Saying that Preset has been used

Seems simple, but have trouble finding what preset has been used in the past on a photo. I find the camera lens, etc., but not what preset has been applied. Wanted to get a similar look on a more recent photo, but figure it is a better way than to try each similar preset. Any help is appreciated.

If you use a Preset to develop, it will appear under his name in the history panel.
