunes Media folder but I am unsure of the other folder. On my external hard drive, I have a 'Music' folder and inside that I have: of Garage Band, iTunes album art file folder, album art iTunes, Bigasoft Flac Converter folder. In the iTunes folder: folder of iTunes Library.itl Album artwork file, iTunes Music Library.xml file Genius.itdb from the iTunes library, previous record of libraries iTunes, Mobile Applications folder, iTunes Library Extras.itdb, Temp File.tmp file, iTunes Library.xml and iTunes folder Music, which has all my music files. I didn't know if I should just replace the music folder on my Macbook with the music folder from my drive external hard because some of the files as "iTunes Media" and "Automatically add to iTunes" would probably disappear. I hope I'm not too hike and it makes sense. I tried to consolidate my music but I don't know if that did anything. Thanks for any help.

  • My MacBook Pro will not turned off properly

    Hello.

I had problems with my MacBook Pro running El Capitan for a few months now that completely stops.

When I stopped my machine it starts as usual by removing bar at the bottom with all applications on and also everything on my desktop bar background. That is, it stops and I have to manually hold the power button to turn off the machine.

It becomes quite annoying say the least so any help I can get it with would be ace.

    Thank you in advance.

    Andy =)

    Hello

I had this problem too. No Wacom driver installed. If you have installed battery status (it was blocking my Mac), try this:

-the dock is still alive and the Finder is unusable open any application of the content of your dock

    -menu bar becomes visible

-Leave the battery of his entry menu bar status

-Stop or restart should now work

-after reboot remove the battery of your Startupitems status in the users/groups preferences

n ' forget not to leave the State of battery of its menu bar entry one last time!

    I hope that helps!

The new App Store for El Capitan update has locked up my macbook pro.  Reboot got about 3/4 fact and the machine stops. Turned off the power and turn it on again for nothing doesn't.  How in my machine to begin troubleshooting?

The problem is most likely an attempt to update a system malfunction prior it is probably a problem with your computer, not the El Capitan.

    Start by:

Reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

MacIntel: Reset of the controller (SMC) system management

Start in Safe Mode , and then re - start normally. It's slower that a normal start, so be patient.

    If you are unable to start;

Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

Please make sure that you back up.

    1. Restart the computer. Immediately after that the chime hold down the command and R until the Utility Menu appears.
    2. Select disk utility, then click on the continue button.
    3. Select the withdrawal (usually Macintosh HD) entry of the volume in the list aside.
    4. Click first aid icon in the toolbar. Wait until the button is active, then click it.
    5. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
    6. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

Also, see this tip for user: basic steps for the OS X upgrade.

    If this doesn't get you;

Install Yosemite or El Capitan, from scratch

    Backup if possible before proceeding.

Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the command and R buttons until the Apple logo appears. When the Utility Menu appears:

Select utility disc in the Menu Utility, then click the continue button.

When loading disk utility, select the volume (entered into withdrawal, usually Macintosh HD) from the list of devices.

Click Delete in the main window of disk utility. A panel will fall.

Define the type of Format Mac OS extended (journaled).

Click on the apply button, then wait for the done button to activate and click on it.

Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.

Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  • MacBook Pro A1260 replacement HARD drive and reinstall OS

    Hello

After more than 8 years my Macbook Pro has "finally" stopped working. I discovered the problem is the HARD drive and I wanted to replace it with an SSD, but I don't know if I can? Also to reinstall everything with a new hard drive do I need I know that I need the original DVD with the operating system but my superdrive drive obviously does more centuries ago (bad quality on the right?) and I left the DVD at home (Italy), now I live in the United Kingdom. As I do not think that my Mac has a Mode to retrieve Internet, can I just make a usb bootable with El Capitan (the one I was currently using) or I need a previous operating system? I think the native Mac with Leopard.

    Hope someone can help me.

    Thank you very much

    John

You can install an SSD in your MBP as long as the form factor SSD 2.5 ".  OWC and Crucial get my nod as the best for Mac compatibility.

You can get the installation disks in double for your MBP of Service model Apple customer.  Or you can order this Snow Leopard disc:

    http://www.Apple.com/shop/product/MC573Z/A/Mac-OS-x-106-Snow-Leopard

You can use an external DVD drive or the DVD drive, another Mac connected to yours.

    Ciao.
