save / restore

Hello
I have a question. Can I export a scheme, while its mode of operation to know or users are connected to this schema and the transactions? If so are there other possible implications?
Thank you

Impdp bkpusr/xxx@orcl TABLE_EXISTS_ACTION = REPLACE dumpfile = fin_bkp.dmp

It replaces the tables, but it gave me a whole bunch of errors for other objects like

sequence, procedures, triggers, views, etc. already exists

so my question is, how do I import the entire schema, I know I'm asking as a PIN in the neck. but all your helpers are appreciated.
Thank you

Impdp is not flexible about the non-table objects.
If you want these objects to be imported, then the objects must be deleted before you run impdp.

    The .dbx file don't just read it must be opened with a program that can be read. I think import in Outlook Express should do very well, but it seems not to do.

    You may want to try a program that will allow you to extract the contents of the .dbx file and work from there.

    I have not used all of the programs and it is just a thought and idea, I have not yet tried to do what I mean. It is more of a theoretically speaking, according to me, something like this will work.

  • iPhone 6 s - 100% carbon copy backup/restore to iTunes - is that possible?

    Hello

    I am trying to find a way to save/restore an iPhone via iTunes installation so that the restoration of places any return on the phone with the same configuration (essentially, an exact clone of the original installation that is being backed up).

    Questions that I met with attempts to use iTunes for backup/restore:

    • Passwords and other security information do not restore.
    • Applications not getting restored
    • WIFI networks not get restored
    • attached randomly do not restore (some, not all).

    iCloud backups solve this problem (sort of).

    • It takes an internet connection takes too long and medium, and you are left without a phone can be used for a period of time, so that the restore process is complete. I'd rather do it via iTunes.
    • Passwords and other security information do not restore.

    Any help please? In the end, I'm looking for a way to backup my phone to a PC and restore it so it looks identical to how it did before the backup.

    For a long time (perhaps in the iPhone 4/5 days?) this process described above works, 100%. Apple changed something in recent years.

    Thank you

    Bob

    The backup does not contain music or apps, because they should be in the media library iTunes on your computer, and if you synchronize right after that the restoration of the backup is then reinstalled. Normally this is done automatically when you perform a restore if you not to interrupt.

    Passwords and health data are only saved if you choose encrypted backup.

    There is no way to make a backup "image" of the phone, but if you use Encrypted and let run until the end, that it will restore everything the way it was.

  • How to restore a System Restore Points

    Hi, Im because my Sidebar does not work because I accidentally delete some files of it so I search the Web for fix but it does not work with me so my last string is the restoration of the system, but it was deleted when my Sidebar is very good to have a problem with my Vista Im hoping I can still restore my system February Restore Points is Possible? Thank you

    If you mean that you can recover restore points dating back to before those listed when you view available restoration done the answer is no.  Once they are deleted, they are gone.  Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear. The only exception is if you do full image backups and a version that includes the restore points, you want to have.  You can then restore the backup and get to those of restore points (BUT and this is a big BUT, you would lose anything done since the backup was performed, including your data and installed programs revised parameters.)  You can solve the problem of data by performing a full backup of your data (I mean ALL of your data, not only that of your profile - including e-mail, orthographic processing of data bases databases, etc.) before restoring and then after restore the image, restore the backup data - but you could do anything to solve the problem with programs or settings).  The full image backup is only available with Vista Business, Vista Enterprise and Ultimate for Vista (or if you have a 3rd party installed as Acronis True Image 2010 program).

    In fact, restore point files can still be on your system, but the recovery of party 3 tools to get their (assuming they have not already been crushed which is quite likely, given the time) would not be able to identify them because they are not listed with names and dates , but apparently without meaning codes-, then there is no real way of finding Taylor with all other files there.  I do not know if the recovery programs will work with restore point files (they are different from other files).  Maybe a data recovery technician can recover, but they give no guarantees that they will succeed and they cost a lot of money (not less if they come empty)- but the decision is yours.

    System Restore uses up to 15% of hard drive you to save restore points and can do it manually, automatically on a periodic basis or with certain functions (such as the installation of Windows updates).  Gives you generally a period of time long enough to work with - most people rarely use those who have more than a few days (because they notice the problems and try restoring the system quickly after that).  You can change (decrease) the amount of space occupied by the restore points as described in the following article: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/reduce-system-restores-disk-usage-in-vista/.  It saves space, but you have less available restore points - it is a compromise.

    I hope that this same help if this isn't the answer you wanted to hear.

