  You must remove all traces of the previous versions of reader in order to download a new.

  On windows platform, you can try running the cleaning from the indicated link tool:Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning tool - Adobe Labs.

  is there a way to get the most recent version of all/some products CC numbers? We want to make a list with the latest versions. On the website of adobe, not found any source, where you can easily get the version numbers of products. The creative Application of cloud is perhaps not the best solution to check versions.   Type chrome://plugins in the address bar of Chrome. Then, disable "Chrome PDF Viewer" and select "Adobe Reader" plug-in as shown in the screenshot below:

  

  Now, close the Plug-ins tab and restart Chrome.

• I am running 10.10 Maverick Mercat and cannot get a more recent version of Firefox.

  I can download Firefox 28 and extract the files, but nothing happens after that. I had to work, but it only lasted a few minutes and then back to Firefox 11.

  I use these commands in the Terminal to upgrade to the latest version (28.0)

  • echo-e ' \ndeb http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/ubuntuzilla/mozilla/apt all major | sudo tee - a /etc/apt/sources.list >/dev/null
  • sudo apt - key adv - recv-keys - keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com C1289A29
  • sudo apt - get update
  • sudo apt - get install firefox-mozilla-build

  Now you can go to Applications > Internet and the launch of Firefox

  Note: for me (I'm under 12.04.4 LTS) I see 2 instances of Firefox:

  • Firefox Web browser
  • Build Mozilla Firefox

  However, each of them throwing just launches the latest version. You can check it is later by going to help > about Firefox

  It's the way that I do and it's worked pretty well for me. I run every night and Firefox 28 side by side like two differnet profiles.

  It seems that the installation is corrupt.

  Follow these steps.

  1. Go to Download Firefox 5.0.1 and download the installer to your desktop. If necessary, use Internet Explorer to download, but in this case, choose "Save" when you see the prompt. Do not choose "Run"
  2. Then go to add/remove programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and delete it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations, etc. (don't tick the box).
  3. Reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
  4. Finally, run the installation file downloaded previously on the desktop.

  Your bookmarks, etc., customizations are stored in a different location and will become available to you even once you complete the installation.

  As a precaution, make a backup of your bookmarks as follows:

  1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + B to open the Bookmarks Manager.
  2. Click on the link to import and backup and then click on HTML Export and save the file somewhere.

  You can use this file at any time to restore your bookmarks if that proved necessary. Simply reverse the procedure and choose "Import HTML" instead.

  NB. If you use a download accelerator, turn it off before trying to download Firefox. These utilities are a common cause of corrupt files, in which case you get the error message you mentioned.

  Momentics should provide the 10.0.9.1673 SDK in the update section. It is installed in my Momentics. However, if it is no longer supported you can install a later version of the SDK and a later version of the Simulator. The last Z10 Simulator should be 10.0.10.822.

  Try a boot minimum http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.  If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem.   Follow the procedures described in the article.  Once found, remove, delete, disable, uninstall (or remove it from startup).  Another option is to solve the problem with this application if it is that you actually use.  Once remember to put Vista in normal status, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work.

  I started having a problem recently when running any application from Creative cloud on my Mac (El Capitan-latest version). Three Mac OS features become disabled; (1) command-Tab to switch applications; (2) by moving the slider to the bottom of the screen to display the Dock; (3) switching between spaces is disabled. These problems occur regularly during my day job, but only for about 30 to 60 seconds every time. Then the computer works normally. I checked my monitor of activity at the time these issues are present but do not see anything unusual. I can't absolutely confirm that CC is the problem, but there seems to be only a problem if I have PS, IT or ID to open. Everyone knows these issues? Does anyone have a solution for this?
