• That means red in the recipient field?

  Sometimes when I'm composing outgoing e-mail, the address that I type in the recipient field appears in red, and sometimes it appears black. It is on Thunderbird 38.3.0, but it happened with the last several versions.

  Initially I thought that Red means that the address is not valid as typed in, or (b) the address is valid, but not present in the address book. However, it seems now that red appears randomly and often enough, even if the message is a response (and I do not have the automatic collection of addresses on) or even if I know for sure that the address is displayed in my address book.

  Can someone explain what color is it wants to say?

  Black - is in the address book.
  Red - not in the address book.

  Could be red if the address is not EXACTLY the same as in one of the books usual address, (not "Collected addresses" or 'All address books'). This feature can prevent the misspelling of an e-mail address,

  There is also a problems bug report with the red text when you manually add an address in a window of writing. It's just a Visual thing, it does not prevent the message being sent. Just check out double for a misspelled address.

  Now that I'm using the new version, 3.1, icons that were at the beginning of the recipient fields are gone! I need to return, please! Now, to edit or delete an address, I have to click and drag the display name to select that, previously, I could click the icon and highlight the entire name it and make my changes in one fell swoop. Please bring back the icon recipient! It is very useful. Thank you.

  Adds a button "remove explicit" to each address entry.

  You will also find that ctrl + a (on the keyboard) or a triple-click can be used to select all the text in an address box.

  As far as I know is not possible; Only if you rewrite the date field in the date selector (left) + label (right) - If you need to rewrite the code

  If you have a domain control you, you could configure friends & Kin@yourdomain and use it as the address 'To', with the distribution list in the BCC field

• Send & track to an email recipient, SPACEBAR in the topic and the content fields does not.

  After the last update Acrobat, when using send & track to an e-mail recipient, I am unable to use the SPACEBAR in the subject and the content fields. Acrobat is also unstable, having fallen a few times during editing documents, specifically trying to save these changes.

  Today we released a hotfix that resolves this problem on space/line jump does not work in the transmission and the railway. If you're not already updated to the latest patch, simply open Acrobat and visit help > check for updates to apply this hotfix.

  By default, you will need to individually click on the fields of the form and check the 'read only' and save it. From now on, it is not possible to select all together and make the changes.

• I can't select a mail recipient in the columns of the address. No method fills the address fields.

  I can't do allows me to select the address of the address list and fill in the To: field.

  When you import anything in most applications, there is a screen where you move the data to match the new forms that will allow you to fill out. Thunderbird has a at the beginning of the import job. You may have missed on that one. At least you know how to solve this problem.

  In the preview page, you can drag and drop the text field and together can the role as register and once you click on send on the right side, you will be asked to enter the details until the document is sent to the signatory.

  The 'local' part in the context of email addresses, the part to the left of the symbol @. The warning is a bit of a surprise, because in general the owner of a mail server is relatively free to specify the address format. There is a movement to allow the games to other characters to be used in the fields, so I'm a little disappointed to see that, apparently, e-mail does not support the latter in the local part yet or it can be your SMTP server that generates this message.

  ASCII characters ("American Standard Code for Information Interchange") are, on the whole, the English alphabet, uppercase and lowercase, as well as figures, common punctuation and case of things like the asterisks, obliques and media bars, but not of accented characters. But even apparently simple things like spaces and dashes have cousins who, at first glance, appear to be identical, but are not represented in the ASCII system. I am thinking especially nonbreaking spaces, dash and half-quadratin.

  But I don't know why your new computer must have caused these warnings.

  The error only occurs if you use the key "TAB" or "Enter".
  So if you physically use the mouse to select recipients, and then click on in the other field, etc. - do not use TAB or Enter, then the fault does not occur.

  I have several e-mail accounts. If I send an email from account 'A', the reply-to field seems correct because I'm composing email. However, when the recipient replies to my email response will in the Inbox for the account "D". The same thing happens with my other accounts. Oddly enough, once I got a "D" answer all future responses in a multithreaded conversation remain in account "D". My ISP has layered their email on Gmail, so my becomes dealt with twice - once by my ISP and one by Gmail. Is there a software fix or work around this problem? I deleted and then recreated my multiple accounts in Thunderbird without result.

  You can define a response for each account address. If you use the same SMTP connection for all accounts, the fact that for each account should solve the problem.

  Hi, for those who love fill the options for BCC field with mail composer, here my explanation.

  SetURI and setData all is not for me, they have worked well for to and CC option, but the ICC had never fill out properly!

  We would like to dynamically add the id to contact SFDC email recipient (which is an existing merge Eloqua field) in the query string of a url in an e-mail message to follow the results of the survey through zoomerang. (for example www.zoomerang.com/survey/aa3w4roafadfos?contactid=#sfdccontactid# where sfdccontactid is the merged field.

  Hi Joel,

  Merger of field, you can generate the HTML code required for the merger of field uttering one in your email and then merge in the email your work with.  Discover the grab HTML HTML field merging and post it in your URL.  Commonly, the syntax would be 'SFDC_ContactID1' or something of the sort (this is depends on the merge field name). In your particular case, the finished HTML code would look like, "SFDC_ContactID1">."

• Why can I only position when the recipient signs and not where I signed?

  When I check the "Preview, position the signatures or add form fields" box, then click on 'Next', I am presented with a page where I can adjust the position of the box where the recipient signs.

  Is there a way that I can move the box where do I sign? I've tried everything.

  If you as the sender wants also e - sign the document, and then under the sent tab, be sure to check "I have need to sign" as first or last, and then in the page preview, you can set the signature field is assigned by the evolution of the role participating in the top left.
