Saving programs are not

I just got CC on my workstation computer, and whenever I run an open program but it closed shortly after. I'm not having this problem with Lightroom or Acrobat. I noticed, though, one thing is that Lightroom was asked to record the series/product number whereas other programs do not have. When I log on my Adobe account and look at my page of products and services, it shows that Lightroom is registered and its serial number, as well as my subscription to the CC.

I really want to know what goes wrong, because I need to work.

P.S. I tried to open the programs on another user account. I just uninstalled adobe, used the CC cleaning tool, then reinstalled. I've renamed the opm.db and 1.0 file in the AppData\Local\Adobe directories. I disconnected the program Creative Cloud and reconnected. Nothing has worked.

I apologize if this has been posted in an incorrect area.

If it's important, my computer is a 64-bit machine Windows 8.1.

Well, I think I solved the problem because now first works perfectly. Basically what I did was go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and renamed the folder 'SLCache' to SLCache.old. I then right click on the first and he ran as administrator, and now it works perfectly.

After I close my browser IE 9 and return to the office, my office programs are not available. I have hover over a program and click, nothing happens for a few minutes... On the other hand, the taskbar and toolbar are all functioning normally. No other problems seem to be present.

    Hello Manu,

Thanks for the guidelines to help me solve my problem. Just to tell you that no, I have no error messages when I tried to access the office programs and Yes, I made a few changes in the pc... in the registry with Glary Utilities. That was my main concern.

However, I tried the AUDITOR of FILE SYSTEM (CFS) and it fixed some problems.

I also watched method 2 and did a performance using MICROSOFT FIX patch and ran that the Microsoft SECURITY SCANNER both have not reported any problems.

Also tried method 1, no problem in safe MODE. I didn't think it was a third party program... so I decided to do a restore to an earlier date... then the problem seems to have disappeared.

Start the pc also seems to be much faster.

Thanks for the suggestions... I'll keep them as reference just in case...

  • Programs are not closed when stopping down

    Window 7.

When I quit the pc there are always programs that must be closed manually or pc will not close and just goes to sleep.
Before, when I was close the PC such as Skype and Outlook programs that automatically closes. Now I have an overlay saying that these programs are still running and asking if I'm sure I want to stop them. I do not understand why! Of course, it would be different if it was a program where I need to save a few doc, but why Skype or Outlook?
Is there any setting I can change to make sure that Windows force close all programs?
    Thank you!

You shouldn't use windows shutdown to close programs, programs should be closed before the end of the victory.

Forcing a shutdown via shutdown victory process can cause unintended consequences with some programs

  • Windows 8 Upgrade Wizard indicates which programs are not compatible with your system

I don't know about everyone else, but she answered a lot of questions, I was wondering about before jumping and spend money for Windows 8.

    Windows 8 Upgrade Wizard

After running it, I discovered on the programs that I have that are not compatible with Windows 8, which will cost me more money to put to level. After checking prices for updating my software, Windows 8 would be too expensive to upgrade for me?

Consider you the dual boot of Windows 8 OEM System Builder License with Windows 7 or run it in a virtual machine. It cost $99.

    Its also portable:

    Windows 8

    Windows 8

An accident I had to wipe my 'C' drive and re-install Windows 7.  I want to reinstall Photoshop Elements 9 and Prime Elements 9.  Both programs are listed on my product page on the Adobe website, but not on the "orders" page (where I normally téléchargerais programs from Adobe, I bought).  How can I get the download?

you have an incomplete (less than 1.7 GB to 1.8 GB) download 7z.  you need to re-download this file.

If you have a constant problem either try another browser, use a stable internet connect or use a download manager.

  • Icons of Windows 7 move, pinned programs are not pinned

About 2 weeks ago I started noticing that one of my icons in the top right of my screen began to move out of place on the next line. It was strange, but intermittent and relatively easy to put back in place. I don't think really much. Since then, the problem has worsened exponentially.