  • can't get back into windows after a system restore

    I ran a system restore on my desktop running windows vista edition Home premium 64-bit. half way through my screan saver restoration opened and collapsed the restoration ended. After a few hours I shut down the computer. now when I start my pc it runs all preliminary functions and allows me to choose to either start windows failure, safe with fast back or normal mode. If I choose the mode safe mode (with or without back) through a loading phase where it shows everybody that it loads, it stops on a cdc.dsk file, and then processes to a black screan. If I choose load windows normally it goes to a black screan. the windows vista I have is one that came with the pc, so I don't have the disks to run. is it possible to fix this or did I just turn a pc $1500 in a very expensive papper weight?

    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.

    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.

    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.

    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.
    There is no Vista free download legal available.
    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.
    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.
    They will tell you how to do this.
    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.
    Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
    A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
    The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.
    There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.
    If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
  • Could not start the system image restore
    I am running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.
    I want to try to create "system image" and then restore it. Where will it work for me I will use all my 20 PC.
    My PC has a C: drive
    I partitioned it and now I have C: and D: with an abundance of free space on each.
    What I did:
    1 created 'image system' and it stored on D: Finally I use the external drive for backups (currently I don't have it and I just want to test that I could save/restore)
    2 created "Repair disk", then it I created a bootable USB key, because some of my PC doesn't have a CD ROM
    3. start the machine from USB and select "Restore from system image". He acknowledged that the image is on D: but immediately restore failed with this message:
    "Cannot restore the system selected in this recovery environment image."
    Navigation on various forums, it seems that this message comes because of 32 bit and 64 bit OS repair disc.
    Where my 2 questions:
    1. maybe my question related to the fact that I'm not restoring external hard drive but another partition?
    2. in case I have a problem with 32 bit vs 64 bit... and how it could happened? I used Win 7 Enterprise to create this disc, but I don't know if it defaults to 32-bit or 64-bit or he even gave me the opportunity to choose amongst...
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you
  • Restore files after restoring the image using Windows backup
    Running W7 pro 64-bit. Had the problems of virus/malware, finally restored my discs from image system, dated 2 weeks ago and then restore backup files dated Windows from yesterday.
  • X100e backup/restore
    Hi, I just bought a x100e with preinstalled Windows 7 and wonder how to make a system backup/restore correctly. I need to install Ubuntu in a few days and create/edit a few partitions that exist (I guess that this will replace mbr) and I want to be able to restore the initial state of the system. So, what's the best "workflow" to save/restore, System State or reset to factory settings x100e (witch is probably most interesting for me) in my dulling?
    Hi and welcome to the forum!
    You can create discs of recovery on a USB drive or burn it to DVD by attaching an external optical drive, old method to see this:- http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/X-Series-ThinkPad-Laptops/Creating-x100e-recovery-media-on-USB-stick/ta-...
    With recovery discs, you can restore your system to factory settings any time you want.
    This before installing Linux, otherwise you will not be able to once you have installed Ubuntu.
    I hope this helps.
  • ghettoVCB-restoration on ESXI 5.01
    Dear the genius William Lam.
    Merry Christmas.
    I tried to restore a backup of virtual machine with 'ghettoVCB-restore '.
    the back was created using the script "ghettoVCB.sh".
    I had upgraded 87 of the script line:
    "If [" ${ESX_VERSION} "=="5.0.0"]; then ".
    TO
    "If [[" ${ESX_VERSION} "=="5.0.0"]] |" [["${ESX_VERSION}" == "5.1.0"]]; then ".
    After that the script 'ghettoVCB - restore' shows the following error:
    "ERROR: this script must be run by \"root\ '! "
    If I had removed the part of the rest of the script:
    [
    If [!] '' whoami' ' is 'root']; then
    recorder "ERROR: this script must be run by \"root\ '! "
    echo "ERROR: this script must be run by \"root\ '! "
    Output 1
    FI
    ]
    the bachup restore operation was completed successfully.
    But there was some errorrs, I think it is releated to the following:
    the value of $VM_DISPLAY_NAME!
    the log file has been corrpted
    the date value (START_TIME and END_TIME)
    Could you please check out the script and solve problems?
    Thank you
    I've updated ghettoVCB - restore.sh to solve the two problems you mentioned to support 5.1 ESXi host as well as the use of a different mechenism for checking for the root user. I was able to save/restore a virtual machine, then that give a try and I hope that you will be able to get the papers this time where you tap on certain issues.
    You can download the updated version, which is still being worked on in a branch of test https://github.com/lamw/ghettoVCB/tree/merge-test and simply click on the "ZIP" up that will give you a download of all files and simply replace the script ghettoVCB - restore.sh
    Happy holidays
    I want to save my database with oracle data integrator repositories and restore it later if necessary. My deposits are found in the oracle database and I use oracle (exp/imp) tools to backup and restore schemes. So, should what patterns and objects in my database I save for the full backup for all the work done with odi? I mean - where the odi repository resides in the database and how to save/restore the correctly.
    Do you have any advice? In addition, can I save my odi of the repositories of the first server and restore to another server?
