  V_SAL is declared as HR. EMPLOYEES. % OF SALARY TYPE. If you look at the definition of time. The table EMPLOYEES, the SALARY column is a NUMBER (8,2). This means that it can handle numbers up to $999,999.99 (8 total digits with 2 decimal places).

• LiveCycle Designer ES2 - validation model and limited length: max tanks

  I am new to the use of LiveCycle Forms of design.  This seems like it should be a very simple thing, but I'm stuck on how to do it.

  I have a postal Code field.  It is located at Zip and Zip + 4 display and Validation of models.  The Validation model is text {99999} | text 999999999 {}.

  I have a script that stops at the entrance of alpha characters.  I also want to prevent users from entering more than 9 characters.  I think that the

  Length limit: Max tanks: feature would take care of that... but it's not.  I can't turn on the limit length because I get a warning that conflict

  with my boss.  Makes no sense for me because my boss has a maximum of 9 numbers and I want my length limit for a maximum of 9 characters.

  I know that I can use schema validation to provide an error message warning that indicates a user to enter the numbers 5 or 9, but why can't I've just stop them at 9?

  It does not always seem to work, you get just an annoying warning at design time.

  If you use a numeric field, then you might have the code in the change event to limit the length, and in this way they would be able to type alphanumeric characters either.

  I was wondering if there is a way to limit the decimal length in a text field? I have a calculation that returns:

• Cannot configure 488.2 GPIB PCI card: serial number is grayed out.

  IM new here, I have read 102 posts to try to solve this problem, very few are maybe relevant but I'm grabbing for straws.

  System Specs:

  IBM 300GL PII 750

  256 RAM

  GPIB PCI (provided by Mitutoyo for a Bright - A910 CMM Mitutoyo).

  This card worked on this system, due to a peripheral on the other a re - install the GeoMeasure and GPIB card was required.

  Nothing has changed other than uninstalling/reinstalling the software!

  I followed the instructions of these two KB and niether worked:

  Note aside; Agenda requires you to disable 'Plug and Play' (P & P) services, when you need to plug and play data to see conflicts.  If "P & P" is disabled there is nothing slot the tab "Devices". How does it work?

  Thanks for the reply, it was late last night when things got sorted and I forgot to reply to this topic.

  A form of engineering applications OR provided excellent assistance on this by e-mail, after several hours, it was determined the card cannot or is more than likely not a map OR but a card cleaner Mitutoyo.

  Mitutoyo has been kind enough to leave out all pertinent information on the card to be of any help for the uninitiated, thanks a lot.  Allthough Mitutoyo delivered the software installation OR with the software package here it turns out that you do not install the software.

  The configuration is done via TSNS (Top Secret Ninja Stuff), or information without papers.  More brightly...

  And they want to upgrade me to a more recent software, DO NOT set.

  Unfortunately, I assumed that the card was a material, OR because of the automatic install program supplied with the Mitutoyo software.

  Error: the serial number is not valid, says that you have tried to install a tool that is not designed for this series of portable.
  Are you sure you have the right tool for the right laptop model?

  It could also be another reason for this problem that you tried to install the tool in the wrong order.
  Usually this also controls the FN keys and it requires installation of VAP first.

  Install VAP (value added package) and try again

• Smart card certificate number

  We use Gemalto ID smart cards first .net to open a session in our office systems and use the same to work from home, connecting via Citrix Online site.

  Lenovo laptop at home is able to install the card reader and the smart card. A copy of the certificate of the smart card is copied to the Windows 8.1 point certmgr. However, when you access our website, IE does not read the certificate.

  Our website accepts the connection via IE, Chrome and Firefox. All 3 browsers are unable to read the certificate and there is no prompt to choose the certificate also.

  This has been noted on all laptops Lenovo only. No problem when using other brands with the same operating system.

  Details of the laptop

  Model tested: Lenovo Z50-70

  OS: windows 8.1

  Used browsers: IE 11, Chrome and Firefox (latest versions)

  Smart Card: Gemalto IDEPrime .net card

  Only issue with different models of Lenovo laptops. Other brands with the same operating system and browsers works fine.

  I try to install Lightroom on a second computer that I'm moving everything too. I am running Win 7 with Lightroom 5.7. When I go to the Help menu and select system info it shows the 20 digits, then 4 ' x at the end. I can't find where I put the original serial number. I bought it as a download from Academic Superstore.

  Go to "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Lightroom" on the original and open the file 'Lightroom 5.0 Registration.lrreg' relevant if it is v5, other versions have the version number on the file lrreg. The number is saved in the file.

  Is there a known way to understand the link between the vmnic0, vmnic1... logical names and their relationship to physical network cards of ESX/ESXi?   All this means that you do not enter the 32 directly anywhere. Instead you must do the math to figure out your margins and or gutters between columns to leave the 32 picas, or calculate the inlays for a paragraph style (or the text block) If you need set narrower than the column type.
