  I recently bought a Macbook Pro and can not download my Photoshop CS6 extended.  I have a serial number and product code the product disc, but, but still am not able to download my product.  All the instructions say "double-click install.app" but this seems to be a non-existent option on my computer.  I even bought a drive USB superdrive for the sole reason to put in my product directly drive download and it does not work either.

  I also tried to install directly from the site Web Adobe - my serial code was denied, but I only used it on my old laptop, so it is supposed to work again.

  It seems equally clear that Adobe did the download of older products as difficult as possible for past clients.  This is ridiculous. I spent hours trying to get this to work and have gotten nowhere.  Does anyone have advice for me?

  It is not known if you encounter a problem downloading or installation problem, but it looks to be an installation problem.

• Sam SM30X: OS recognizes the device name but never find USB driver

  Hi, I have a pb with a SM30X; regardless of the usb device which I have connect (gamepad for example generic, USB key, etc.), he recognizes the name of periphral, but never find any driver to install what should be good that XP has all the generic drivers on the inside.

  I reinstalled from the recovery DVD scratch, but still pb.

  Wouldn't be a bios problem? one real OK is configured to the usb port, or would be missing on the original DVD driver files?

  I need a good answer. I can't get my Saitek 220 recognized! No joystick game possible!

  As far as I know you don t need all the USB drivers in particular. The windows OS using the usb drivers own everything they should work without any problem.
  I guess there is a problem with the USB power.
  Go to Device Manager and select the properties of USB root hub. You will find a power management tab. There you can disable the allow the computer to turn off this device
  Check this possibility.

  Is identical to the old version new version, which means, are of the same edition?

  For example, is a copy of Windows 7 installed on Windows 7 Home Premium machine in addition to the new copy you purchased?

  Because, if they are, simply update the product key:

  Click Start, right click on computer

  Click on properties

  Scroll down to the Windows Activation

  Click on the link 'change product key '.

  Enter the product key

  Click next to activate via the Internet.

  If they are not the same, then you will need to do a custom installation, with the following exception.

  If the new edition is greater than the current edition installed, then you can use the product key and upgrade to the new copy you purchased.

  It should be higher if Starter > Home Basic > Home Premium > Professional > ultimate.

  The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

  Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

  You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  2. don't you make changes to your computer or external device before the problem?

  Number of keys that came with XP SP3 licenses can be installed on systems of SP3 - MS loose a new set of keys with SP3.

  If you have purchased a package, then you should have instructions in the box on how to present your credentials. If you have purchased Adobe online, then you should have received instructions in an email. But here is a link that might help you.
