  I checked the manual of the Satellite A350 and I founded the following information:

  I'm not too sure about the P10, but on my A30 the hadr drive is under the DVD-ROM. It is secured in place by a single screw (accessible from under the laptop), and when it is deleted the DVD-ROM slides just to place revealing the hard drive.

  The hard drive is fixed with 4 screws (2 on each side)

  First if you want to change the language of the OS, you need to download a Pack of MUI (MUI) on the Microsoft Web site.

  Unfortunately these Multilingual User Interface Pack is only supported by Vista Enterprise and Ultimate for Vista. So if you use the Home Premium version you will have to upgrade to Vista Ultimate and then to install the MUI or you will buy an English copy of Vista.

  As far as I know these parameters do not exist and if the laptop has shared memory it runs automatically.
  In the past, that Toshiba has never offered these options in the BIOS, and so far nothing has changed.

  As you say using the Vista Ultimate version it would be possible to install a Vista MUI (MUI) that could help you change the language to English, but you have only the basic home edition version.

  In your case you will need a new Vista operating system. But you must buy the full version because the serial at the bottom of the device key will NOT work.

  Because it affects s an OEM that belongs ONLY to the version of Vista preinstalled!
