Hi, my mother-in-law crashed Mac... I tried to recover, but could not install the adobe CS5 design. I could not download the installation files and do not have the key. I only have the invoice from adobe with reference... Does anyone know how is it possible to get this key according to the invoice (references)? IRecover

I don't think that there is no relationship between the invoice and the serial number, although if you contact the Adobe Support via chat, they might be able to work with this information to get the serial number.

    There are a few reasons for your mistake.  The first is that the role name does not exist you are looking on.  The other reason could be that the person doing the search, they do not have the authorization to search for the role.

    You can retrieve the RADIUS shared secret key as other passwords that are stored on the WLC by using the procedure at the following link:

    NOTE: WPA keys are not available through these methods.

    Basically, you can enable password in clear text on the wlc with 'config passwd-cleartext enable' and then issue a "view orders of the running-config' - your RADIUS configuration command should now display the shared secret.

    I bought a refurbished Pavilion p7-1423w a couple of years and a couple of weeks, it's totally dead.  It wouldn't boot on hard drive, CD, DVD, or USB, and I couldn't get into the BIOS.  It was toast.  Thinking that it was the motherboard, I bought as close to the same motherboard came with the computer as possible, hoping it would always start windows.  I replace the motherboard, and after several attempts, I got it to start on Windows.  But then I realized that Winodws was not enabled, so, apparently, that the Windows key has been changed somehow.

    My computer came with Windows 8 is installed, and I see that the keys are in the old motherboard BIOS, which is dead.  I tried to recover the old key from the hard drive in Windows.old, but not luck.

    HP can provide new keys for me since the death of the motherboard?  The product is no longer under warranty, so it seems that this will cost me $60 to call them.  Is this correct?

    Rzgui, welcome to the forum.

    The license for Windows on OEM computers is only for the original configuration.  Microsoft will not make available product keys.  You will need to purchase a full copy of Windows.
