  I create a script to capture the user password associated profile password, roles, dblinks, and grants from the database of all (development) before updating the it production environment. I was able to get the ddl to re-create all above animals with the exception of profile and dblink.

  I need the ddl that creates this statement: modify the user profile of username "ProfileName";  and even for the dblink.

  I have 3 fields in a form.

  2. first name
  3 phone #.
  
  last_name and first_name is necessary.
  
  If the user enters a name or first name I have a process that gives a message saying "Value is required" when they hit the button Save.
  
  It is, if only first name is NULL, the message which is fine, but the focus of the cursor goes to the first element that is last_name.
  
  How can I change the focus of the cursor so that it goes to the element that is missing the info. In forms 6i there used go_item (...), is there something like that in APEX?

  Fact!

  Look in the header "HTML" from the definition of the page and the "attribute HTML Body". I also changed the focus of the cursor in "display attributes" to not focus not cursor.

  You can undo my changes in just clear these fields down and the development of the rear slider.

  I have the Eclipse plugin for java installed using the 5.0.0 jre so I think this means that the application works on OS5 and above all, Yes?

  It is more accurate to say - are not supported on.

  A few apps, when compiled using the API calls that have not been changed, will work on 'low' operating systems, at least a number of people on the forum (yourself included) have told me they have managed this.  However, I tried it by accident (when I plugged the wrong device to load an application) and a device in brick.  So I wouldn't recommend it, even if it does not work.

  JDE versions have the same restrictions - there are versions JDE as there are JRE versions.  I think JDE 4.2.1 and JDE 4.3 are always available, so if you want to develop is a phone which works 4.3, because I think that yours, you could use the JDE-, but it should have the JDE 4.3 or earlier.

  You can also upgrade your phone and use Eclipse (which is what I would do).

  I've set up an ActiveDirectoryProvider in Weblogic and we are able to connect COE successfully with a user of the AD.

  After logging in to the CMC, I see all the roles to come from the pub when I clicked on the username in the upper right. It is ok.

  But I'm unable to change the permissions in the Applets Admin because the same roles do not appear in the applet.

  The roles that you deploy any external identity store as AD, LDAP will not be added to the admin applets by itself since there is the standard that should be set manually (or the default). These roles will be visible only to users who are assigned to them and if you are looking for to handle them then either use identification information cards (which would be the easiest option) to map external roles to the existing applet or manually create the same name roles in admin applet.
