• Why don't spotlight offer "reveal in finder"?

  Spotlight produces a fairly compact list of files and will open a file if I select it from the list spot.

  But the star does NOT have a "reveal in finder" option from the popup menu.

  This means that in order to open folder in a file requires choice 'show in Finder '. But the list displayed in the Finder is often huge compared to that offered by the projector itself.

  It is the first order inconsistent user interface design. In virtually every other place, just by clicking on a file name (that is, calling to the context menu of a file object) includes the option to "reveal in finder".

  There is no reason that this should be the case. Projector 'knows' the folder in which the file is located. It simply will not spit it.

  It's a minor thing. Until you go account you spend hours of time trying to get the Finder to 'find' a file this projector has already found for you...

  Method 1:

  Press and HOLD on Ctrl + Alt keys > use the arrow keys (up, down, left, right) to realign the screen

  Hi and thanks for reading. This isn't a big problem but I couldn't find any information on this anywhere. I noticed in 5.5 when I click on a clip and try to get it to show up in the Finder, nothing happens... I think that it worked when I installed it all first, but I can't be sure at this stage. However reveal it in Bridge works and find the file. I thought that things will get better when I did a clean install of Cougar and then installed CS6 but the problem is still there. I think it's more convienent to see in Finder and then fill especially waiting bridge open. Does anyone have any ideas why reveal in Finder does not work for me? If this serious, I did a reorganization of Adobe applications... I have the rest of the Production... I moved them all from the Applications folder to a sub folder in the Apps folder Adobe. I don't know why Adobe them away stuff like that. Thanks for any help on this.

  There is a major bug in OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 that prevents "Reveal in Finder" (open in the Finder) to work in a variety of applications. Workaround: when he gets to run the following in a Terminal:

  sudo killall -KILL appleeventsd
  

  or, Alternatively, quit appleeventsd , in the activity monitor.

  Maybe your problem is related to this.

  In this table, I need to find the setting for each rec_no as
  (r_cost + chg + taxes)-sum (d_cost) for rec_no = 12345
  (114.35 + 1.00 1.00)-(100.30+2.00+14.00) plus 0.05
  This 0.05 must be added to the minimum (code) for the rec_no 12345.
  If the d_cost of the code, with rec_no = 12345 201 should be (2.00 + 0.05 = 2.05).

  (120.90 + 1.00 1.05)-(110.40+12.50) plus 0.05
  This 0.05 must be added to the minimum (code) for the rec_no 23412.

  I need to be able to paste a list of file names of the files as follows:

  At the moment, if I select the files in the Finder, copy to the Clipboard and paste them in TextEdit, they are like this:

  I found a similar but slightly different script and I don't know how to change it. Here it is:

  There is an easier way. Open a TextEdit document and paste the list in. Place the cursor at the end of the first item and drag it to the start of the second.

  

  Press on + command + c to copy and then command + f to bring up find it. Press command + v (do not click in the first search field). Check the 'Replace' box, click in the field replace, and then type a comma and a space.

  

  Click 'All' and then 'done '.

  I have an old base Oracle 11 GR 2, which want to patch 11.2.0.1-> 11.2.0.3.

  Through Google, I found it as patch = 10404530.

  But I'm unable to find through the option patches & updates to MOS.

  Here's wat I entered:

  Product: Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition

  Selected: Include all the products in a family

  Release date: Oracle 11.2.0.3.4 (this is the patch I want to download)

  Platfoem: Linux x 86-64

  When I click on search, I can't find a patch that matches 'PATCH SET for ORACLE DATABASE SERVER'

  I have not found the "superset" selection or "Cancel".

  Can someone tell me what I got wrong?

  MOS, click on the tab "Patches & Updates", then click on the link "latest Patchsets' from the left pane. In the pop-up window, hover over the "Oracle Database" link, hover over the link to the OS, then select your version of the data base (say 11.2.0.4) to the download link for the fix.
