Review pre investigation

I'm a bit confused about this one. Is it an investigation or a test?

He said that according to the result you will get a call from vmware to confirm if you are eligible or not book review but at the same time, he also says that you can do it only once?

So, if there is a test and you fail, you will not have another chance?

It is not like a letter of motivation. Fill it out and in a few days, that a guy from vmware called ask you what date you wish to book review.

  • Circular crop with transparent corners

    Hello

    I had this problem for quite a long time.

    I tried to make a circular crop of my company logo (which is a circular logo).

    However, whenever I harvest I always get a rectangle with white corners.

    Is there a way to make the transparent corners in Photoshop?

    Furthermore, I use Photoshop CS3 extended.

    Thank you all for taking your time in reviewing my investigation.

    Hi Surfotw,

    Try this:

    (1) open the logo, make sure IMAGE > MODE is set to RGB COLOR because if the logo is a GIF or indexed color, you can do trransparent layers.

    (2) make sure that your LAYERS window is open.

    (3) duplicate the background layer, that is your logo. You can do this by clicking right on & selecting Duplicate layer, or by dragging the layer of the logo on the new layer below icon (it looks like a page with the corner curled upwards)

    (4) hide the original background layer by clicking on the "EYE" icon next to it.

    (5) in the layer window, select your new layer logo & then select the circle selection Rectangle tool to draw a circle around your logo. You can do about it & then choose command SELECTION > TRANSFORMER SELECTION fine tune your circle perfectly.

    (6) once you are satisfied with the selection, invert to select stuff around the outside - SELECT > INVERSE

    (7) now you can simply press DELETE to delete the unwanted area.

  • Sun sets for Prometric and rises above Pearson VIEW... questions and comments

    Comments [0]:

    Its fun to start this thread before mediaman gets in!

    [1] will be reviewing the results conting to be hosted on certmanager.net/sun or it is moved to certview? Will be moved to certview existing certification (and would be certview doing?).

    [2] Dylan is a player cases use of fishguard.

    On November 13th 2010 Dylan registers and takes her first ever certification exam 1z0-051 at Pearson VIEW. It is attributed to Oracle test ID WE443556. And he goes and he is happy.

    Dylan moves to work and is now using MySQL. It recorded to endorse his (CX-310-812) may 13, 2011 and has been attributed to Prometric Testing Id ZZ092220.

    ...... Now go forward together for January 2012. Dylan moved to Cardiff and after recovery from the twelve days of Christmas held with his employer to take off overnight Friday afternoon to take the 1Z0-872 MySQL developer to get his MySQL DEV OCP. ... But Dylan realizes he has a problem. It is already registered with Pearson VIEW like WE443556... but its other reviews pre - req this certification is under Prometric as ZZ092220.

    Dylan http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=451 and http://blogs.oracle.com/certification/ controls (Oracle selects Pearson VIEW to deliver Java, Oracle Solaris, MySQL and other former Sun Certification exams) for answers...

    (Note: if they are unchanged since the date of this post, IMHO, he would find no specified appropriate procedure).

    Published by: bigdelboy on May 11, 2011 06:57 previously poorly indicated CX-310-812 alone would get an OCA. This is incorrect. (CX-310-814 Gets the OCA... and in this case, it is not a prereq for OCP)

    [1] will be reviewing the results conting to be hosted on certmanager.net/sun or it is moved to certview? Will be moved to certview existing certification (and would be certview doing?).

    certmanager.net/sun access its will be end of June 1. History of existing certification will be moved to CertView (which, we believe, is going to face). That are being downloaded data as we speak. The key is for the candidates to ensure that they have only a single identifier.

    To clarify, history of certification will be transferred to CertView, not review historical. There are some problems with the history of the review in CertManager, which would cause more problems than not if we tried to download the data of the review, so we didn't bring the history exam. HOWEVER - there are some candidates who may have begun a Prometric certification path (was a review in a certification path that requires 2 or 3 reviews) and have to finish the Pearson VIEW path. These review documents will be uploaded so that these candidates can continue on their certification paths. ONLY records of the examination will be available in CertView.

    [2] Dylan is a player cases use of fishguard.

    Dylan is a bit complicated and we worked on getting a definitive answer from Pearson VIEW on this one. It is understood that when the records have been downloaded from Prometric, if the details match a Pearson VIEW profile details, reviews have been merged. So, if Dylan used the same exact profile at Prometric information he used at Pearson, he should have to do nothing.

    If he has not used the same information in two profiles, it is likely that he now has 2 ID to VIEW Pearson and must submit an application from merger of ID to www.pearsonvue.com/oracle/idmerge.

    This is where it gets a little messy. If Dylan is not sure that his profile details were the same Pearson and Prometric, and it sends a request to merge ID, if the details were the same and the IDS have already merged, system will show Pearson view one identifier. They will not be able to tell if the ID has been merged or not.

