RichEditableText: Ctrl + z to undo works in firefox but does not work in internet explore (ie)

I did some tests with RichEditableText and realized that the undo and redo when called keyboard (Ctrl + Z) in Internet Explorer does not work.

Unfortunately, I don't think that IE spend Ctrl + Z for ActiveX Flash control, which means that it is a matter of Microsoft. A version of TLF after 1.0 is likely to work around this problem by adding Undo/Redo to the context menu of TLF.

    Many printing problems can be solved by turning off the print preferences in topic: config. Here's how:

    1. Entered on: config in the Firefox address bar and press ENTER. Click I'll be careful, I promised to continue.
    2. In the text filter box, type print.
    3. Right click on each remaining parameter, and then select reset.

    Try to print again and see if the problems still happen!

    Just so that you know, there are no Java on this page.  There are, however, JavaScript.  You should know that these two things are different, like night and day.

    In past threads, users said that they managed to solve this problem in a variety of different ways, suggesting that there may be multiple causes:

    • Remove unwanted extensions
    • Clean malware
    • Disable hardware acceleration
    • Change to a different drive Flash (developer/debugger version)

    In response to these first two, here is my procedure suggested to track down and cleaning of the bad modules. I know it seems long, but it's not so bad.

    (1) open the Control Panel, uninstall a program. After the loading of the list, click on the column heading "installed on" to group infections, I mean additions by date. This can help the undisclosed items bundle smoker who snuck out with some software, you have agreed to install. Beware of everything that you don't recognize / remember, since malware often uses sounding names important or innocent to discourage you remove. Out as much garbage as possible here.

    (2) open Firefox page modules using either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons
    • in the Windows "Run" dialog box, type or paste
      firefox.exe "about:addons"

    In the left column, click on Plugins. Set essential and unrecognized plugins 'never enable '.

    In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt, disable (or delete, if possible) not recognized and unwanted extensions.

    Often, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

These scanners on request are free and take a long time to run. If they end quickly, especially if they require the payment you have a serious infection. I suggest the specialty forums listed in the article in this case.

  • YouTube has stopped playing my playlists constantly with Firefox, but it plays well with Internet Explorer. How to fix?

    I have not had this problem before and played my playlists on Youtube forever. Now all of a sudden my playlists on Youtube won't play at all times. Please help me know what to do to solve this problem.

    You can try some steps of basic problems with web pages:

    Reload Web pages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

    • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
    • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
    • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

    Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode without failure.

  • A site suddenly looks like it has no formatting in Firefox, but makes it OK in Internet Explorer

    I have two screenshots, one of each browser. I don't see anyway to fix something here. I have nothing to change my system when it started and the owner of the website said that they made no changes during the time that changed.

    I checked the knowledge base and only found one thing that might have dealt with my problem. I did anyway just to see - view, Page Style, and it is defined on the basic Style of Page. Changing any Style did nothing.

    Reload Web pages, and ignore the cache.

    Make sure that allow you pages to choose their colors and you have not enabled high contrast in the Windows accessibility settings.

    Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
