  HHCTRL.ocx should be in C:\WINDOWS\system32, otherwise the C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 copy in system32 folder, and then try to run the above command to save the file.

  I assume that your CD-ROM drive is d: and you have the windows installation CD in the drive, then you should run the following command.

  Expand D:\i386\hhctrl.oc_ - r c:\windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx

  This will extract the file to the location and once this is done, try to save the file "regsvr32.exe hhctrl.ocx.

  Maybe there is a problem with SQL Developer, being able to write to the network share of desktop directory.  Add the following to your sqldeveloper.conf file to force the settings of the user to store locally also:

  AddVMOption - Dide.user.dir = some_local_dir_to_own_system4.0.3.16.84

  My Vista PC crashes. I think it has something to do with the screen saver, memory, HARD drive or energy economy. The accident appears as frozen screen and sometimes the program says State "program does not. I have tried different tricks like turning off screen saver, change the setting for power, HARD drive always 'on '... But no changes have so far resolved the issues.

  I was not able to identify a single application or function as the source of my problems...

  My Vista works very well, but if a leave as the computer and screen saver starts or the computer screen will energy efficient, it will crash when I "wake up".

  I've updated the system and all the applications and drivers, but the system is still unstable and cannot be left for an extended period of time before this crash. As long as I'm working on the PC all works. If I leave my PC, I have to turn it off.

All other 3 computers recognize and connect to the network with no probems, including an another Dell Inspiron also running the same version of 7 W bought the same month as this HP!   Adobe has disabled the server activation for pre CS3 products a long time ago and that's why you are unable to activate your product. I can not to suggest what to do, but I don't know that CS2 owners with this problem can download a version specially created that doesn't require activation. To my knowledge, no such version exists for CS. If it was me, then as the real owner of the software and just unable to use it due to having no mechanism to activate, I download CS2 and use it until someone from Adobe told me to stop. It is a sensitive issue because the download site clearly indicates that there must be an existing CS2 owner. However, the url to the download was posted the pirate not many Adobe Web sites not as a way to free download the CS2. I imagine that there have been hundreds if not thousands of downloads from 2013 when it became first available and so far Adobe has not made any attempt to restrict the download to current owners of CS2. Their policy is quite clear if CS2 is not given away for free. Fortunately, I use CC2015, I can't make a call on it, but the URL is below if you want to move forward.
