Satellite M300 PSMD4A - Windows Vista is unable to load the user accounts
OS: Vista Business 32 b
Model: Toshiba Satellite M300 (PSMD4A)
Problem: When I turn on the laptop it charges upwards which is usually the login screen, but it does not display * all * accounts of users and, therefore, it is impossible to connect!
Survey: I started the computer in safe mode, that the logging in process works very well. I thought it might be a mistake with the scanner finger print driver device manager still had no problems with it, but I discovered the + security processor loader driver + had the error code read 24 ' + this device is not present, is not working properly or is not all its drivers installed + ' I couldn't find something online that explains how to fix this error.
Note: I said that the splash screen was previously empty and contained only the vista background startup and loading icon turns with the words "+ Please wait +" and a flick every now and then as if failure to sign what ever he was having problems with. I don't know when that changed sypmtones as now he did not come with please wait and an icon of spinning but rather with + just + ease of use and close buttons.
Cry for Help: If anyone of you has an idea of what I should try to do that would be much appreciated. If you need more information please just ask.
Thank you
HM, that's a good question
I think I can t really help you, but have you tried to reinstall the operating system from the Toshiba Recovery disk?
I think that after that the problem needs to be solved.
Maybe someone else can explain, why they have this error or has another idea.

I inadvertently deleted the admin. identity, I think in Vista Ultima. The photo shows still on the identities, but when I try to open the identity I get the following message, "user profile service service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded. The admin. password does not work in any of the other identities now, so I can't do updates to most of my programs, such as windows. I can't open the control panel to add and change of identity.

Unable to load the user profile?
I tried command prompt, changes in safe mode, go to the control panel and changed the .bak thing, but it did not always help! It is on my ADMIN account, and all about it is blocked. I can't download or update anything because the password does not work - I can't even sync the songs on my phone because of that! * original title - I'm having problems with "the user profile service has no logon. Unable to load the user profile"in order to resolve this that I have to sign as an administrator, but I forgot my password. What can I do? *
Only suggestion I can offer...
Go to safe mode... http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/123496-safe-mode.html
See if there is another account admin, you've not seen before.
If so, this is the built-in Administrator account. By default, there is no password.
Logon to the account built-in Administrator and do the following:
1 do a system restore
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-System-Restore-how.html2 use this tutorial from Microsoft support :
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/947215
There are several methods, go through one by one.
Method 3 has a "fix it for me" applicationIf you don't see the built-in Administrator account... Sorry

Unable to access the user account
I have an old computer, but it is always useful. On startup, I get this message:
"Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a damaged local profile. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator.
DETAILS - an operation i/o initiated by the registry failed irreparably. The registry could not read, write or flush, one of the files that it contains the image of the registry system. »
What can I do to access my account and My Documents with all my stuff in it?
Thank you very much!
Try to find that the problem with the user account is probably not worth the time it would take. Restart the computer in Safe Mode. When you are prompted, choose to log in to the administrator account. Go to control panel > user accounts. Create a new account here. Name anything at random for now. Now navigate to my computer > C drive open > Documents and Settings folder. Your old user account. Now locate all records containing your files. Copy and paste them in the folder appropriate for the new account. Now delete the old account. You can now change the name of the new account name you had in the old account. It is probably the best way to fix it.

The user profile Service has not logon. Unable to load the user profile?
Hello
Everytime I try to log in my account I get this error. IM an administrator but he is also another account Admin I tried to create a new account and copy all the files from my old to my new account, I managed to make a new account, but when I tried to search on Windows Explorer, it didn't appear. I then disconnected and tried to access the account again, but when I did I got the same error?
I also tried the system restore but still no change.
Help, please!
Thank you
Hi Natstar,
1. How did you create a new user? What is an account belonged to the group administrator or standard user?
2. this problem occurs with the current user? You receive an error code?
For your error message "the user profile Service has no logon. Failed to load the user profile"you can refer to this link:

Computer Windows Vista is unable to see the Boxee Box or Windows 7 computer.
original title: network sharing
I have a Windows Vista-based computer, a Windows 7 computer and a Boxee Box from d-link.
The windows vista machine is set up for sharing, but I thought that you should choose what is shared. I'm not able to see the Windows 7 machine or the boxee box to share with... This is due to the different operating systems?
When I implemented the boxee box he showed all the shared files when I couldn't see the device to share... why?
Maybe this can help.---------------------
The following looks like a long history (it's only 600 words). I know not what is knowledge of the user, and exactly what has been done already. The info go through the motions of the configuration and verify most of the common aspects of the LAN Windows OS features '.
----------------------
Win7 when configured on the peer-to-peer network has three types of configurations of sharing.
Homegroup = only works between Win 7 computers. This type of configuration, it is very easy to entry level users to start sharing network.
Network of home or work = fundamentally similar (and better) to the previous Working Group sharing methods which allow you to control what, how and to whom the records would be shared with.
Public share = network Public (as Internet Café) in order to reduce security risks. To get best results connect to each computer system screen and set all the computers to be on a bearing the same name of Working Group , while each computer has its own unique name.
http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/net_name.jpg
Make sure that the software firewall, AV, or other security components allow free local traffic on all network computers. If you use the 3rd group of security, firewall native Vista/XP must be disabled, and the active firewall has adjusted to your network numbers IP on what is sometimes called the Zone of confidence (see part 3 firewall instructions
General example, http://www.ezlan.net/faq.html#trusted
Please Note that some 3rd party software firewall/AV/security costumes continue to block aspects of the Local traffic even it they are off (off). If possible, configure the firewall correctly or completely uninstall to allow a clean flow of local network traffic. If you end up with the 3rd party software uninstalled or disabled, make sure that Windows native firewall is active .
------------------------------
Network Win 7 with another version of Windows as a work network (works very well if all computers are Win 7 also).
In the center of the network, by clicking on the type of network opens the window to the right.
Choose your network type. Note the check box at the bottom and check/uncheck depending on your needs.

Windows XP Patch for sharing with Vista (no need for XP - SP3) - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922120When you have finished the configuration of the system, it is recommended to restart everything the router and all computers involved.
-------------
If you have permission and security issues with Vista/Win7, check the following settings.
Point to a folder that wants to share do right click and choose Properties.
In the properties
Click on the Security tab shown in the bellows of the photo on the right) and verify that users and their permissions (see photo below Centre and left) are configured correctly. Then do the same for the authorization tab.
This screen shot is to Win 7, Vista menus are similar.
http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/permission-security.jpg
The Security Panel and the authorization Panel, you need to highlight each user/group and consider that the authorization controls are verified correctly.
When everything is OK, restart the network (router and computer).
* Note . The groups and users listed in the screen-shoot are just an example. Your list will focus on how your system is configured.
** Note . All the users who are allowed to share need to have an account onall computers that they are allowed to connect to.
Everyone is an account, that means a group of all users who already have an account now as users. It is available to avoid the need to configure permission for each on its own, it does not mean all those who feel that they would like to connect.
