  (1) remove the plug-ins clever (make a backup) of the installation folder

  (2) launch HAVE

  (3) when the "What's New" dialog box gets displayed check the box "don't show" and close the dialog box "What's New".

  (4) quit HAVE

  (5) restore your plug-ins smart

  (6) start now HAVE CC

  Note: If you delete your preferences AI CC, you will need to follow the steps above again.

  I don't think there is a way to revert to a previous version without doing a system restore.

  However, here is a document for the HP Coolsense. 'S called it the HP CoolSense technology. At the bottom of the document it is stated:

  "HP CoolSense 1.0 (HP thermal Assistant) has been designed to work as part of previous versions of HP Support Assistant." After upgrading to later versions of HP Support Assistant, HP CoolSense 1.0 may stop working.
