  If you have certainly not delete checked trimming pixels, then simply go to Image - reveal all.

• Revert to the Original, not to add new clips

  I imported a Premiere project even through hotlinks.

  At a later date, after adding clips for the first project, I returned to again and chose the option to revert to the Original.  I have transcoded, but it found that the added clips were not there.

  Is this normal or do you think I could have done something wrong?

  I've seen that happen periodically, but it is easy enough to fix. Simply remove the icon from your dock. Then re-create by dragging the Firefox icon in the doc from the applications folder.

  A question about DNG. recently, I had to put a bunch of my RAWs to print elsewhere. I copied all the RAWs and XMP files. Then imported on a different PC/LR. Others do not, some reflect my edit-adjustments. RAWS all VINTAGE.

  I save now on some DNG of my final print changes.

  I'm thinking a DNG in PDF format.

  When I export a DNG a RAW processed, is it cooked in? or is it always the original image with the settings of self-development?

  Lightroom is a non-destructive Editor. So, you can take any file type (JPG, DNG, RAW, TIF, other) and edit this photo, and always come back to the unedited version.

  If you export your RAW as DNG or export your RAW as the 'Original', you can also revert to the unedited export version (but not if you export as JPG or TIF).

  With regard to your initial statement that you have 'copied the RAWs to print elsewhere', they may not had the changes written to XMP. It would also be a problem with the DNG format, as I said, you should enable the option to write changes into XMP or issue a command, because by default, Lightroom writes not changes to your DNG or sidecar xmp for the RAWs files.

  The copy is different from export.

  After that, you can 'link' the original and copy via stacking in Lightroom (as long as they are in the same folder)

  There is no need in Lightroom to make copies first before editing. Lightroom editing is completely non-destructive and your original pixels are never changed in the file of the original photo.
