I recently got a new computer, how can I get this program in Windows Vista.

Since you are not the original poster - and this thread is since September 2009, almost a year ago - I don't know anything about your computer or its issues. If you do not have the same problem as the OP and try to install an older version of Roxio Easy Media Creator in Vista, then the answer is the same for you: buy a current version program that will do what you want. SUDDEN STRIKE ANTHOLOGY IS COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 98, 2000 AND XP... BUT I BELIEVE THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE WITH VISTA IF YOU CHANGE THE SETTINGS ON THE COMPUTER... ANYONE KNOW HOW THIS IS FACT... THANKING YOU.

    Hello.

The only setting I can think of that might help you right now is to run the game in compatibility mode of Windows XP.
This is done by clicking on the game launcher icon and choosing Properties.

Then go to the Compatibility tab and make sure that the "run this program in compatibility mode for:" is checked and that Windows XP (Service Pack 2) is the option chosen in the list of modes.

    Hi kstater,

When a device is not functioning, Device Manager also typically displays an error message with an error code that comes with it. First, search for errors in the Manager of devices to do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Search for any displayed error message

1 key on the keypad (start) to hit windows > type devmgmt.msc and press ENTER to open the Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. in Device Manager, locate mice and other pointing devices and her then press enter on the device name.

    3. If an error code has been generated, the code appears in the status box of the device under the general tab.

Please provide the error message that appears

Step 2: Download and install the latest software for the mouse

  • Windows Xp Media Edition (and compatibility with Camtasia Studio)

Hi - I am looking to buy VM Fusion and could not find a simple

place to ask a very simple question: I currently have a laptop running

Windows XP (Media Edition). If I can clone this system and it will work on

my iMac as a virtual machine? I know that XP is supported, but whatever

This edition of Media Center problems would be useful to know.

Secondly, can I load Windows applications after installing virtual machine

Fusion (e.g. Camtasia Studio) or I need to install them before I

    clone of the machine?

Finally, had anyone actually run Camtasia Studio in a virtual machine

environment and if if - they had problems of desktop capture

activity between open mac and windows programs?

Know the answers to these questions would really help me make up my mind on how to move forward with the merger of the VM.

    Thanks in advance.

First of all, you can download a fully functional version of Fusion and get a free 30-day trial serial number in order to test if the merger is good for you.

Second, you can use VMware vCenter Converter to create a virtual machine from a physical computer, however if the Windows operating system came pre-installed OEM or is an OEM version, so he is not legally transferable to another computer by the EULA and may also verify that it is running on a hardware OEM and wouldn't work anyway. If you have a legally transferable copy of Windows and intend to remove it from the physical hardware after the conversion, then this is an option however with Windows Media Center not all features will work when virtualized and the features of Media Center with General questions.

As far as Camtasia Studio, I installed this in a Windows XP Pro VM and played with it a little but not enough to say that it is 100% usable in all its features.

The best thing I can suggest is take advantaged of the free 30 days trial serial number and see if the Fusion is a viable option for your needs and also there is Boot Camp where you would be under Windows natively on Apple hardware and would not have any different problem then other support material physical.

  • Airport Extreme compatibility with Vista

I have a laptop HP Vista Home Premium 32-bit running, and it will not connect to my Airport Extreme router.  I have a XP computer that connects very well.  When I disable WPA security on my network, the Vista computer connects and when I activate WPA it will not identify the network.

The XP system uses WPA?  Does Airport Extreme support WPA?  (I imagine for this).  Have you tried to use WEP, despite what is less secure than WPA?  Have you tried to enter the WPA authentication information in the network connection on the Vista system? Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

  • Re: Toshiba Recovery Media Creator - no HDD Recovery area

Hi friends, I bought a new Toshiba Kirabook PSU8SA-00V00U, a few months ago. I wanted to create emergency recovery disks, but whenever I start Toshiba Recovery Media Creator, it comes with a message that HARD drive recovery area undetected.

Then I tried running the recovery environment by pressing 0 at the beginning upward.
It comes with a blue screen saying that can not load from the recovery partition.

I checked with Paragon Hard Disk Partition Manager software that the recovery drive is available.

How do I make a recovery media or connect this HDD in system recovery so that Toshiba Recovery Media Creator detects the recovery disk and made recovery media. If in the future, if I want to reset the PC to factory settings, it will be even coming up with a blue screen saying that it can not load the recovery environment.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    Hello

Fact is that the installation of image recovery or recovery media creation works if the machine has only factory settings. In other words, everything must be in original condition without any changes. With the changes I mean, original OS must be installed and the structure of the partitions of HARD drive should not be changed.

If you try to change HARD drive partitions original structure the system in general, or Toshiba recovery media creator, will be confused and will not be able to find what we call markers which provide information on the exact location on the HARD disk where the recovery image is placed or registered.

Did you do something that might be responsible for this situation?
