  Satellite A200-1AE belongs to the PSAECE series. Have you downloaded the tools and drivers for this series?

  Second, the error of incorrect serial number appears if the wrong DMI information was stored on the system board.
  This could happen for example if a technician has not updated the DMI after a motherboard replacement.

  Are you sure you have the right tool for the right laptop model?

  The life of the HARD drive is not known to me, but to be honest, I wouldn't be worried.
  I think the number of attempts to spin shows you how fast the disk HARD turns at the moment and it looks like that it spin at 49%. Probably it of not necessary to turn faster because performance of flow is 100%.

  However, I would recommend always creates a backup of your files stored on the HARD drive. It is always advisable, even if the HARD drive works ok.

  Your A200 PSAE6E part number so you can use the motherboard of each A200 model with this part number.

  Check eBay. You will find lots of older Toshiba laptops and I imagine you can find parts for your machine.

  Yes, you can upgrade your laptop up to 4 GB of RAM and it is maximum. You can use 2 x 2 GB RAM.
  Toshiba recommends 2 GB RAM with PA3513U-1M2G part number.

  GPU upgrade is not possible on mobile machines.

  Well, I think in this case you can do anything and I would not try this BIOS recovery program. There is no formal way and you could destroy most or the entire module ROM.
