Save all attachments to iMessage

I strongly considered upgrading my iPhone 5 recently. For me to do, I would have all my pictures stored on my computer, including attachments from iMessage conversations select. I am aware of the method which is to select each individual attachment, but he more 1,000 parts attached in this particular conversation I want to save. I was wondering if there was a less tedious way to save these attachments. I would strongly prefer to avoid using third-party applications. My iPhone is using iOS 9.2.1 and, if it helps, my MacBook Pro uses Mac OS X Version 10.6.8. Thanks in advance.

Sorry you will need to save all attachment to your camera and then import it on your Mac.

Not sure why you would not save when you get the photos on your camera first.

iTunes and icloud backup includes all the message and it will transfer to your new phone if you restore from these backups.

  • Attachments in iMessage on Mac does not download

    Hello.

Two days ago, he has started. Now I can't receive attachments in imessage on mac.

    On iPhone, everything is ok

    I read a few topics.

    I find:

    ~/Library/Messages

    In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + V. You won't see what you pasted a newline being included. Press return. A folder should open. Inside, there should be a subfolder named 'Attachments' (without the quotes). If the subfolder does not exist, create it. Launch the Messages and test.

Log out or restart the computer. Reconnect to iMessage. Thenyou send a test message with an attachment.

There are file attachments. I sign imessage, then restart the mac.

    Then connect new iMessage

If I send the photo to myself - everything is ok, I can see it, but if my wife send me photo - I can see on the mac (on iPhone everything works) file name

Now, I've removed the Accessories folder and recreate. It does not help.

The same problem - if I send the photo to myself - everything is ok, I can see it, but if my wife send me photo - I can see on the mac (on iPhone everything works) file name

    The folder exists:

In iMessage on mac attachments are similar to:

Please read this message before doing anything.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

    Step 1

The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is localized to your user account.

Select the feedback connections* and log in as a guest. Do not use the Safari connection only 'user comments' created by 'find my Mac '.

While signed in as a guest, you will have access to your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you use them for the first time. Do not be alarmed by this behavior; It's normal. If you need any password or other personal information in order to complete the test, save, print, or write them before you start.

Test while signed in as a guest. Same problem?

After testing, log on to the guest account and in your own account, disable it if you wish. The files that you created in the guest account will be automatically deleted when you log out of it.

    * Note: If you have enabled 'find my Mac' or FileVault, then you cannot activate the guest account. The login 'User comments' created by 'Find my Mac' is not the same. Create a new account to test and delete it, including his home folder, after testing.

    Step 2

The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is caused by changes in the system of third party that load automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Please take this step regardless of the results of step 1.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you normally connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

Test in safe mode. Same problem?

After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of steps 1 and 2.

  • Save multiple attachments in Outlook 2003

I discovered a recent problem where I've got, let's say, 4 attachments to an email I want to save in 'My Documents'.  I click on file, save attachments, all attachments - scroll down to "My Documents", which shows all the files, but shows not all of the individual files. Folder on the PC I have decide to save attachments, each folder say the same thing - "this folder is empty". If I try to save the attachments to the 'empty' folder, told me that the file already exists in this location. Someone has encountered this and found a cure?

When you use file > save Attchments it simply lets save you in a folder, that folder is all that will be visible that you save to a folder

I want to just save all emails on my system, sent and received, keeping the structure of folders. How can I do this?

'Save '? What will you do with your backup?

For the backup as insurance against hardware failure, or for transfer to another installation of Thunderbird I would make a copy of my profile.

For archiving reasons where I would be able to read the messages I would like to export to html, eml or perhaps in pdf format.

  • Is there a way to save all my tabs at once and transfer them to another computer?

No, I'm not talking about having to first laboriously click each tab, bookmarking them, following the instructions to transfer your Favorites file and them by clicking on each bookmark to reopen your tabs. I wonder about a one click way to save all my tabs and the download on another computer, just like Firefox on opening/closing.
    Thank you

This can be done through Sync.

  • How to save all the files associated with a Web site?

I'm an administrator (but not the creator) of a Web site that I am responsible for the update. I don't have the documentation that I need to do some of my tasks. So I thought that I could find enough simply to save the site from Firefox.
The last time that I have this (several versions of Firefox there is), there is a command "save under" which would save the main HTML file in your selected folder AND save all the subsidiary referenced files in a single subfolder, so built a local version of the site.
When I tried this today in v20.0.1, the two options "Save As" only created a single file of the current page with all the original references links on the left.
Is there another way to 'dumping' of the entire application on my hard drive?

I initially save as "Web Page, complete"? , but the hrefs all mentioned on the real web site, not to any local versions.

I also tried the Scrapbook addon. It does not seem to do what I want, but I can't find where it stored all the files. I'll be back with the author of the album.

PS. Why can't I find setting controls in shape when you enter a question?

If you have the menu bar visible (by default on Windows XP), then use "bookmarks > show all bookmarks" to open the Manager of bookmarks (library).

If you have the orange button in the Firefox menu, then access the bookmarks from the bookmarks menu.

  • How can I save all tabs open without saving each individually? seems he was once a "Save all tabs" command, wasn't there?

I want to save all open tabs at the same time to a folder of bookmarks labeled with the current date of... example 2011-09-30. If I remember, a "Save all tabs" command is available in previous versions of firefox. Is there a way to configure this option on the current browser version?

You can do by right-clicking on one of the tabs in the tab bar and selecting ' bookmark all tabs. He invites you then a name give the new folder of bookmarks and where to put it. When displaying any folder in the bookmarks menu, there will be a ' open all the tabs "click the folder to open them all at once.

  • What happened to the function where you could ask Firefox to save all tabs open in one folder?

Let's say I have six tabs open. It used to be that if I want to return to these six tabs at a later date, I could say 'save all those tabs open in a single folder.' then, later I could select this folder and say "open all tabs in this file.
