  What is going on?

  The end of the line ends with a rounded ceiling, even if I have it turned off.

  What was expected?

  Choice Butt cap to do so ends all right, but don't affect the beginning of the line.

  Details?

  A drawn line should end with plugs start and end as one chosen of setting - as expected.

  However, if the second to the last anchor is rounded (has handles), round cap at the end.

  If it's a bug, someone else should see it now (or at least be able to reproduce). It seems too obvious to have gone unnoticed.

  Without a good explanation, it may be time to see.

  The following is a general list of things you can try when the question is not in a specific file (you tried/made some of them already). 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically preferences might be corrupt); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

  If possible / there is, you must save curent work first, of course.

  (1) close Illy and open again.

  (2) restart the computer (you can do that up to 3 times);

  (3) close Illy and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Option + shift during startup (easy, but irreversible);

  4) move the folder (follow the link with this name) with closed Illy (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);

  5 look through and try the relevant among the other options (click on the link with that name, item 7) is a list of the usual suspects among other applications which can disturb and confuse Illy, point 15) applies to the maybe CS5, CS6 and CC);

  Even worse, you can:

  (6) uninstall, run the vacuum cleaner tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and then reinstall.

  Hi all

  I am facing a weird problem in rounded to a value of type double. I thought that LabVIEW always rounds up this rule when the digit is truncated is 5 - round to the nearest even integer number offshore

  When I round up to two points of accuracy, I get results.

  489.335-> 489.33

  489.355-> 489.36

  

  Can someone tell me how rounding works in the above cases? Please find the sample VI (2010) attached, if you want to play with him.

  I have a table of batch processing, but often data recently, so I added a trigger before inserting data. But circumstance multi-threaded operation, may still have duplicate data, how do I treat?

  This is not the right way to implement the business logic.

  If you want to insert a record, only if the folder does not already exist, use a MERGE statement instead, which can then insert or update as necessary.

  How you try to do so is an abuse of triggers and is not correct.

  To avoid duplication, ensure that you have a proper example constraint constraints primary key or other, etc.

• Drop trigger question

  I am using Oracle 11g, in my scheme, I have more than 100 Tables triggers, here I want to drop the triggers. I used the following cmds but it shows there is no such thing as triggers.
  
  SQL > drop trigger SYS_DOC_TRAILd;
  Drop trigger SYS_DOC_TRAILd
  *
  ERROR on line 1:
  ORA-04080: trigger 'SYS_DOC_TRAILD' does not exist

  What happens if you use double quotes with the name of the trigger either try with:

• Round trigger Photoshop can't save as

  When you use the "Edit in" function Lightroom 3 & 4 for the photoshop cs RAW file 5 the image appears in Photoshop. However, when the edition is complete and I use the command save message in a dialog box saying "can't save it as"D:\users...\2012.tif because the file is not found"

  More during the passage of the files from Lightroom to Photoshop a new dialog box opens on the compatibiliy card Camera Raw in. "This I understand can be solved in time, but if I press the button"Display in Lightroom"I get a Lightroom dialog box indicating" Lightroom could not prepare files selected "D:\users\ Etc Etc. It will not open. The files are Canon Raw CR2 to a 7 d.

  I completely uninstalled both Photoshop and Lightroom and reinstalled them to try to solve this problem, but I have been in vain. The only way to save must use Save under which seems to work with Tiff files being created.

  Before to do something as strong as the formatting of your system disk, I would try the following:

  (a) delete your preferences file. A lot of weird things in Lr are due to a "funny" preferences file See here where find you it: http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/preference-file-locations-lighroom-3.html

  (b) If this didn't help not try reinstalling Lr4. After re-installation open Lr4 and go > file > import from another catalog and access your Lr catalog (the same you use now). Do not re - import images you should lose your changes. When you import the catalog, your changes are preserved.

