  I've looked everywhere for Quick Start 2.0. The version on the conusmer site is NOT 2.0 is 1.18

  The links already posted in this forum by KalvinKlein do not work either.

  Quick start can be enabled and disabled too using the Toshiba software called Desktop Help. Within this tool, you would find the HWSetup Toshiba and this part of software must contain the quick start option.

  Check it out.

  By the way: for some series laptop, press INS key then F2 worked too.

  You can create a new shortcut easily enough. Just drag it into the Quick Launch bar on with the right mouse button and then choose "Create shortcut here" from the menu you get.

  When you are on the Power Options - screen of the Control Panel, click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable" highlighted in the image below.  The option to deselect Fastboot should now be available.
