Return scripteval æ reminders

Hi all

It seems obviously runs as an asynchronous callback to a function scripteval should be simple enough. Alas, I am a bit puzzled as to why the following code runs as expected. I simplified the code to try and pinpoint where the failure is underway but for now am still to understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See you soon!

I managed to get all the workers, the use of events, which is probably much more orderly in the code anyway... Although I am always disturbed by the fact that I couldn't reminders to work.

  • Siri in iOS10 does not accept the location based reminders; definition of reset

    I have a problem with iOS10 when you try to create a reminder using Siri location-based. Siri continues to ask me to allow access to my location for reminders in the settings. But even accepting that Siri seems to return this setting to disabled. It is possible to create the same using reminders App.

    Anyone with the same problem? And most importantly... someone has a solution?

    I use the Dutch language for Siri on an iPhone SE iOS10 running.

    HI Rob.nl,

    I understand that your location Services settings do not stay set when you try to use Siri program reminders. I know it's nice to be able to set reminders on the go, so I'm happy to help you.

    Let's start by making sure that your location service are configured before using same Siri. Find out how to set up here:

    On privacy and location in 8 and later versions - Apple iOS Support Services

    Enable or disable location Services

    You can enable or disable location Services in settings > privacy > location Services. You can enable location-based Services during the wizard process of installation or later through the creation of location-based Services. You can individually control applications and system services have access to the data of location Services. When location Services are disabled, the apps can't use your position in the foreground or background. You will thus limit the performance of various Apple and third-party applications.

  • Reminders collage is more the lock screen in iOS 10

    I have a set daily reminder to remember to do something at the same time every day. In iOS 9, the recall would stick to the lock screen until I scored it's over. It was good, because he made sure I had done, even if it was a number of hours later. Now that I have updated to iOS 10, I noticed that the recall is declining since the lock screen as soon as I unlock and it does not return. Is there a setting I can change to make this change to the old way?

    Hi geektranzl8r,

    It seems that your reminders are not visible on your screen once it reminds you of your tasks after upgrade to IOS 10. Maybe it's because some of the parameters that have changed the default upgrade. Try to set up notification of recalls. The links below can help you get your app to reminders and notifications of locking screen set up exactly how you like it!

    To view your lock screen, press the Home button or the sleep/wake. If you have an iPhone 6s or later, pick up your device to see the lock screen.
    To respond to a notification, by sweeping left on it, and then tap answer. If you have an iPhone 6s or later, use can use Touch 3D. Just press the notification deeply, then answer.
    To open the application to answer, drag right on the notification.

    Use reminders on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    These measures should do the trick. Please use the Apple Support communities to post your question. Enjoy iOS 10.

  • Cannot use reminders when synchronization iCloud is on

    All of a sudden, I don't receive reminders on my iPhone - but I get them on my iPad.

    So I went into the iPhone, rebooted it, same problem. East went into the settings and disabled syncing of reminders in iCloud. Expected. On the return. The same problem.

    Which synchronization iCloud for callbacks is disabled, I can go in the app of reminders and create a reminder. Or use Siri to create a. Bits when reminders switch is activated in iCloud sync settings, I am unable to create reminders. It's as if the entire application is granted offshore. Siri said that it cannot create a. "I walked into the app and I see planned: nothing due today", but it is grayed out. Failed to create a new reminder or a new list.

    Weird.

    Any ideas what I can do?

    Have you tried completely logging on your iCloud account then connection back?

  • Standing ring not updated or by sending reminders

    I recently replaced my other shows with a different color and the first watch to day well and now this second do not update or even send reminders.  I have reset (hard) show several times and made sure shaped wrist, Tracker detection of delivery and any necessary detections are enabled.  I also calibrated this new watch repeatedly without any help.  The rings exercise and move work fine, but nothing for the last three days (since I got the watch) has updated to stand.  I also have odd watch twice hoping it would update and nothing... starting to think that it is a defective product.  Help, please!

