Runtime error P6025 calling pure virtual function on program C:\Windows\Explorer.exe Windows 7

On Windows 7 when I try to use the icon on the system tray, I get the following error: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!  "Program: C:\Windows\Explorer.exe R6025 - virtual function call pure" I get every time when I use it but at least twice a week it happens.  I have another Explorer not open already.

This type of error can be caused if the Visual C++ library runtime components are missing or because of a third-party software.

Follow the steps below:

Method 1:
If the problem is caused by the lack of Visual C++ libraries, you can download and install the Runtime components of Visual C++ libraries from the link below:

This error can occur when the Microsoft .NET Framework installation on the computer is damaged or is missing.

Try it out below step to reinstall and repair installation of Microsoft .NET Framework on the computer, then check if you can install the software.

(a) click the Start button, select Control Panel, click programs and then click on 'Turn Windows has or not.' If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

(b) search for Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1 uncheck, click OK and restart the computer.

(c) after the reboot, open again "Turn Windows features on or off" and place a check next to Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1 and restart the computer.

Step 2

If the previous step fails, then I suggest that you manually download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and 2008 Redistributable Package and check to see if you can install the software.

In programs and features, you do not show that you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable? If this is not the case, download the links here.

  • Writing DAQmx invoke node leads to a runtime error (R6025 - pure virtual function call)

I have a request in which a Subvi DAQmx writing calls calling node (shift of writing and reading NumChans).

When I launch LabVIEW and the main VI a first run, everything works fine. When I run a second time, LabVIEW crashes with a runtime to Scripture DAQmx error call node:
R6025 - pure virtual function call

The LabVIEW failure log file contains the following lines:
    c:\builds\penguin\labview\branches\Saturn\dev\source\compiler\allocsup.cpp(662): DWarn: dataspace moved running!

  • C++ Runtime Error: R6025-call virtual function Pure. How should I do?

    Hi all

Usually I can fix issues myself, but since I am here that means this issue has completely baffled me.

ALL UNIQUE web browsers I've tried generates the following runtime error:

    Virtual function call R6025 Pure

    How I reproduced this error:

    1. I was going to my internet Favorites Trance station radio available here:
    http://www.trancearoundtheworld.com/

    2. of course, I clicked on the 'Play' button and a new window opens with a simple player with a play/pause button.

    3. I press the symbol key "Pause" and breaks of the song/flow, and a few seconds later the above mentioned runtime error is displayed, with an option to click on OK:

    Runtime error!

    Program: C:\Program Files (x 86)-[internet browser here]------[browser executable here.exe]

    R6025
    -pure virtual function call

    4. click on OK only recognizes the error and closes the browser.

Again, this happens in EVERY single browser, I know, whether it's IE8, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Opera.

I can only assume it is a problem of run-time library, so I tried to download and reinstall the 2008 redistributable package sp1 x 64 edition as well as the x 86 edition, restarted the computer, and the problem still persists.

I tried these same steps with my laptop and it works fine (read: he doesn't have this problem, or it crashed). This is only my office who is having this problem.

Is there a way I can fix this?

    Thanks in advance!

    System information:

    Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.00 GHz
    4 GB OF RAM
    Hard drive 160 GB

Silly me, it seems that what causes this error is NOT corruption all Runtime library or something similar. This error kept happening because I was currently using 10.1 beta version of Adobe's Flash plugin. Once I completely deleted and installed the latest stable version, all is well until now.

Please keep in mind, this is how I solved my problem. If you receive the same error, there may be several ways to fix it. Mine was due to a Flash. If anyone has this problem, please report it and talk about the action you did if you have resolved the problem.

    Thank you!

  • Captivate 8 - error R6025 - Pure virtual function call

My teammates and I have 8 installed Captivate recently and while working on a large project for a client, some of our files has been corrupted. We couldn't open them and we would get a Runtime Error R6025 - Pure virtual function call. Some members of the team can still open these files CP8, but eventually, everyone is the error and we could not open the files, even if they were followed by several times.

Someone at - it the same problem? We have suddenly regrets buying all these Captivate 8 licenses. Captivate 6 never gave us this problem, and it's really had to happen with a great project for a client.

Just answered this in another thread (note we used 7 Captivate so it might be a different error).

We found that when we created files with embedded in swf files that existed above widgets in the timeline panel, when someone else has tried to open the files he broke / we got the runtime error. The original person could still open for awhile, but hides would be clearly and that they could not.

However, if we ensured that swf files are below widgets in the source files, it didn't break. Indeed, if we found one that broke and got the author to move the SWF in the timeline, he would start working for others.

STRANGE! I would like to know if it works for you!

  • iTunes problem. Error: R6025 - pure virtual function call

    Original title:

    iTunes problem.

Trying to open iTunes, I get this error: R6025 - pure virtual function call. Can someone tell me what is the problem?

