  7. close this window and all open windows, and then in the Middle the desktop right click your mouse and select Paste. This will move the 7z folder on your desktop.

  8 open the 7z, that you just copied on your desktop

  9 open the Util folder

  10 open the CCC folder

  11 start the uninstall_L4

  12. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  13. run disk cleanup from the tools Accessories\ system under all programs folder

  14. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  Thanks for your reply, we used the same link for integration.

  But now we have solved the problem. The issue was with the version of Glassfish. It seems that report jasper is not compatible with the 4.1. So, we removed 4.1 Glassfish and install Glassfish 3.1. That solved the problem for us.

  My system uses Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

  I have my hard drive divided into a C: and D: drives. C is for programs, and D: is suitable for documents.  My C: drive was filled, and I couldn't understand why.  I go back to the "System Protection" and "Restore settings" where, under disk space, it is now 50%.  A huge amount of training was taken over by the old restore points.  I was able to delete all existing restore points, but I can not change the use of disk space for a smaller amount, like 15%.

  • Right-click on computer and choose Properties.
  • Click on the System Protection.
  • In the list of available drives, see if you have a partition into two (2 times the same partition), one with the word "missing" or "disappeared".
  • If so, uncheck this missing partition and it should solve the problem.

  I run 7 Captivate on Windows 8. Recently Win8 auto update features during the night. Since then, whenever I try to publish my files of course captivate, can I get an error saying it cannot publish because the file name or extension is too long. The update adds a new layer of files to sift through, so I thought that was the problem. I changed the default publish the location of my office, but I still get the same error. See attached screenshot.

  If this does not help, I wonder if it's just a slow script on the page. If that were the case there is no much you can do. You can try to download a NoScripttype extension, allow scripts globally, and then turn off one by one to make sure that you maintain the functionality of the page. But it is a funny way to do that is a single project (I guess you only encounter this problem only on this site does not).