    HI - try the following steps:

    On your iPhone in the app shows, go to: Watch My > General > wrist Detection - make sure it's open (may also turn it works).

    On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > privacy > disable Motion & Fitness - Fitness track (or, if it is currently disabled).

    Restart both devices by turning the two first set, and then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:

    -To switch off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off. To reactivate: press and hold the side button until you see the logo.

    If you disabled followed fitness in step 2, now return to the configuration and turn it back on.

  • Reminders of understanding

    I've been with CVI programming since the days of BASE in the 1990s, went to C-base code but have always programmed of up and down and never used reminders much. I want to change that. So here I am with my first serious attempt and something is not just make sense.

    I have a child Panel (SetupPanel as a handle) with a hot digital control. I want the user to be able to type a number and press ENTER to enter the value and return to the main loop. I know recall events are generated with the entry number, so I have an if statement to get the value of control when he sees a VAL_ENTER_VKEY event. The code runs correctly, but the new value the user has entered into the digital control is not being caught and stored in the variable referenced after executing the GetCtrlAttribute function successfully (returns a 0 indicates success).

    The GetCtrlAttribute same function with the same variables works very well elsewhere in the code, when it is called, it is only in the block of reminder where it is not catch the value of the current digital control. It has to be something fundamental, I do not understand about the use of reminders.

    int MaxDSCallback (int command face, int, int event, void * callbackData, int eventData1, int eventData2)
    {
    If (eventData1 == VAL_ENTER_VKEY) {}
    RET = GetCtrlAttribute (SetupPanel, Setup_AxisMax, ATTR_CTRL_VAL, &ddum);)
    }
    Return (0);
    } / / MaxDSCallback

    After execution, ret = 0, but the value of ddum is what it was before that the user has replaced the control, not the value of newly. Tried a ProcessSystemEvents() after the GetCtrlAttribute, no joy.

    Can someone explain to me what is happening here?

    Now, I am even more confused... Have you tried the following:

    int MaxDSCallback (int command face, int, int event, void * callbackData, int eventData1, int eventData2)
    {
    If (event == EVENT_VAL_CHANGED) {}
    RET = GetCtrlAttribute (SetupPanel, Setup_AxisMax, ATTR_CTRL_VAL, ddum &);)
    }
    Return (0);
    }

    This should return only after you press the Enter key, not after each keystroke...

  • Why ApplicationMgr.ExecutionClosed event returns incorrect object

    Work with the operator of Labview interface.

    I'm trying to get the event during the sequence file is closed.

    I created two reminders to the ApplicationMgr.ExecutionClosed and ApplicationMgr.SequenceFileClosing events.

    According to aid TS first callback returns execution and second reminder returns SequenceFiile.

    Two reminders are created automatically Labview and have only the argument of the API to pass to the event handler.

    The two event handlers in Labview, I use the nodes property to get the IDS of the objects (execution and file)...

    The two nodes of property give errors #1 with reason: property node has wrong argument 1 (reference object as I undertand).

    When I use varianr conversion I discovered non-empty reference in the event parameter.

    It's very like as return value EntryPoint.Run method for execution and OpenSequenceFile for ApplicationMgr.

    What can be wrong?

    Something happened to the memory or this behavior is the result of my bad actions?

    Hello, Taylor

    Thanks for the reply.

    Today, I have solved this problem.

    The reason was lack of understanding event management in Labview.

    I have passed reference sequence VI of the LV event handler callback file and then tried to recover file ID loop event LV and close the reference.

    In this way was wrong

    File reference here is bad.

    After that I changed to get the ID of file directly in the VI recall I have normal work.

  • Handles sign and reminders

    I'm having some problems with the Panel handles and reminders, I think I can be misunderstanding exactly what consititues a 'panel '.

