  The integrated capability that you can use is to save e-mail messages in HTML format. File | Save under... and you select HTML as the file type. It will be opened in a browser, or even a word processor. But they can be complicated to transport since there are often an auxiliary file for embedded images.

  I hope that if you save messages in format eml native, your lawyer email client should be able to open them.

  In both cases, the ImportExportTools add-on - it can make your life easier if you need to record a large number of messages.

  I think a safer option for you would be to print to PDF. If your OS has not this built, there are various free PDF writers. My own experience with the lawyers, it's that they seem to like the PDF format, so that they are likely to have a PDF reader. And of course Windows had PDF display and built-in since Windows 7 capacity-building.

  If so, Google chrome, open the print dialog box, and then press the button change.
  Select your printer from the list instead of the default save as PDF option and try to print again.

• How to default save emails to C drive in Outlook

  I save all the emails in folders of specific project on my C drive. When I used Outlook 2003, I simply clicked on file - save as, typed in a document name and you click Save. All emails automatically saved as documents in html or txt format. I could open and read them from Windows Explorer. Of course, attachments in Word, Excel, etc. recorded in their own formats.

  Now, in Outlook 2007, the mails that are saved in HTML format are not readable when opened in Windows Explorer. I need to save them as Messages (.msg), causing another a few keystrokes for hundreds of documents each week. Is there a way to put a value by default if all emails incoming and outgoing, stored on the C drive save as msg or any readable format so I don't have a key change every time?

  Is it possible to delete the email in the "Trash" folder beside having to delete each one singularly.  That means get rid of email you do each one TWICE.  On my I touch it has a button to clear all at once.  Not on the PALM that I can find.
