  I have a Web site that uses the same flash movie in the header of each page.

  Problem is that the flash animation restarts once the new page is loaded.

  Is it possible to play the movie without having to restart, other than using something like frames or iframe?

  I wrote a cf / css dynamic menu. I have 1 question with it. I have a flash movie on the page, and when you hover over the menu drop / nav, the menu goes behind the flash animation and makes the other links in the nav unusable. Is there a script for a code that will make the NAV go over the animation and not behind it?
  
  I tried a number of things, I figured out it's wmode it's my problem. I have wmode = opaque working in all browsers accept IE 7.0, I tried wmode = transparent, and does not either. Am I missing something? is there something else to do for IE7 that I did not read?

  I don't know if this will help, but my script code contains an if-else statement before the function AC_FL_RunContent. Looks like this...

  And the AC_RunActiveContent.js file is always there when I publish my Flash movie.

  The wmode transparent value should work as I've seen it work for other people. Hmmm...

  New to Keynote. I wonder if there is a way to trigger the next slide to load after doing an animation out, that does not involve having to make an additional click? For now, I have text that moves transition and get him out on click, which then leaves me a blank screen, rather than the transition to the next slide.

  I am running a fully patched/updated updated copy of 8.1 of Windows and Internet Explorer version 11 (on the desktop)

  • Flash Player is enabled
  • ActiveX filtering is disabled
  • Internet Explorer runs the latest version of Flash Player

  Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what I could try to fix this?

  I have a 'slide show' Flash that allows to select 4 images. It was on one of my sites for more than a year. Today, I changed to a Windows host to a host Linux (same company) and now the images are not displayed. The text that goes in cycles normally images, but the images are not there. I have download the swf calls photos.
  
  If I run the swf locally, it works fine. Online, no joy. Any ideas?

  Worked on it for about 90 minutes. As soon as I posted, I saw the problem.

  My 'images' directory was capitalized. Never caused a problem in Windows... The Images call has failed.

  IE9 is not supported on Windows XP, so I guess it's IE8 that you use.

  You will need to uninstall the current version before you can downgrade. Download uninstaller from here: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_32bit.exe close before you run IE the program uninstall and restart.

  You can download an older version of Flash from here, but to Save , do not choose to run: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html IE close before start you.

I need to start the virtual machine and OS startup invited automatically when Windows starts. I would have thought it's a routine operation but I cannot find any mention of how this can be done in the Workstation documentation.

  You must change the virtual machine in a shared VM.  Should be the documentation available in the help file on shared virtual machines.
