  I had the audio works fine, so I checked a few services that are sure to value manual, and now I have problems with my audio. I went to all the necessary services that should be started and all have the value automatic and running except for the Audio service of builder endpoint, windows audio service and service audio creative.

  I am also having a problem with my USB keyboard goes dead. the backlight stays on, but none of the buttons will respond. I have to unplug the USB and use it to hold back in order to reinstall. It seems that if I do not use the keyboard for a while it turns off, but the lighting. I disabled in the power of USB energy saving profile, and the problem persists. My mouse does not turn, so I think it is not related to my power profile. It's a keyboard Saitek Gamers (USB).

  I typed in NT AUTHORITY\LocalService and left the empty password.
  now, I get the same msg of error as a generator of endpoint... RPC server is unavailable.

  I guess the problem with the Windows Audio endpoint builder, it's that you have disabled the Windows on Windows 7 power management.  For some reason, the audio services cannot start if power management is disabled.

  Corruption is rampant on my installation of developer on a windows xp machine. If I run the same code on my standard server edition running on Windows Server, the structure for the same verifyUser web service looks like this:

Looks like when you regeistered the webservice that you had an accidental linebreak in the middel of the URL or the webservice. Remove the webservice of the configuration and enter it again without line breaks.

  The problem is most likely a corrupt Windows Installer problem.

  In addition to the suggestion of BurrWalnut , please make sure that the Windows Installer service is enabled.

  Step 1:

  The Windows Installer service can be disabled on the computer.

  a. go to "Start "-> "run ", type "services.msc " and press the "Enter " key.
   
  b. double-click on the service named "Windows Installer ".
   
  c. check the value the "start type: " field. Is currently set to "Disabled ", then that's the problem. Change it by selecting 'Manual ' in the menu dropdown.

  Step 2:

  Now, Uninstall all traces of Office applications and the reinstall it.

  Well, I learned a lot. Especially since I'm a fool. Don't know how I came across the solution, or how it happened in the first place, but the print spooler has been disabled. Once activated, I was absent.

  I think I solved the problem...

  As I wrote previously, I disabled the back loop check in the registry on both nodes, create a new DWORD (32 bit) key...
  HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\DisableLoopbackCheck - with a value of 1

  Then, I made sure that the link speed & Duplex on all network interfaces are set to a specific value (no Autonegotiation), for example. 1000 Mbps Full Duplex (in my case).
  Ideally only the NIC - on each node - connected to the NETWORK load balancing must be configured with hard values.

  This solved the RPC error in my environment of NLB.

  Hope this helps those who have the same symptoms.
