• Timer standby and resumption of the workflow problem.

  Has anyone ran this question before, and if so, how do solve you?

  I have a fairly simple workflow that I use in my Sleep function in my workflow:

  

  'Set date' just creates a date object that is waiting specified seconds time in the future, then called "Pending timer" by that date.

  It seems to work great, workflows suspended as they should, reducing the load on the server so that its waiting for the next thing to do.

  However, if the server is restarted and workflows resume later never seems to trigger the "timer on hold". I guess it's because while he has to wait for is in fact in the past.

  Anyone know of a way to solve this problem or a better way of suspending the workflow without using System.sleep ()?

  OK, so it seems that this is a problem with 5.1.0 build 2725. I don't know how it was fixed, but it works in 5.5.1 build 1617127.

  Do you mean that you don't pursue Gmail apps vice just adding the Gmail account in mac Mail?

  If this is the case just review your Time Machine preferences > Options and ensure that the application is not excluded, or that it is included. How to check depends on how TM has been installed. The default value is included on your startup disk

  I am running Windows Mail on Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 on a PC HP for ~ 5 years. Our ISP is SBC (AT & T - Uverse) in California, 12 MB/ch wired high-speed Internet. Until recently, electronic mail has been working well. Then, we started to have problems with the speed of send/receive. When you perform one of these tasks, 100% of the time, the green in the status bar goes about to halfway and then stops completely. It takes a few minutes to complete the task (after that Windows Mail is responding again). About 75% of the time, the connection times out. This happened about a year. I had an AT & T technician examine the settings and questions several times and they all said that there is a problem with Windows Mail. The latest technology told me to turn off my antivirus, but then I HAD a virus, so I had to turn it back on. Anyway, I'm currently running Microsoft Security Essentials on your computer, and I read in a forum earlier that he didn't have a problem in this case. This was really inconvinient for us and I came close to switching Mailhosts. It is convinient for me to watch on my cell phone, it's the computer these days. So many random error messages and low speeds - Ugh!

  And then, the e-mail completely stopped working today! Every time you try to send/receive, it appears: "your server has ended suddenly the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. This has been reviewed several times and AT & T said that there is a problem with Windows Mail. I can't send or receive e-mail, and it is completely ridiculous! Soon will contribute an expert please!   can someone tell me how exactly do these reviews, including time, the subject and author? I know how to do 'normal' comments and comments on the edge of the right, but not included in the page 'external' on the right side... can anyone help me?

  This can be achieved in Acrobat or Reader using the command to summarize the comments that is available in the print dialog box.

  In Acrobat, it can also be done via the comment Panel, then the Options button in the section list of comments, and then click on create a summary of comments.

• Totally dissatisfied: Adobe Reader DCrash

  DC of Adobe Reader is a terrible - completely reliable product. SE block regularly and I have to re - download several documents, that I'm reviewing several times a day.

  I want to upgrade my version of Adobe Pro XI (and use it instead of the poor Adobe Reader DC product), but must go to a monthly subscription - totally ridiculous! It would be great if the products were as good as the marketing ploys!

  I was looking through the solutions suggested by others - how complicated! Would be much better if the product itself is stable and does not need to restart continuously.

  Acrobat & are two different applications.

  If you want to install an older version of the player then you will need to uninstall the CD player & then install Reader 11 using this link Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution & it's a free app.

• How to subdivide the tags "Places"?

  The first 12 items, I have a few labels 'Places' that I had generated on earlier versions of Photoshop Elements.  For example, a tag for 'House '.  I used to be able to subdivide this tag 'Garage' or 'Kitchen', etc.  Now, I can only rename, remove or place it on the map.  I can't add a sub tag to it.  East - the correcct?

  How you brought down the DMSYS schema? Certain patterns can enter captions to Data Pump. It seems that the scheme has been abandoned, but the registrations did not fall. This means that when Data Pump is running, it will run these legends. In your situation, it seems that the code to run the legend that is missing. (because the scheme was abandoned).

  I would check with oracle support to see if they have the same problem and a resolution for this.

• Could not update to Photoshop 13.1 Grrrr... !

  I'm a little frustrated, nothing too dramatic, but just a little irritated.

  I am user of creative cloud. I had the Illustrator update without problem by the application manager, but my Photoshop is based at 13.0.1, not 13.1

  So far:

  4 and a half customer service calls (half, I cut myself after waiting a loooong pending time) (probably 5-6 hours total time with Files)

  First time what was to about 20 tech says Dec 13.0.1 was later and he did not even know about the update of creative cloud PS 13.1. I had to point him to the Adobe site homepage where he announced the upgrade. I took pity on him because he was very embarrassed, as he explained he was not told yet on this upgrade.

  2 remote technicians to my machine independently

  uninstalled PS twice and reinstalled but download manager

  Same thing for the application manager

  Tech went through my c: drive for 30 mins of renaming files and try different things.

  No one has been able to fix.

  The final guy said don't worry, it's a known bug and a fix will come out of the middle of this week and he closed my help ticket.

  Mid week has passed and still no 13.1

  GRRRR.

  Every tech I spoke to I explained my theory - I have owned that stand-alone license for PS Extended sold but then I subscribed to CC. I used the process of transfer of official Adobe license to sell to a buyer on eBay and cleared it all with Adobe CS. However the initial license is always listed on my account, so in my mind 'simple' application manager sees first, this license before the cloud creative license and so guess I'm a regular licence, not a CC license holder and so is propose not the update.

  Otherwise, anyone with this problem, or know if a patch is indeed imminent? Anyone at Adobe who could help me?

  I still think that the software is great and I am user of hobby so do not lose business or sleep on it, but still, I like to get what I pay for...

  Finally, after a mammoth three hours with the great help of a pleasant genetleman called Sumit, it solved the problem. There was a residual file which is store the old serial number and therefore the uploader was hit me until the version 13.1 even after successive executions of the cleaning tools and two complete uninstall / reinstalls don't solve, so finally he deleted the folder and reloaded again and voila 13.1.2

  Thanks, back to being a happy customer 100% new

• Cropping creates the HUGE file - too big to save

  Hi-

  I am running PS CS3 and have developed a problem with trimming using the crop tool.

  When I crop an image like this:

  4368 x 2912 pixels (size in pixels 72.8 M)

  12.133 8.089 x inches, 360 ft

  size 250 960 KB

  I get a file like this:

  5760 pixels x 4320 (142.4 M dimension in pixels)

  16 x 12 inches, 360 ft

  size 2 145 800 KB

  This file is too big for the PS, then save.

  What is going on? I have not changed anything with the PS, except RAM adjusted according to reviews of Tim Grey.  I found an ad that says to reset preferences, so I tried, but it did nothing.

  Press the clear button in the Options bar for the crop tool and make sure you enter the correct units in each field!

  Anyone know how long must we wait for the result after taking the exam VCIX? 15 business day or within 24 hours as other admin vcap exams?

• Time Machine: deleted backups of the status "pending".

  I manually deleted some old backups Time Machine interface, by clicking on the gear button in the backup Finder and selecting Remove backup.

  Now deleted backups are no more hard disk or in the trash, but they are always present in the Time Machine interface in a "pending" status and it is not possible any action on them.

  How can I remove them completely from Time Machine?

  Manual removal of the old backups is not a good thing to do. Let Time Machine take care of itself.

  I suggest you use Spotlight to reindex your hard disk and backup disk, then run a backup Time Machine and see what clears the problem. If this isn't the case, you might be better off erase your backup disk and start a new Time Machine backup.