• Rounding error causes a strange behaviour in comparisons

  I found a rounding error in my code yesterday, that apparently causes something impossible to happen. A comparison of one number in a superior has the value true, and the same comparison in a less than or equal to is also true. I've attached a zip with a VI test record and the values that produced the problem, in the README file. You only need to define Xa, Xb, newspaper, DEXfp, weight and DEXcon 5 min b/t Xa and Xb. None of the other controls on VariableCluster of importance, you will see when you open rule015 and rule016.

  Well, it is a rounding problem, but it is preventable.

  First of all, some backround. Comma floating itself has rounded up questions that are very well known and are an accepted matter. This is a resource for more information.

  Your problem occurs because you have your computing operations in the same order for each comparison. You have (Wt * 6 * DEXcon_inv) in rule015, but (DEXcon_inv * Wt * 6) in rule016. Correspond to these levels of calculation to the other and see what happens.

  Edit: For later use, you must use subVIs for calculations like that. This normalize the calculation in itself, so you don't meet for problems like this and it makes it also easier to make changes to your calculations in the future.

• Randomization of questions for each quiz attempt

  In my project, I want to give learners 10 questions, each question from a separate pool. I put the quiz of endless attempts and a passing grade. If the learner does not pass the quiz and needs to regain power, I want the project again to shoot random question pools and generate another round of questions (some of them the same, which is not serious for this project will be probably).

  My problem is that I can't work on how to generate a set of questions on each attempt. the same set is always presented. Trying to understand this point and not being not able to find a native function for this or even any discussion about it any where, my secondary question is... I'm out on a pedagogical branch want to do this? (I'm trying to strengthen learning in repasting the relevant content in the correct/incorrect legends).

  If anyone has any ideas on one, I would appreciate it.

  Adobe was of the opinion (which in fact, I agree with this time) If you have submitted a set of questions to a user, then they should be able to master these specific issues, before you take another series at home.  Even if the new set would look at similar knowledge.

  So, you will find that you can only draw a new random selection from the pool AFTER relaunch the lesson module.  It's just the way it works.

  If you want to see work differently, you can join the list of other people who have asked this question even in the last years and sign a request for improvement.

  BINARY_FLOAT and BINARY_DOUBLE types are designed to store floating-point numbers. If you generate synthetic primary keys using a sequence, you generate integers. It is absurd from a point of view to store data from integer to floating point fields of data modeling. And it is exceptionally dangerous if a value is rounded up unexpectedly (floating-point numbers lose precision for the bits from the right)

  You need to specify, for me, that means more "useful for indexing. The extent of the storage space is going, there may be some space savings using a BINARY_FLOAT and BINARY_DOUBLE types if you have very large values of primary key, but there will be a penalty of space for values generated by a more 'normal' sequence, i.e.

  So it takes 8 times the storage to store a 1 in a BINARY_FLOAT and BINARY_DOUBLE types it does to store in a column for the NUMBER. But it takes less space if you store values such as 1e20 (1 to 20 of 0). If you store values large enough to get the benefit of space, however, you're going to have rounded up questions that will result in the application not to function, as you can imagine is probably a much bigger problem than a bit of disk space wasted.

  I have windows 7 pro office. Downloaded the latest version of Firefox which was working fine then got on Firefox AOL malware browser hijacker, so I must have inadvertently downloaded some software when it was included. I got rid of that and deleted then reloaded Firefox and this is where the problem started. "Now, one of the main site of google, YouTube, or any site has" this connection is Untrusted "dialog box appears. On Google Chrome and IE11 everything works perfectly
  Firefox has the best features and add on extensions when it works little matter productivity, I need a stable browser where a computer science degree is not required to make it work properly and reliably

  is there a simple remedy to solve the problem?

  I read through the other advice offered and tried to delete cert8.db which did not fix anything

  Anyway, I like the idea of group collaboration as an independent alternative to large companies but that will only work if the product is stable, reliable and easy to use

• BlackBerry Smartphones a bad thing?

