  I just bought a * Satellite A200 13 M *. In the first market, Windows Vista seems to be properly installed and worked to internet (wifi) access. The Norton program has been updated, and I could download and install OpenOffice. However, as OpenOffice had reported a small amount of disk space available (55 GB) I tried to see the hard drive in the browser.

I did, and a new screen has announced that Windows is being closed. This screen froze then in turn. I waited for a while and then tried to turn it off with the switch. The screen went black.

  However, the blue light comes on, the fan is still running, but I nothing seems to wake up the machine. I called the service of maintenance of the shop, I bought from (Darty), but they are overloaded and said they'd call me in a couple days (!). Is there anything I can do in the meantime that would allow me to continue to work with the machine.
