    You can also check what type of file has .wmv files.
    Go to the control panel. Click default programs.
    Click associate a file or Protocol with a specific program type.
    Highlight .wmv and see what kind of program is to open these types of files.
    By default, there are Windows Media Player.

    If it's another program, change to Windows Media Player and then try again to open the .wmv files.

    The file is undocumented, often one sign revealing that it may be a virus or other such pests.  Your AV program probably deleted the pest, but failed to remove its startup entries.

    If you are comfortable editing the registry, you can search for it and delete all references to it.  If you are wary about editing the registry, you can use Msconfig to see if the entry is present in the Startup tab and disable, to launch the utility simply enter msconfig in the run from the start menu.

    If Msconfig does not find the entry using SysInternals Autoruns to find and disable it.  Autoruns is a very complete utility which will show all the startup items, be very careful with it and do not disable the items that you are unsure as you can paralyze the machine and make it unbootable, if you disable the essential components.

    When I boot Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3, I get a message:

    This kind of errors are usually because the registry trying to load a module/file that no longer exists, in your case, the "dkbjausr.dll".
    The file has disappeared, it is of a random filename probably against malware that had already removed the scanner, but the loading point is always present in the registry.

    Everything you need to do is remove the point loading, either by editing the registry or by using tools to remove.
    Try to uncheck the corresponding item in msconfig > startup.

    Or if you have the HijackThis program is installed, you can run it and difficulty of the relevant boot entry pointing to this file.
