  Hello

  There is a reason, that I was frustrated by the design of web sites over the years because of various browser issues.  So I hope someone can help me with this.

  I use CC of Muse.  I am re-doing a Web site for the customer.  I do most of the design on my Alienware home computer, and until today, I had no problem with Chrome, IE or FF on this computer.

  When I go to the Office of the client to work, his computer is obviously different from mine.  It's a Dell XPS.  So, I saw the site above on his computer.  So far, in FF and Chrome, it just seems like it should.  Video playback and button works brilliant.  Here are 2 screenshots in each of these browsers from the computer:

  

  

  But when I looked in Internet Explorer, the button on the side, it's weird looking - text is not where it should be.  In addition, the video does not load and I get the message "browser does not support.  I put the IE version on the screenshot below:

  

  Keep in mind when I look at this site on my Alienware with IE I do not get this weird problem you see above.  It works exactly as it should.

  So any help is appreciated.  Is that its Internet Explorer browser settings?  There is a glitch of Muse (I don't see how it can be if the site works on my Alienware IE)?  Could the cache of the browser IE need clean?

  Firefox works fine. It's my main browser. But I have two of them (?) Now I have no Internet Explorer (which I use too and I also use Google when I choose to do so). But when I click on the icon that is, loading a Firefox page asking me to download Firefox, I already have the latest version of. Sometimes, I need all 3 different browsers. NOT 2 Firefox browsers. I need to have my be restored and I cannot figure out how to do. Firefox has not only updated my regular main Firefox browser, but it also took over the I.e. browser, too.

  Firefox is a separate web browser (for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux), as it integrates with IE isn't a shell for IE on Windows.

  Are you sure that your IE is not just opening to www.mozilla.org url in the address bar to download Firefox?

• My site shows and works fine in Chrome and Firefox. It is exactly the opposite with Safari and Internet Explorer.

  In safari, the site takes as much time to load and once loaded, the police of the web that I used is replaced by a defect in safari, I guess. My video background takes a longer time to load once the site is loading. In internet explore, my site simply doesn't show as expected.   I think that you have solved the problem I checked the site with Safari and IE, but was not able to display the same behavior as mentioned. The site works very well.

  Well, I made a simple page with a table and frameset. I used white borders and everything was fine when I checked in Safari. So I open Firefox to check and it renders the borders, but do not like the colors... I don't exactly understand.   Here's what you do:

  1. ensure that your /pictures directory is a subdirectory in the htdocs directory. By default the htdocs directory is $OH/Apache/Apache/htdocs. If you have directory default htdocs, so your images created under that directory place your files. If your photos directory will be $OH/Apache/Apache/htdocs/images

  -Edit $OH/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf to make sure that you have following set of guidelines:

  AllowOverride All

  AccessFileName .htaccess

  Note that this is a security concern to set AllowOverride to all, then you should put carefully. See below for more details on the AllowOverride directive:
  http://httpd.Apache.org/docs/1.3/mod/core.html#AllowOverride

  -In your /pictures directory, create a file with the name .htaccess with a single line:

  Options + Indexes

  See below for more details on 'Options ':

  -C' is this, restart your OHS (Oracle HTTP Server) and access after URL to see the list of directories:
  http://myserver.com:7777 / images

  If you want to list directories only happen via the SSL port (443), then you can have above guidelines defined in in $OH/Apache/Apache/conf/ssl.conf.

  I just uploaded a site in BRUTE form, just so that I have an example to show you. I'll probably take it down once I have a solution. I tested it on IE and chrome, the two latest versions (I think)

  OK, I have 2 questions, both are specific browser

  1. the table in the accommodation section is much wider in IE than chrome. It is intended to be displayed in the width, is it in Chrome.

  2. I use a JSquery to autoscroll and animate between sections. It's perfect on IE, but apparently on chrome Jutters / glitch / flicker... it seems to happen just as the accommodation section is about to pass.

  While your DIV class to "hostingtable" has a "width" defined for it, your table in itself is not.

  Add a "width" tag to your class 'table1' and set it to your desired width. IE will read the width of the table and show exactly that much.

  About the scrolling of the page, I don't see any glitch / twinkle / Jutters. Even if you see it, I suspect something to be with the settings of your video card that Chrome is programmed for. This should not be a cause for concern as a "browser compatibility".

  I have a problem with the display of my layout in different browsers.

  I created a page with an element of af: panelFormLayout surrounded by af: PanelGroupLayout (PGL) component. PGL hamdi property is 'Center' and «Horizontol» layout

  In firefox, it displays the fields as expected (IE, the center of the page) considering that, chrome, fields are displayed to the left of the page.

  Please can you advise a solution to this?

  Hi, I use the same JDeveloper version 11.1.2.4.0 and I have no problem rendering af:panelFormLayout or af:table in the center of the page in the Google Chrome browser.

  I think the bug that dvohra21 mentioned is for the text of graphics of DVT.

  My site displays perfectly in IE8 and IE9... but it's the only 2.  IE7, Mozilla 8.0.1 & 11, Safari and Opera are not, but the worst offender is Mozilla

  I validated the page W3 and CSS, and a few errors that come back I don't think are related to why Mozilla and IE7 are butchering my Web site.

  The orange colored bars downstairs are feeders left... they really need, and then the float is not cleared before applying the next float.

  So first of all, don't float left everything default, left aligned. So if you have something float, you may need to disable the previous floats to operate.

  I have already solved this problem myself, but I don't know how to get rid of my question! In settings, I opted under Options for a certain size of type and that solved my problem, and I learned this control and two characters will increase the size on any site for the text, I need to see better.
