  It is generally not possible to update the graphics card in a notebook. They are generally adapted to fit the available space and also specially designed drivers that are specific to your model of laptop. It is also quite common for them to use the RAM shared rather than having their own chip RAM (although some later model specifications have dedicated for graphics RAM).

  You can check in your advanced (from Control Panel) display options if you can adjust the RAM available for your graphics card.

  Anyway, Sam is right. The S in the first step means satellite. This is why you must use drivers for 2410-303. These are the correct drivers and they should work on the laptop.

  I tried for awhile get a new hard drive for my 102 S1900. I think I found one, but don't know if it will fit. The person told me that it fits in a Toshiba but that was all.   So, in my opinion, 120 GB HARD drive size is too big and I presume that the BIOS of the laptop will not recognize the HARD drive!

  I think you can use a 40 GB, 60 GB and a 80 GB HARD disk.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite s1900-303, which requires urgent attention. Whenever I try to burn a DVD/VCD with nero or super software system DVD carshes in between. This only happens when the software converts a .wmv or other types of files in files DVD/VCD compatiable. If I try to burn a DVD/VCD file without converting them, the system will not crash! I tried to uninstall/reinstall the software... I deleted all the hard drive and reinstalled everything. But same problem persists.

Satellite 1900 is aged about 3 years and if you didn t clean yet you should do.
