  Note that the snapshot is NOT backup and use no simple snapshot for more than 24 to 72 hours and etc.

  And you're supposed to boot from the recovery disc to start the recovery process.

  You change the Boot order to make the CD/DVD drive first in the boot order. Then, you start from the disc.

  And as a way to re - install with most of the Toshibas, you press 0 (zero) to start to start the process of recovery back to settings factory (new State) of the recovery Partition.

  Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.   Check if your pencil/brush painting Mode, or the layer is another than Normal.  For example, you will get the contrasting color, if the Mode is the difference or Exclusion.
