  "Could not be read" means that you do not have a WRITE permission in the destination directory, then change your permissions.

  "Another application already has its opening" can be solved by removing the .lock file in the same folder as your catalog file.

  You don't need the Camera Connection Kit for this. Connect your iPad to your PC using the lightning to the USB cable supplied with the iPad.

  Mix and Fix do not support the raw file format. Please try to download as a. JPEG. However, the support of raw files is an excellent idea for a future feature!   You cannot drop images directly in Lightroom.

  You need access to the file menu in Lightroom 6 > import Photoshop > and choose your camera as source > select the images to import and import.

  that by running the following command would be the fix:

  It of a hacky Darren solution... and would not be supported to a PoV of product but... If you want, you can write a script custom/some code that could directly edit the file .xproj and add new references to document in the file xml xproj

  No it is not deleted. Camera and Photo Stream are two distinct sources for photos. Your film is, in essence, your iPhone photo library. Photo stream is a temporary storage of photos that have been taken by any device which is signed on the same iCloud account. Photo stream keeps the last 30 days or 1000 photos, whichever comes first.

  You may notice more than this limit of photos on a single device, but if you were to turn off the stream of pictures and then turn on again, you see whatever it is old more than 30 days, or more than 1000 photos, because that's all that would be stored in iCloud.

I want to download only the pictures at the end of my memory chip, essentially without having to wait a long time for the other 300 + pictures to import the big file for each and the jpg version, accompanying all over again because they are mostly high-quality... (I keep the actual chips with pictures on them as a backup (have not printed on most of the photos I had even for albums, etc. so I don't want to lose anything by deleting after you import each time, because they are all the memories with my husband and 2 children..))

  Something to try...

  Connect the device to your PC via a USB cable and turn
  on the camera... If open windows... Close them.

  According to... to... Start / my computer... the camera can be
  listed as a drive letter...

  If_yes_right click on the drive letter and select... Explorer or
  Open... This should display the directory of the memory card.
  You can copy and paste or drag and drop the files from there to a
  folder on your hard drive.

  (The same steps work if you have a media player...
  When you go to... Start / desktop media slots...
  Drive should be listed under... "Removable disk" with a drive
  letter.)

The folder "Images" by default on my HDD is the selected destination.   Try trashing the prefs start by stop smoking 5 Lightroom.

  Launch the Finder and click on the menu go to, just by holding down the Option (alt) key. Then go to library > preferences and delete everything about LR5 which means generally that the deletion of the following files:

  com.adobe.Lightroom5.plist

  com.adobe.Lightroom5LSSharedFileList.plist

  Then relaunch Lightroom.

  Also check the privileges on the pictures folder or that you import into a subfolder. Right-click on it, and press Cmd + I and in the info dialog box ensure that read and write permissions are enabled.

  Your original photo is never changed by Lightroom.

  In the develop module, the backslash key should activate / deactivate the unedited, uncropped photo version and the final version of your photo.

  I recently installed PhotoElements v8, the upgrade of the v5. Installation went well and seems to work ok except for the fact that when I plug in my camera the Adobe Photo Downloader comes into action and then transfer all the photos to v6. Can I stop this from happening?

  I would like to uninstall v6, which can solve the problem, but reluctant to do so, as it could affect v8.

  Well, it's not really clear if you're talking about version 5 or 6, since you mention both, but first of all turn off the Photo Downloader in the system tray and the preferences of the Organizer. If it does not, go into services and disable the appropriate version of the connection device. In PSE 8 the Downloader will appear only as one of the options in the standard windows dialog box that appears when you connect a device with photo.

  You can uninstall any earlier version without affecting the PSE 8. Your photos and catalog are stored separately from the program files.

  To do this I have selected remote control + Streaming then monitor at home and connected successfully with the SSID and password.

  My problem is that the Uploader of movie of Pixela does not see the camera.

  I tried to connect as the access to the camera is running, and I also tried after my iPad v2 cyclical supply and connecting with the WiFi connection provided by the camcorder.

  Found the answer to my question, and I want that it has documented a little better.

  Film-Uploader works great – once you change the status of the camcorder to the "file" to "playback".

  I'll admit it makes sense this way, but I want an intro 1-screen which could be disabled by Uploader of movie that pointed out it wasn't there.  Well!

  Pictures is a new program and has a learning curve, as all programs do - photos before importing, you check the delete after import next to the phone in the source list