    My program has only a single panel with three tabs, namely panels and section orders of my .h file looks like this:

    #define PANEL 1 / * callback function: panelCB * /.
    #define PANEL_TAB 2

    My problem comes in the reminders when I try to set or get values of control, I have a reminder of command button that looks like this:

    int CVICALLBACK StartLoggingClicked (int, int int event, control panel,
    void * callbackData, int eventData1, int eventData2)
    {
    switch (event)
    {
    case EVENT_COMMIT:
    SetTabPageAttribute (panelHandle, PANEL_TAB, ATTR_DIMMED, 0, 1);
    SetTabPageAttribute (panelHandle, PANEL_TAB, ATTR_DIMMED, 1, 1);

    SetCtrlAttribute (Panel, TAB_MON_COMMAND_PAUSEMON, ATTR_DIMMED, 0);
    SetCtrlAttribute (Panel, TAB_MON_COMMAND_STOPMON, ATTR_DIMMED, 0);

    break;
    }
    return 0;
    }

    panelHandle is the global variable assigned by the call to LoadPanel. When I look at the table of values and panelHandle they are different (for example, panelHandle = 1, Panel = 4). Coincidentally (or not...) 4 is the value assigned to the command button in the .h file.

    If I do: SetTabPageAttribute (Panel, PANEL_TAB, ATTR_DIMMED, 0, 1).

    I get an error "the control is not of the type expected by the function", but it works very well with the global panelHandle.

    If I do: SetCtrlAttribute (panelHandle, TAB_MON_COMMAND_PAUSEMON, ATTR_DIMMED, 0);

    I get an error 'Invalid control ID', but it works with the parameter callback 'panel '.

    I have another article of the code in a function called by the recall:

    GetCtrlVal (panelHandle, TAB_BOARD_STRING_DATAFILENAME, & t_LogFilePath);

    Gives the error "the command has not value.

    If I pass the value of the 'panel' reminder to the function and do:

    GetCtrlVal (Panel, TAB_BOARD_STRING_DATAFILENAME, & t_LogFilePath);

    I get "invalid arugment type: found"pointer to table 260 char", should"pointer to int.

    It seems to me that the values of the Group and panelHandle do not match to what I think they do because, it seems, control of the values that I'm passing are false (i.e. do not correspond to the correct Panel) in some cases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I searched for details about what did and did not imply a Panel to try to understand why I see different values, but I have not found anything. If there is a reference that I missed please point me to it.

    We are here in the typical question everyone who uses a tomb tab control. Be telegraphic,

    each page of a tab control (actually is) a panel separated with its own handle to use when it comes to control over the page of the tab itself.

    To be more clear, the tab is control over your main table and dealing with the tab control must be made with the handle of the main panel (panelhandle in your case): this is the case, for example when you use SetTabPageAttribute or GetTabPageAttribute or the setting / recovery of the attributes of the tab itself control (ATTR_TOP and so on); This is also true if you want to run the control tab with InsertTabPage, CopyTabPage and so on.

    However, before turning to a control on a page of tabs, you must retrieve the handle Panel appropriate to the page of the tab itself, for example using GetPanelHandleFromTabPage. With this handle, you can send commands located on the tab page. Only in the case where your reminder is triggered from a control in a page of tabs and wants to act on another control on the same page, you can use 'panel', which is the first parameter in the callback of control: this is the case when the reminder of a button on the tab page should read the value of a control on the same page. But if your button is elsewhere (outside of the tab control or on another page of the tab) you will need to retrieve the correct handle before you attempt to set a control: otherwise will result in errors that you find and a little more, you don't have yet.

    The example of TabExample bundled with the CVI (\samples\userint folder) can be useful depth in the use of the tab control.

  • CVI DLL using the reminders of Message Windows

    Background:

    I had a CVI wound around a third-party DLL executable application.  Recently, I've built a few LabView modules and wanted to use the features in the code of the CVI.  I deleted as much as I can from the code of the CVI and built a DLL out of it, so now that it's a call to a third party DLL DLL of CVI.  The third-party DLL uses windows messaging to communicate with the CVI DLL.  I wanted not to re - write the functions already developed in CVI in LabView (much too much effort).

