  Using the first method gives you the ability to extend such that each column specifies a control of the ring if you need fill the multiple rings.

• Why can I not see my rings of friends activity in the application of the activity

  MY girlfriend and I have updated our watches to OS3 and our phones to ios 10.  I want to be able to share our business segments while I travel.  We set up the sharing in the application of the activity on our two phones properly, she can see my activity sounds, as well as its own however on my phone I can only see my rings.  Her rings all show 0...  She shares his activity with a colleague and she could see her too but he did not see his.

  The strange only that we noticed, it was a trait on his 'me' page in the shared activity section which said "you can also share your activity from another device signed your iCloud account. I say strange because it shows a single associated with his account and it is the only watch shown in the list of devices.

  So far I have puzzled friends Apple local Store, and I thought I would do it because both operatlong systems are so new, but to try here and e s if everyone had seen this problem.

  The application of activity is a great way to share your progress with friends and family! There are a few reasons why you are unable to see the activity and progress of your friend. It may be quite possible that activity can be deliberately hidden from your view. Or you can get an invitation that you have not agreed to your girlfriend to view activity pending. Finally, with an internet connection or stable data is required for updates and progress of the activity. Please take a look at the link below for some tips that should solve your problem.

  To check waiting for calls,

  Open the application of activity, tap the sharing tab, and then click Sharing. Once your friends accept the invitation, they will appear in the section sharing of enforcement activity on your iPhone.

  Stop sharing or hide your progress

  To stop sharing of activity:
  Open the application of activity on your iPhone.
  Tap sharing, your friend.
  Press to delete a friend. If you do that, they can't see your activity, and you can't see their activity. To begin sharing again, send your friend a new invitation.
  To hide your activity:
  Open the application of activity on your iPhone.
  Tap sharing, tap the friend you want to hide your activity.
  Tap hide my activity. You can still see your friends ' activity, but they do not see your activity.
  To start sharing again, click Show my activity.

• iPhone time once randomly without incoming activity rings?

  I've recently upgraded to a 6 s iPhone that is running the latest version of iOS - V9.3.4

  I'm on Verizon's network if it is useful.

  Recently, my phone started to ring - just a ring in the middle of the night.

  He uses the ring type is the 'old phone' ringtone - I do NOT have this ringtone ALL functionality of the phone at least seen under the sounds-> models of sounds and vibrations.

  Inspection of the phone (last night at 04:00 when he woke me...) showed a now incoming activity - no calls, no txt and mail is not running in the background, and I have the value only manually retrieve new mail messages.

  • Mailing address:
    • I understand that you don't believe, it's the source, but it is always worth checking your e-mail for each account settings (settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > fetch new data).
    • And check your notification settings alert email:
      • For example, go to: settings > Notifications > mail > VIP > sounds > check if this ring has been selected.
      • Check also under settings > Notifications > mail > iCloud.
  • An application:
    • Can you install an app that emits notifications, with settings that allow Notifications of audibles, but without other options also being activated (for example Show Notification Center, Badge, icon on the lock screen).
    • Check if the settings for each application installed in settings > Notifications.

• IPhone-to-iPad call phone cellular continuity uses the data

  Many times I drive to work using my iPad Mini 4 WiFi + cell phones driving to work to play music of different applications via bluetooth to my car audio system.

  Whenever my phone rings, my iPad has the T-Mobile (my support for iPhone & iPad) also allows cellular continuity. My question is, if I were to answer the call on my iPad I will be charged data or the call still counts against cellular minutes? So, basically the iPad use VoIP (data) or VoLTE (phone calls / minutes) to manage the call? Thanks for any help!

  Updated - talked with my contact at T-Mobile, who is Advisor senior technical/engineering. He said phone calls on iPad via transfer cell/continuity is currently working on Facetime Audio that is essentially a VoIP service and use the cell data.

  However, T-Mobile is looking for ways to eliminate the use of data for its customers on Facetime Audio (and perhaps even Facetime video as well) through their programs free music and frenzy on. If that happens, it would be incredible!

• When my phone rings it's a buzz instead of a real ringtone

  Instead of a normal ringtone in the list, my phone started today with a strange ringing ringing noise.  Any ringtone I select, I get the same.  It's almost like the tone of urgency for a yellow alert, which is disabled on my phone.  Any suggestions?

  If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are a few standard repair procedures:

  First of all, try a system reset.  He heals many ailments and it's fast, easy and safe...

  Hold down the power button and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You won't lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

  If the Reset does not work, try a restore.  Note that it is nowhere near as fast as a Reset.  It could take well over an hour!  Connect via a cable to the computer that you use for synchronization.  In iTunes, select the iPod/iPhone/iPad, and then select the Summary tab.  Follow the on-screen instructions for restoration and don't forget to say 'yes' to the backup and go back to iTunes on the computer (NOT iCloud) because it is more comprehensive.  You will be notified that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be deleted, but that the restoration is complete, you will be asked if you want the backup content to be copied to the iPod/iPhone/iPad.  Even once, say 'yes'.

  At the end of the basic restore, you will be asked if you want to synchronize the iPad/iPod/iPhone.  As before, say 'yes'.  Note that syncs selection will disappear and the restoration will terminate if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If this happens, only applications that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective is simple – bottom right of iTunes, choose manual 'Sync '.

  If you are unable to do the restore (or it does not help), go into Recovery Mode according to the instructions here.  You will lose all your data (game scores, etc.,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being recharged.  In addition, read this.

  As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device.   If you have not already, try to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo comes back again. You won't lose any data, but it can cure a few glitches.

  If it does not, and to make sure that this isn't related software, set it back to factory settings, without using any data backup later. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone.

  If it still does not respond, it could be a hardware problem and the phone must be repaired by Apple or an Apple authorized Service Provider:

  I'm a happy user of my watch stainless steel 42. I use it for all my training and I get pretty obsessed by filling out the rings of the activity

  I do not swim a lot and I was wondering if anyone knows a good app on the watch that will add data from swimming to the rings?

  (I know that I can add the data to the application of health on my phone, but it does not count to complete the rings)

  Does anyone of you found a good app for that?

  I just use the 'Other' activity to record my swimming activity. It will record the exercise even if I'm not wearing the watch.

  I bought a used MacBook Air and El Capitan is installed.  There are funny behaviors and I want to see if a reinstall will help.  How can I reinstall the El Capitan withouth losing my data.

  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  HD recovery start: restart the computer after the ring, press on and hold down the COMMAND and R until the menu screen appears.

  Repair the hard drive and permissions: at startup, select in the main menu disk utility. Repair hard disk and permissions as follows.

  When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click first aid button in the toolbar. Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu.

  Reinstall OS X: Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  Note : You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest to use Ethernet if possible because it's three times faster than Wi - Fi and more reliable.