    Hi Dave,.

The error indicates iTunes has not been correctly updated.

Users facing this issue have managed to solve this problem by following the steps below.

Try to remove all associated iTunes and then rebuild it which is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Remove and then reinstall iTunes and other components of software for Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8

  • Write failed with getting Sonic error R6025-Pure Virtual Function Call

After midway to burn a DVD, Sonic fails and know that it is a R6025 Pure virtual function call and refers to commonfiles\sonicshared\sonciecentral\main\mediahub.exe.  I had several problems with this program. Is there a way to remove it and then reload it?  I don't have a disk for it.  Thank you

    Hello cmd_078m,

Where you installed the program Sonic of origin? You can uninstall it, but it will remove the program and you will need the original media to reinstall.

You can check with Sonic for replacement disks or you can install any other CD burning software.

    Thank you

  • Photoshop CC r6025 pure virtual function call

I recently signed up for creative Cloud and shortly after that I started to receive the virtual function call error r6025 pure with PS CC crashing. It will happen with x 86 and x 64 CC PS versions. It happens not every time, only about 30-40% of the time. Usually, but not always, a restart of the program solved the problem. I did a unstall of CC PS but that did not solve my problem. Before moving to the Cloud Creative, I have not had any problems whatsoever with PS CS6. This problem started after installing update CS6 PS Photoshop CC and CC. I don't think it's a hardware or OS problem but FGOS I have a race the following:

    OS - Windows 8 Pro x 64

    RAM - 16 GB OF DDR3 MEMORY

Video - NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 with 2048 MB of VRAM

    CPU - Intel Core i7 2600

Plugins - Nik, onOne, Imagenomic, Topaz Labs, Alien Skin, Unified Color and a few others. All the these have been installed and works very well before the passage of the CC.

Does anyone have any ideas as it became very frustrating for me.

    Thank you

The rest of the accident report say? What is the name of the failing module?

And have you tried to disable all third-party plugins?

  • Install the Runtime Error for ATK Hotkey driver drivers for SL500 on Windows 7

    Hello

I recently installed Windows 7 on a new hard drive and had a few devices not recognized in Device Manager that ThinkVantage Toolbox also could not solve. Now I am manually install these device drivers and have a few problems.

    (1) the shortcut keys (key from Lenovo, volume up/down, mute) do not work.

    (2) for the power manager battery indicator displays "Battery not installed" rather than the remaining battery time.

    (3) install the device driver for ATK Hotkeys gives a runtime error.

    (4) the Device Manager still contains a device that is not recognized and cannot install the drivers for.

I tried almost all combinations of installation/uninstallation of different drivers, even the drivers beta, keyboard shortcuts, Manager of power, ATK hotkeys, etc, but can't get the drivers to install correctly. I have even the old drivers for my old installation, which at least gives me a scenario where I can get the battery indicator to work, still generates an error whenever I start up Windows associated with "ACPI ATK0100". I can go back to the State where the error goes away, but then the battery indicator stops working, by uninstalling the Lenovo_ATK_Package.

Again, this is a new installation with a big mess of 8 hours of installation/uninstallation of drivers. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

You can post links to the drivers you have tried or installed on your SL500? e.g. Hotkey, ATK, and Power Manager?

    Try the following drivers: -.

    http://www-307.IBM.com/PC/support/site.WSS/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-74261

    http://www-307.IBM.com/PC/support/site.WSS/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-4GXPEG

    http://www-307.IBM.com/PC/support/site.WSS/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-70024

    http://www-307.IBM.com/PC/support/site.WSS/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-70478

Be sure to install the C:\Driver\ driver... If necessary, reboot the system after installation.

    It will be useful.

  • Error IE 11 - MuseJSAssert: error by calling the selection function

I published a rough version of my site at:

    http://garrettandcoonstest03.BusinessCatalyst.com/index.html

The functions of the site properly in Chrome and Safari.  However, when loading IE 11 home page, it returns the following error message:

MuseJSAssert: Component error the function switch: error: Invalid Argument.

The browser will then fail to load the slideshow at the top of the page.  This slideshow contains 3 .jpg files.  It's essentially the vanilla of the standard widgets libraries version.  Can someone take a look att eh site and tell me what you can do?

    Hi Shannon,

It seems that you have an invalid link to the bottom of your page. The text "Fill our online form" looks like that should make a link to a javascript window, it's not like it was added correctly. Muse has tried to fill in the URL, but could not do the things, maybe because space before your link, and what ends up happening, is that you have an invalid link. When we try to perform processing on this link when load us the page, IE throws an error because it does not include. To fix it, you should be able to just go to this link in Muse, set it up to be what you are looking for in unrolling of hyperlinks, and then republish it.

    Hope that helps,

    Andrew