    Problem:

    The problem is windows messaging in CVI uses the InstallWinMsgCallback and binds it to a group of experts.  The events are not processed until you call RunUserInterface(). RunUserInterface does not return. Therefore, any LabView module that loads this DLL crashes, waiting for the DLL back.

    Does anyone develop a CVI DLL, which uses internal reminders, which can be called from an external process?   Anyone have any ideas on how to get around?

    Daniel,

    In fact, I came across the solution even before that you posted.  One thing I noticed however was that it was a little unpredictable when the message would be received.  It turns out that defining the InstallWinMsgCallback to intercept that in_queue worked without needing a processsystem looping events.

  • How to reduce advertising and update reminders

    I have Microsoft store and reminders of update of Google and the advertising covering the entire screen when I'm in the middle of typing emails, or look for something and I can not minimize or delete.  The only way that I can return to my work is by clicking 'Start' on the right corner. It's your time and very annoying.   I even hired a technician to help me and he has not been able to solve the problem.

    ALT + F4 is an OLD method of Windows-based (OLD OLD OLD) for the closure of the things.  ;-)

    What you see is the Microsoft Store for applications - composed of the requests made by various providers - just like iTunes/Apple Store or Android market, etc.

    If you are looking for Windows Updates - as you have used to install possibly on previous versions of Windows, so you would do this:

    Right click on the Windows Logo at the bottom left in the office or the display start menu and choose "Control Panel" from the menu that opens.

    In Control Panel, choose (depending on your view)...

    Choose "System and security", followed a "Check for updates" under "Windows Update"...

  • Reminders do not display or stick to the lock screen in iOS10

    IOS10 (10.0.1 and 10.0.2), on an iPhone (I use an iPhone 6), reminders are no longer reliable. I had several cases where the callback doesn't show even on the screen lock and many more times when the recall won't 'glue' to screen lock for more than a short period. Before iOS10, when you said to remind you at a certain time or place, the recall would display on the reliable lock screen until she has been marked as "completed".

    It is a major issue for people who depend on the application for the important tasks and calendar. There is a thread of any discussion on this point, for some reason, has been marked as "solved" even if a large number of people continues to post telling him that there is a problem for them too (as the thread located here). I wanted to start this new discussion which we hope will remain open until it is effectively resolved.

    Thank you!!! This is a HUGE problem!

    Since the update I had to reboot my phone EVERY day.

    Is the stick of reminders... or they do not. Lately they don't yet show upward. Then other things stick to the lock screen can't get rid of.

    Currently this feature on the phone is USELESS

  • Reminders of proactive screen does not not on iOS10

    Hello everyone, have you tried using proactive reminders as you did in iOS9?

    For example, when you read a Web page and you tell Siri 'remind me about it later today.

    It has been used to create a new reminder with a link to this page, but now this function no longer works.

    Please let me know if I'm the only one with this problem.

    Thank you very much

    Hey Alby-M.

    Thank you for being a part of the communities of Apple Support.

    If Siri is not grateful the command you give when reading a Web site and say "Remind Me about it later today", then I suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps for Siri below.

    If Siri is not available, or do not understand or answer questions

    Before you try the following steps, make sure that your camera works with Siri. After each step, see if Siri works.

    1. Make sure that your iOS device has an Internet connection via Wi - Fi or cellular data.
    2. On your iOS device, make sure that Siri is enabled in settings > general > Siri.
    3. Restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
    4. On your iOS device, go to settings > general > Siri and turn off Siri. Then turn on again.
    5. If you use an iOS device, try to use Siri with headphones. If Siri works if you are using a headset, get help with microphones on your device.
    6. Contact Apple support.

    Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    Take care.