  Well, so it is said in the corner of my 9300 curve 3g, instead of the usual 3 G. He won't let me check the new facebook updates, or get text messages or anything like that. I tried to restart the system and nothing. It's annoying because he has done it before, and I have no idea why. It sparkles in 3G status from time to time, but not for long... He says that I'm connected to my provider network (which is orange), but when I access applications that have need of network coverage, he says I'm not. What the hell?

  Any ideas? I hope it is fixable...

  When your phone displays "3g" instead of "3 G", it indicates that it is to detect the 3 G network, but does not connect to it. There are a few reasons this can happen. My recommendation would be to ring to the top of your carrier and see if they have outages or the round of questions.

  Normally, a battery pull would be you reconnect, but if that is already done... give them a call

• My Bugs addressed

  Just back from vacation and downloaded the latest version of Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 4.1.1 and looked at the Bug list.

  While I realize that this is a short list, and while I had the chance to check out some of the issues that I addressed in this forum for the last 4 months, is there a complete list addressed problems/bugs that I could look at?  Or, how do I know if my question has been addressed in this version?

  Also, when the questions are saved as a bug, could we, as members of the community, be aware of the number of bug for our own tracking purposes.

• Assistant of the output instrument always 0.0 without input series, where's the trigger? -Noob question

  Guys keep with me, I'm another PLCs and VB/C programmer, there are still the old paradigms of locking my head.

  See attached vi. After that I disconnected the entry in the series, the wizard exits still instrument 0,0 to its terminal at regular intervals about 1 hz. Now how does the wizard output always inst 0.0 without a trigger entry series? There must be a timer somewhere... but I searched everywhere there is no timer, including by opening the front panel of the wizard of the instrument. I watch the whole bulk of the loop and block VISA etc, there is no synchronization setting.

  So my question is, if there is no entry of series by using the instrument, which is the parameter object that triggers the instrument Wizard still out 0,0 at regular intervals? Where the object/setting?

• PXI Questions - trigger and save the Communication function

  I would like to use the VISA API for working with modules in my chassis SMU-1062 q. I have installed the following modules in the chassis:

  1 NI PXI-5102 (scope)

  2 NI PXI-5402 (fgen)

  Instruments based on the registry as PXI modules are new to me for example I only worked with instruments of message in office until now. I had a number of questions on how to work with these appliances with VISAS, let me start by two of the most pressing problems for me right now:

  1. I don't understand how material trigger works in a PXI chassis. For example, if I'm working with the PXI-5402 (fgen) and I want to make a hardware trigger on TTL0 that the PXI-5102 (scope) can listen, how to configure it? What I see in the NI-VISA support, the VI_ATTR_TRIG_ID attribute allows you to specify the trigger line of material (TTL0 - TTL7) for a device. Once this is done, I'm supposed to (apparently) use the function:

  viAssertTrigger

  with the value: VI_TRIG_PROT_RESERVE

  in order to 'book' in the line. It is clear to me as agglomerates that produces a trigger on TTL0. At this point, I guess if I wanted to the PXI-5102 to be triggered by the TTL0, then I put the VI_ATTR_TRIG_ID in TTL0 for this camera as well? In addition, what is the difference between the implementation of VI_ATTR_TRIG_ID in TTL0 for the device (INSTR resource) against the implementation of VI_ATTR_TRIG_ID to TTL0 to the chassis (substantive resource of BASKET). What happens when I use viAssertTrigger in each case?

  2. my other question concerns using the PXI modules using ONLY VISA orders (I rather not use NISCOPE and NIFGEN at the level of the API). I understand how to use ViPeekN (16.etc, N = 8) and ViPokeN for reading and writing to/from the registry of PXI Configuration. What I don't understand how to use functions such as ViMoveIn, ViMoveOut etc to run modules, for example, make the PXI-5402 generate a sine wave. In other words, where can I find an explanation of how to order the PXI modules and send data using the API of VISA. It seems that I need documentation that explains how to issue orders of these devices from the registry, which brings à la carte, at the place where to read data from the etc.
