Satellite A305D-S6848 - upgrade Vista to Windows 7 32 bit

I started the upgrade process, but it gives me a message that I need to uninstall ATI CATALYST Install Manager, ATI Catalyst Control Center. My laptop is model A305D-S6848 Vista 32bits. I don't know where to start getting that if someone can point me right direction to get this?
Using my laptop ATI Radeon X 1250 graphics card.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hey Buddy,

I think you need to uninstall the ATI Catalyst (display driver) driver because the version is too old and is not compatible with Vista. You can uninstall the display driver in Control Panel > uninstall the software. There you should find a list with all installed programs and drivers.

New display driver, you can download on the official website of Toshiba:
http://www.CSD.Toshiba.com

Check this box!

    Hello!

Satellite A305D is a cell phone for the U.S. market, and so you have to search the Web from Toshiba site for drivers:
    http://www.CSD.Toshiba.com

I checked the site but I can't find XP drivers for your model. It seems that Toshiba doesn t support XP on this media.

    What can you do now?
Well, in your case I am looking for other pilot sites. Here I can give you some examples where you can search:

I hope you find everything you need.

    Hello

I put t know what you want to hear exactly now, but you can download all drivers here:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

As far as I know that this model P200 belongs to the PSPB6 series.

my email address is [email protected]

It is a Toshiba laptop we and you will need to perform a search on the page of the Toshiba driver we.
Is there no driver XP then you have to collect the drivers of your own hands.

The A305 is very similar to the European A300 series so try some single XP driver released for the laptop models A300 on the European driver from Toshiba site.

  • Upgrade Vista to Windows 7, files using the second internal hard drive and Windows Easy Transfer.

I have a desktop pc with 2 internal hard drives.  A hard drive has the BONE and the second hard disk is a separate partition.  (I do not combine hard drives using RAID.)  If I upgrade Vista to Windows 7, the upgrade will be to reformat hard disks or just a hard drive with the operating system?  Should I remove the second hard disk of the computer just to be sure?  The second hard drive must be reformatted for use with Windows 7?

    Thank you.

You must install the upgrade in the Vista operating system.

    Thank you.

From all versions of windows with Internet explorer,

Win - 7 is the best on all that's left is win 7 pro

Win - 8 or 8.1 is about the biggest flop M$ has ever released.

If you want that your bookmarks and other personal files I would transfer to a portable hard drive or a flash drive if you can reinstall them.

  • Re: Satellite P200-1FJ - LAN driver for Windows 7 64 bit

Can someone help me with the LAN driver for Satellite P200-1FJ? I have Windows 7 64 bit, when I ask for this driver in the toshiba site, reed "Sorry we couldn't find drivers corresponding to your search criteria."

    Hi legiadb,

The drivers, you can download here:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com > support & downloads > download drivers

As you've probably seen, there is no 64-bit Windows 7 driver available, so I recommend you test a 64 bit Vista driver.
    It works on Windows 7?

Solution check the Realtek page directly ;)

  • How to get a hp 4600 Color Laser jet print on a vista or Windows 7 64 - bit OS PC which does not have a parallel port connection?

My hp 4600 color Laser Jet uses a parallel cable to connect to a Windows PC. When I had XP as the OS it worked fine. But now after the upgrade to Vista or Windows 7 64-bit OS it will not work and my PC does not even recognize it when it is plugged into the PC with the parallel to USB cable that worked so well before. So, what should I do to get the PC to recognize the Hp 4600 and have it printed again as before? (My first plan is to try to get the printer to work by hooking up through Wireless. Does anyone know if it will work? I'll answer my own question, if it does. Wish me luck! (Thank you!)

According to the HP support site, there are drivers available for Vista and Windows 7 If you're lucky it. Download the appropriate drivers for your computers. According to the information of product from HP, this printer can be connected directly to the network by an ethernet cable. I don't see where it has wireless capability, but in any case ethernet is preferable for printer connections if possible.

Connect the printer directly to your router or switch connected to your router and assign a static IP address outside the range the router DHCP. Then, install the drivers that you got from the HP website for your operating system.

I am trying to upgrade Windows Vista Edition Home Premium to Windows 7 (64 bit) on an older machine.  In order to go forward the installation, I get the message that I need to uninstall the following programs: Business Manager and Anti-Malware Core.  I looked under "programs" and "programs" on my C: drive, but I can't find any progams by those names.

Can someone tell me what I should look for, and where/how do I uninstall these files?
