I found many sons of this topic, but not helped me to solve my problem.

Downloaded CC without any problem. But now when I want to download Photshop I can't connect to the adobe servers so there is no apps showing everyone in the CC prog.
Windows 8 and there seem to be no problems with my internet connection or my firewall...

I tried to download the trial version of the cloud creative to try it before you buy the plan of the student. However, when I select the Panel app the message "Impossible to get on the adobe servers, please check connectivity internet, Firewall setting and try again" and then a small box orange appear low says 'impossible to join the adobe servers '.
I tried everything the internet told me to do and still no joy. Can someone help me please? I'm getting super frustrated with it!
I don't know if it means anything, but I tried the advance troubleshooting setting where it gives you links to see if you can log in to the adobe activation servers. With the connection to the license, I get a web page that says that 'lm.licenses.adobe.com refuses to connect 'Thank you

Unable to connect to the Adobe Creative Cloud Server
When I try to open my creative cloud, I get a message saying:
Impossible to reach on the Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes.
I clicked on the retry button for 30-40 minutes without success.
I disabled my firewall and I tried, but the same message.

Creative cloud connects to the adobe servers

I have a Problen on one of my pc. Both are on the same network, then network issues could not be the problem, since the first has no problems with CC.
The other is not to update my CC programms. So I uninstalled all CC and made a DC adobe clean up (with cc, adobe cleaner).
After you have reinstalled the creative application of cloud, it has the same problem! Most of the time, I have no connection with adobe servers, BUT I can do a login to the App! ?? So there must be a connection ;-)
Assaid - most of the time there is no link, but when I leave the window open, sometimes I will log in and tell me that I have no Apps not installed - so I try to install one and after that again, I don't have no connection...
Any ideas?
BTW, I also tried to delete this oobe folder or just the opm.db file...

I'm in the middle of a student one year subscription CC, using 10 64-bit Windows. I received a message that creative cloud is corrupted, so I uninstalled it, but I get this message of my browsers (microsoft - Explorer - edge and chrome) when trying to re - install creative cloud.
I can't currently use or download all desktop applications.
It is the fist message that I got while trying to open the CC App.
If I was able to connect to my Adobe profile, but when I click to download any of the software I get these error messages.