    OUR SUGGESTION IS: If Dylan can take a deep breath and wait for records are available in CertView (June end/possibly early July about - we'll announce), he can check his record of CertView to see if the history of its certification is there. If he takes a Part I exam Prometric and must still take part II exam at Pearson, he can also see if his review file appears in CertView. So, if all of its records do not exist, ask a merger of ID. You will avoid useless moving around for him. Meanwhile, while he waits for the records must be available in CertView, if Dylan is ready to move forward and complete its certification path, it must go ahead and register for the test of his part II under his ID to test Oracle (account already set up at Pearson Airport). Once records are accessible to the general public in CertView, he will be able to confirm its certification.

    One thing to note is that, if Dylan already has a set of web account Pearson VIEW with his test ID Oracle, there no need to create a web account for their Prometric ID. The ID has been either already merged, or can be merged without having a web account is created.

    This is a long answer and just a little messy, until the records are available in CertView, but I hope this helps.

    Kind regards

  • IE problem with spry lists when next to Flash element

    My Web site http://www.chamblissgiobbi.com/index.html has a problem with IE 7 & 8. On the pages of images where the Flash is used does not display the menu drop down. I read that the problem is that IE puts Flash on the upper level, regardless of what index Z, so that the drop-down list ends up being behind the flash. I tried a few bugs but still no luck.  Here is my code, and since I'm still new to this it might be something obvious I'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

    You do not use the latest Spry files

    The latest version of the Adobe Spry 1.6.1 Framework it is the same version that ships with Dreamweaver CS4. If you are using Dreamweaver CS3 (uses Spry 1.4), its wise to upgrade your files to the latest version. This can be easily done by using Updater Spry who can be found here.

    I think that your problem will be solved once you have updated.

    You are getting closer now that CSS is corrected.
    Now, you just need to remove the centering elements that you added to the HTML code.

    Don't center the div, it's what is inside
    it.
    THE who applies to the nested ULs, drop down menus, menu.
    You have two divs and a table cell that the menu is in and all are set to
    align the Center.

    The first div content focus value is one that encompasses all
    the content of your page.
    You have probably done this to center the content in the web browser, but it
    affects the alignment of your menu in IE because it inside the Center
    it.
    I'll show you how to properly Center the content after you get rid you of these
    Finally three alignment is 'center' attributes.

    Change this:

    To do this:

    Change this:

    To do this:

    Menus now work correctly in Internet Explorer, but the content of the page is not centered
    more.
    To center correctly, first give the div that surrounds all the
    content ID named wrapper.

    Change this:

    To do this:

    Then, finally, add this to your CSS:

    {#wrapper}
    Width: 800px;
    margin: 0px auto;
    }

    Now, the content is centered in the browser window, and you no longer have
    multiple text-align center rules in CSS and align the Center attributes in
    the resulting HTML code worth menu.

    You only need text-align: center to rule in the CSS spry menu link to
    align the text in the menu.

    Take care

    Hi people,
    This year was difficult because it does not clearly justify what I want to achieve. The main reason for me to try this approach is to reduce the time of the performance. I have my program works very well, but since it accesses a view for each student, slows down the performance.

    create table STUDENT_TB(student_id varchar2(4), last_name varchar2(20), first_name varchar2(20), evaluation_date date);
    create table EXAM_TB(student_id varchar2(4), exam_date date, result number);
    create table EVALUATION_TB(student_id varchar2(4), eval_flag varchar2(1), sampling_date date);

    insert into STUDENT_TB values('1001', 'Poppins', 'Mary', to_date('27-SEP-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'));

    insert into EXAM_TB values('1001', to_date('20-APR-2011', 'DD-MON-YYYY'), 30);
    insert into EXAM_TB values('1001', to_date('20-MAY-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'), 39);
    insert into EXAM_TB values('1001', to_date('10-JUL-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'), 34);
    insert into EXAM_TB values('1001', to_date('10-SEP-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'), 39);
    insert into EXAM_TB values('1001', to_date('01-DEC-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'), 82);

    insert into evaluation_tb values('1001', null, to_date('22-APR-2011', 'DD-MON-YYYY'));
    insert into evaluation_tb values('1001', 'N', to_date('20-JUL-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'));
    insert into EVALUATION_TB values('1001', 'Y', to_date('10-DEC-2012', 'DD-MON-YYYY'));
    Desired output:

    Business rules:
    The Pre, global assessment and accept it? fields are derived. The area of the pre assessment is derived from the EVALUATION_TBtable. Its the value of eval_flag where sampling_date < = evaluation_date.
    In our example, the pre assessment should be an "n" while the overall assessment must be a 'Y '. The priority is Y-> N-> Null. The Accept flag is set to a 'Y' If a meadow at overall results past of N to Y or a NULL of Y value.

    I have to return all the lines for the student that show the results of the reviews SQL is the following:
    I need to join the view EVALUATION_TB. Simply join them of course would be a resulting vector product in 15 files that I don't want. I tried online (subqueries) but I failed again. Any help would be great!
    I created the column ord_num to maybe help using only this folder to display the results of the assessment.
    select x.student_id, x.last_name, x.first_name, x.evaluation_date,
           m.exam_date, m.result,
           dense_rank() over (partition by x.student_id order by m.exam_date) ord_num
    from
    (
      select  s.student_id, s.last_name, s.first_name, s.evaluation_date
      from    student_tb s
    ) x, exam_tb m
    where x.student_id = m.student_id (+);

    Hi Roxyrollers,

    Please check your insert statements before posting. They have syntax errors.