I have my icons arranged in three columns on my desk to sort between the programs and files for my company, photos and programs on a daily basis, and then the handful of games I have on this machine. Now, every time I start windows, or shut down a program, icons are scattered (literally scattered) around the screen. They all seem to go to the same place every time, but it's not as if it is locked to grid or something like that: they have all moved to weird stains on the screen with random amounts of space between them.

I unchecked and disabled all the theme or the definition who that would alter. I saved my layout a dozen times, but Windows will not be reset only when I restore it, rather to paste everything in the upper left, very similar to Windows 2000 used (which makes me wonder if the feature 'save default layout' still works). I did a post here that led me to two parts of 3rd party software, nor around who did not something beyond trying to install bloatware on my system.

Today, the real kicker appeared that all my pinned programs have been released. Now, when I have something to pin to the taskbar (or), he went after a reboot. I scanned with the tool of Microsoft Malware, Malwarebytes, SuperAnti-Spyware and Avast, which none can find nothing.

This would coincide with an update of windows, and I hear people talking about this as a problem intermittent, but not as severe as mine. I'd appreciate any help on this one. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Maklarr,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I can understand the inconvenience you encounter and would certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would like you to answer the following questions in order to limit the question and provide you with better assistance.

    1. You did it of any significant changes to the system before this problem?
    2. Did you put your desktop in order to 'Icons snap to grid' before this problem?

To diagnose the problem, I suggest you to set the icons to arrange in a grid and check if the number is reproduced. If the problem persists, check for any service of third-party software that might be the cause of the problem. See the following to:

    Method 1:

    (a) right click in the empty space on the desktop.

    (b) select display.

    (c) click on the icons to align it on the grid.

    (d) restart the system and check with the question.

If the problem persists, clean booting the system as shown below.

    Method 2:

Put your system to the clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must follow the steps in the article mentioned below to perform a clean boot.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Note: See "how to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting" to prepare the computer to start as usual after a repair.

Hope this information is useful. Let us know if you need more help, we will be happy to help you.

  • programs are not open immediately

When I try to open any program from the internet to word, thing keeps popping up and I have to click on things at random just for the program to open and it does not work when you click the icon, this screen always appears and asks me to create an association in the set Associations control panel and I don't know how to do and I wonder why I have to do?

.doc or .docx and possibly .dot and .rtf are more associated with MS Word and what needs to be repaired.  David has provided the link to the restore process.

    In short,.

Will will start / Default programs / associate a file or Protocol with a program / and scroll down the list until you come. doc.  It is probably not MS Word.  Click on change and change for MS Word (msy you must navigate to the executable file in the Program Files folder (or one of the Sub - folders - probably Microsoft / Office / Office12)).  Once this problem is corrected, check other file extensions and correct them if necessary.

That should do the trick.  If this is the case with other extensions of files (with the exception of the system files) do essentially the same thing.)

If this does not work, try a system restore.  Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.

If this still does not work, transfer your question in the Discussion of the Office group at: http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.word.docmanagement&lang=en&cr=US where people who specialize in Microsoft Word questions will be more than happy to help you with your problem.

    I hope this has helped.

    Good luck!

I tired for more than a week to get this mess straightened out. This Adobe file is pernicious.

Of course, looks like it could be a virus or corrupt files.  Here are a few things you can check.

Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

    -

You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE and click run as administrator. Then, from the command prompt type sfc/scannow.

    -

Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To do that click on start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

    `

When you get your system in good working condition, I invite you to back up your system up to an external hard drive and make it regular periodic updates.

  • Action Wizard: options when saving PDF are not exported

    Hi all.

I recently stumbled on something that my colleagues and I are confused of: we created some actions in Acrobat (Windows 7, Version (classic) 2015 2015.006.30060) DC and the last step in these actions is 'save the document. One who creates action games all the optimizings in the save pdf dialogue and is forced to save these settings - a dialog box appears to provide a name.

This definition is not exported when you export all the action it is not exportable in the dialogue when you change the setting.

How can we share these settings in our society without to set it manually on each computer?

    Any suggestions are welcome

If so, you should find them in this folder:

When I closed my computer to Windows 7 Desktop, the time allowed to see that a program is still running is so brief that there is no time to cancel close long enough so that the other program is finished.
