RHServer 8 linking published help and subject to demand - Search ranking F1 does not

I published my RoboHelp 7 WebHelp Pro project to the general folder. We have linked our application assistance, as we did before that we published in the RHServer 8. We do not use card to link to aid numbers. We use the html for the links path.

We use an alias to the map on the server where the database of RHServer 8 is stored because we don't know when / if the database must be moved to another server. Is this right?

Then we have the following:

1 link default topic with the menu option help so that people can open it from the application.

http://ParaHelp.para.Services.GS.com:8080 / robohelp/robo/server/general/projects/PARA_Onlin e_Help/PARA_Online_Help.htm

2 link topics specific to each window so that they appear when the user press F1.

http://ParaHelp.para.Services.GS.com:8080 / robohelp/robo/server/general/projects/PARA_Onlin e_Help/PARA_Online_Help.htm#Admin_menu_options/Admin_Manage_Trial_Groups_F1_help.htm

Problem is that when we open these links in Internet explore and search, available in WebHelp Pro ranking function is missing. What we're doing wrong?

FYI - When I go directly from the server via the Admin or RoboHelp7 function, this doesn't happen. Research of classification. I noticed that the Apache/Tomcat icon on the IE tab when I discover the help directly from the server.apache tomcat icon on tab.gif

In cases 1 and 2 above, when I open the help of the application, the icon in the tab in IE is different.view help from application icon.gif

We really want to start using the HR Server 8 reports feature, but one of the key points to use WebHelp Pro is the ranking in the search function.

How can we get these links to work so that we do not lose the ranking.

Hello

You seem to have got the URL wrong help.

URL of your help

http://ParaHelp.para.Services.GS.com:8080/RoboHelp/Robo/Server/Général/Projets/PARA_Online_Help/PARA_Online_Help.htm

should be

http://ParaHelp.para.Services.GS.com:8080/robohelp Server? PRJ = PARA_Online_Help

and another URL for the F1 help.

http://parahelp.para.services.gs.com:8080 / robohelp/robo/server/general/projects / PARA_Online_Help/PARA_Online_Help.htm#Admin_menu_options/Admin_Manage_Trial_Groups_F1_hel p.htm

should be

http://ParaHelp.para.Services.GS.com:8080/robohelp Server? PRJ = PARA_Online_Help & PTC = Admin_m enu_options/Admin_Manage_Trial_Groups_F1_help.htm