    The following query is to give you the desired result:

    with pre_eval as
    (
       select e.student_id
            , max(e.eval_flag) keep(dense_rank last order by e.sampling_date) eval_flag
         from evaluation_tb e join student_tb s
              on e.student_id=s.student_id
                 and e.sampling_date <= s.evaluation_date
       group by e.student_id
    )
    ,all_eval as
    (
       select e.student_id
            , max(e.eval_flag) keep(dense_rank last order by e.sampling_date) eval_flag
         from evaluation_tb e join student_tb s
              on e.student_id=s.student_id

    However, is not clear to me why the assessment are related only to the first line in the query.
    The evaluation_tb table is in fact related to student_id and I expect to be connected all lines.

    I've actually linked subqueries pre_eval and all_eval only in line with rank = 1 but I don't understand if that's correct according to business requirements.

    Kind regards.

  • Preliminary investigation to review?

    Hello - I failed the review of VCP and wonder if investigation initially added no weight to the questions asked? I responded to this survey, which was where my weakness and it seemed that I you have any questions asking things I've ever seen on the review practice or anyhweres else. With only 2 weeks to study for the examination, all the world has input on the investigation or the best way to use my time for the last 2 weeks critical?

    Thanks in advance

    The survey helps us to determine the skill levels and to establish cut scores, it influences the number of types of questions you get on one in any way any specific review objective.  I would certainly review the master plan for the review and wherever you see a goal that you aren't comfortable with, review of documents about that objective.  The plan is available for download in the documents section of this forum and there are several sites of good study related during the forum.

    Kind regards

  • I have pre-approval review VCP550 in PearsonVue, what I have to attend an official course for certification?

    Hello

    I submitted my request the review on VCP550 available in PearsonVue and I got from VMware, but I have a question.

    I have to attend an official VMware courses to achieve the certification?

    I've been studying and practical with vSphere for 5.5 Sybex Mastering.

    That's what I want to do...

    Take the exam

    Get certified.

    What can I do?

    If someone is certified with the same process I want to do?

    Thank you!!

    You can accommodate to review before taking the official course and if you pass the State review will be exam, but VMware will recognize that you like secure Channel after completing all requirements, including the official course.

  • New on PRE and need my version of system reviews

    I have played around with the trial version on my old computer and decided to go there and buy PRE 9 and PES 9 together. I built some PCs in my day and just finished my current build runs my purchased software. I was hoping that I could get feedback on what I have and what I could change for best performance. PRE is very nervous when you scroll content back and reading the timeline. Sometimes I'm not even a transition. I'm new to video editing in general and capture in HD with my Canon HF S100, so I plan on editing HD as well. Sorry for the NoBo question, but my machine smoke until I have run BEFORE. I can use the incorrect application, but I'm assuming that my low end video card, is an area of concern/bottleneck. I don't want to blow $800 on a Quadro 4000, if it won't make a huge difference, but I guess it is. Thanks in advance for any help.

  • Re: Satellite C870 - Questions about Toshiba software pre-installed

    Hello..

    Instant Messaging user a new SATELLITE C870-1JV
    Or seen a review on an American site saying that all software pre-installed Toshiba slowing down the operating system.
    The site has recommended that a windows clean install to remove all...

    Everyone does this, or would you recommend?

    Anyone like the software installed and recommend keep it?

    Thank you!!

    > Someone has he done this, or would you recommend?
    You always want to use the advanced features like function keys laptop?
    If so, don t remove the feature key Toshiba software that controls the keys.

    You always want to be informed of updates to the driver through Toshiba Tempro or Toshiba Service Station?
    Then don t delete these software

    But as far as I know there are also other additional software installed on the laptop.
    For example: TOSHIBA, TOSHIBA Eco Utility, TOSHIBA PC Health Monitor, etc.
    All of these tools provide additional functionality, it s your decision whether or not you want to use.

  • killer app for pre?

    I just got my Palm Pre (after my beloved Palm Treo collapsed )... when I read the reviews and saw many people complain about the battery life, I wasn't worried because I do not use my phone all day.  However, OMG, this Palm Pre sucks the life out of the battery!

    I was told that if I'm a killer app, my battery life can improve.  Anyone try this?  If Yes, where can I get a good app killer?

    Follow-up:

    My battery was dead after only 4 hours of sleep.  I took the meadow to the store and said I wanted to go back.  Technology has watched, listened to my story, then said that the phone I had must be a "lemon".  He convinced me to take an another pre and try for a few days...

    Apparently, he was right!  This new pre that I just got today was still half of battery charge left after 4 hours of standby & moderate use!

    So, the battery life isn't as good as my Treo, but MUCH better that the first pre they gave me!
